every time I go in there, somebody is questioning their credit somebody’s questioning the amount charged. The workers are uncertain of how to use the computers I love amazing lashes, but they’re making their system much more difficult than it needs to be ditch the credit and just simplify a discount included in each service if you are a member. i know as a customer i would much rather have a consistent payment every time i went in than a difference of a $100 now and then….

I have only been getting my lashes done for the last six months or so. I’ve gone to a few different people, but when I have, I noticed the lashes last different amounts of time. I have a longer wear and better look with the individual I usually schedule with. another thing that is nice is to be able to schedule your own appointment online. However, there is not an option to cancel, this does become difficult if you make an appointment on a sunday, for Monday and you cannot cancel it It would be nice to be able cancel online as well due to the hefty cancellation policy fee that amazing lash carries. to see the fee change. I understand why this policy might be the way it is but clients should maybe get three cancellations a year without a charge or something because life is busy and life does happen. I also appreciate the several reminders. Some people might find it annoying but I find them advantageous..

I’m a bit disappointed. Although I did select the lashes by “trying them on” via the app, they don’t look anything like what the app showed. I wanted, and specified fuller than longer. I feel they are too long to look natural. Also, they stop short of the outside corner, instead of giving the corners a fringed look. They look a little clumpy in one spot and sparse in a couple places too.

This was my first time getting extensions, and the lady who did them was so sweet as were the other ladies working at the front desk! My lashes look great-but there is one problem. I have had mild discomfort as the surface of my eye is bruised, likely due to the placement of the eye pad or fumes :( It wasn't so bad at first, but within hours of the initial procedure my eyes progressively got more bloodshot and sore. I'm hoping it goes away within the next couple of days, but other than that, everything was great.

I felt it was a good experience however i had to wait 30 min past my time to get started. I knew it would be 2 hours and had a work meeting set right at the two hour mark. Because i didn’t get back there until 30 min later my appointment went 45 later than expected which I wasn’t happy about and had to reschedule my work appointment. I only got the classic lashes. I feel they were still not super full for a classic and for being over a two hour appointment I felt my right side had less than the left and it wasn’t matching. I have had lashes for over 7 years and wanted to give this company a try. I will attempt to give them one more shot to see if it is to my liking as far as what I am wanting. Kaitlyn was very nice and kind and did a great job. Just wasn’t to what I was used to so I gave them. 4 star rating.

My lashes are spectacular and Emma was so nice and did a great job! It was my first time ever and decided to spoil myself for my birthday. I was so excited and she made sure to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I love walking through the front door- everyone is so warm and friendly! The lash process is relaxing and comfortable, and the stylist always educated me on how my lashes are looking as well as what she recommends in regards to length, amount, etc. so I have optimal lash health. Holy Crap you guys!!! This company (the Draper location in particular) is amazing!! They were so kind and informative- which may seem annoying but for someone new to lashes and not knowing how the glue may or may not affect you is so super important! The rooms are clean and the beds/blankets they give you are so comfortable. They ask which style you want and how they can give you the look you want. They have memberships on a month to month basis (you don't have to sign up for one if you don't want to but it will save you mega $$$) AANNNDDD if you have great retention like I do- YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR MONTHLY FILLS! Not the common two week fills that most lash businesses have you schedule. Perfect if you are looking for quality lashes, great service and a nice little "lash nap"

I've had lashes done many times over the years, and this place is by far the best I've come across. The shop, employees, and their branded products are really fantastic. I love that I can get all my lash gear there, and they truly help keep my lashes going strong. But, the best is the actual lash artists. I've had two sessions and I've first seen Jessica, who is such a doll and truly loves what she does, and I felt like I truly made a new friend (who has such a gift in lashes!). And today I had Brenda, who helped me alter my lashes just the way I wanted. Honestly, both of these ladies are insanely lovely and will give you exactly what you want and you really can't go wrong here. I have to tell you how amazing Laycie has been for me, not only is she a perfectionist in all that she does, but she is also so friendly and kind. I have had my eyelashes done at several different places over my life time and never has someone cared about or took their time as Laycie does. Draper also is the best Amazing Lash Studio to go to, when I met with the owner of this facility she was warm and friendly and thoroughly cared about if I was a happy customer. I stepped in to get my eyelashes done and felt down and depressed and just old, when I walked out I felt a million dollars, young and ready to face anything that life threw at me. If you're looking for a good place to go for any type of eyelash look, this would be the place! Before your appointment, you have a consultation where you talk about what kind of look you're trying to achieve and they essentially customize the way they apply your lashes to accommodate your needs! For me, I wanted a more voluminous and wispy type of look, (the type of look you would basically get from putting on Mink falsies)in which she applied 6D lashes, and gave me exactly what I came in wanting! I'd never gotten eyelash extensions before and laycie made sure that I had a great first experience. Not to mention that they have a discount currently for new customer where you get your first full set of classic lashes for $79.99! Although, because I wanted the more dramatic and thicker look and she applied the 6D, my total came out to about $104! The lady at the front desk that helped me check out also applied the price it would be for members when adding the 6D, opposed to what it would be for nonmembers, and saved me even more, about $20. So if you're looking for somewhere to start your journey with eyelash extensions, I would 10/10 reccomend making an appointment here!!
