I like coming here! My experience with Noel has been wonderful she always takes care of me and has great customer service skills. I would say the beds could be a little better maybe offer guest a pillow your head hurts after lying there for awhile. The rooms are freezing 🥶. Luckily she always offers a personal space heater. I would make a suggestion of a bed warmers you can cover with a vinyl cover and wipe down. Just make it less clinical looking and feel relaxing. Other than that I think it's a good place.

My nail tech, from day one, has made my experience with Amazing Lash positive and serene. Starting with the 2nd visit she already knew what style I wanted and never disappoints. I travel an hour every other month for my appointments so that in itself should speak volumes to my satisfaction. As far as Amazing Lash as a whole, my first visit was in San Antonio and I was beyond thrilled to know there was a location back home. Now anytime I travel I make sure there is an Amazing Lash near.

They were nice enough to invite me back, and after Mimi did them, I knew that every time I went there, I wanted her. There was a dramatic difference in the way she did them. I highly recommend her!!

This is my 2nd visit to the Marietta Location. Everyone is very friendly and professional However, the 1st lash tech I had was very nice and informative I was like I like her I was very happy with my service. By the time I was ready to make my next appointment with her she was no longer working there. Ugh! It's just like when you get your hair and nails done you have that certain person you like and you stick with because you like what they do. I went back for my 2nd round I had another young lady she was good and professional she wanted me to satisfied/happy customer (So no offense to her, I actually scheduled my next appointment with her). I don't have much experience with lashes, but I do know what I like! I expect for the lash tech to use there expertise to help a sister out and make me feel beautiful :) I guess there was a lack of communication from what I had done and liked from the1st time I was there! I look at it this way lash extensions are not cheap! so I want what I want. I want to make sure that I'm satisfied with my service and I have gotten my money worth. Just like any other customer that walks through those doors. Also I think pricing should be communicated a little better ( I was a little confused on the pricing). Otherwise it doesn't change the fact I enjoy wearing lashes and I have become addicted to lash extensions so I will be back. In the meantime I'm gearing up for my next lash visit. Lol!

I always have a great experience with Alicia. She provides superior service! The only thing I noticed this time was that the music is different now. I would prefer to have the spa music come back or a pop station with artists like Ariana Grande and Beyoncé. It would be amazing if the stylists could select their own music. I’ve been getting my lashes done for a few years. I constantly bounced from lash artist to lash studio searching for the right person. Someone who could give me lashes that last more than a week. I was highly skeptical. I never met anyone who spoke of the Amazing Lash Studio, nor have I found an Instagram page to show their work! And in todays age, not show casing your work on Instagram isn’t a good sign, but boy was I in for something I couldn’t have imagined! I put my trust into the Google Reviews and booked with Jessica… She freaking KILLED my set! I showed her one picture and explained my history with lashes and she just knew! Her character made me so comfortable in that setting, definitely became cousins by the end of the appointment! What was most impactful to me was the care she gave me once my set was complete! I had terribly running eyes and she supported me to drier eyes and educated me on how to care for my lashes! That was the best first experience to have. My feed back for improvement would have more to do with the structure of the facility. As a new client I was hoping that the space would be more quiet. The talking in the hallway made me feel like I couldn’t relax, I did wish I brought headphones. Other than that Jessica out did my imagination!

The East Cobb location is SPOTLESS. I am so impressed by their Covid precautions and store cleanliness. The staff were extremely helpful and cordial. Angel did my lashes and they looked so perfect. They place soothing music but I wore my earpods listening to a book. This helped me "escape" myself and not have to fight to keep my eyes closed. Once I relaxed, it was fine. I wish it was a touch cooler in the studio and then I would have used their blanket. But ultimately, it was fine. If you are a first timer, like I was, you won't be disappointed at this location. Everything is explained.

I saw Alisha for the first time two weeks ago for my first full set and I was so surprised how amazing they turned out! From the moment I walked into the studio I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience. Passion greeted me enthusiastically explained the procedure and made sure that I was comfortable. I did not have to wait long at all and Haley came to get me for the procedure. They have separate rooms for everyone to go in so it’s very private, and they have warm blankets and very comfortable table. Actually, it was so comfortable and spa like that I fell asleep. It was not uncomfortable at all- it was super relaxing. It took about an hour and 40 minutes, but it went by quickly. It was an extremely clean environment. Afterwards, Passion and Hailey explained the upkeep. I opted got the monthly program and I’m looking forward to going back! My lashes look and feel incredible!!

Jazmen is a Goddess! No doubt in my mind. Only a Godess can work the miracle she did on my bald eyes. She listens to what you want and does just that. I love, love, love this place. From the time you walk in, until you leave, and then beyond, they are kind, attentive, professional, and courteous. This is the first place I went to, for having my eyelashes done, the first time and this is the only place I'll ever go. I love, love, love this location every time I go I leave beautiful and well rested! My lash technician (Amanda) is so gentle yet efficient I don’t have to worry I just nap and let her fluff my lashes. Lol. The front desk (Passion) is The best! So Awesome, Professional, and tidy. Had a really good, relaxing experience getting my first ever set of lash extensions. I love them! Both the technician (Chanel) and I wore masks the entire time. It was not crowded, and I felt totally safe. I am a physician and felt that this was a relatively low-risk activity due to everyone wearing masks and the lack of crowding.

I’m new to lash enhancements and Alisha did my very first lash set. I was nervous because of horror stories I’ve seen and heard. Well Alisha took care of me.
