I've had a few technicians work on me and everyone is very talented. This is the first time having lash extensions. It took me two month's to really know which lash look I wanted. You should try the Volume then try the classic, Be patient. I ended up with classic because the Volume is too bushy and noticeable for me. I like the Natural look. (Classic) They are all very knowledgeable!

I recently visited Amazing Lash Studio for a lash treatment and overall, I had a positive experience. The technician who worked on my lashes took her time and delivered excellent results. I’m genuinely pleased with how my lashes turned out. However, I must admit that I found the pricing to be on the higher side. While I’m happy with the service I received, I couldn’t help but feel that I paid more than what I initially anticipated. Despite the cost, if you’re willing to splurge a little for quality service, Amazing Lash Studio is definitely worth considering. Just be prepared to dig a bit deeper into your wallet.

Rasheda is the best lash tech at Amazing Lash Salon. Her lashes seem to last longer and stay fuller than any other tech I've used. It's very important to get a good tech who takes time placing your lashes propertly. I know because I've been getting my lashes done for over 10 years. The salon is very, very clean. The front desk staff are so very helpful and very pleasant and friendly to work with. Plenty of free parking out front close the salon.

She takes the time to listen and really tries to give a person exactly what they want. She made my lashes, which are quite short from having extensions on them for many years, look very full and beautiful. Rashida has been doing lashes for years so she's not new. She's just new to the Laguna Lash shop, which I'm so happy about. If you want nice, perfect, and very full, curled lashes that everybody compliments, try Rashida. She's very professional and friendly and fun. The salon is very clean and the front desk is so kind and professional and always works with me. Plenty of free parking right outside the salon.

Maggie, who is an expert tech (I can't remember the exact term for the experienced lash technicians) but she does just beautiful work. She's fast, neat, professional, and her lashes last a very long time. The front desk is always so helpful and they always great you with smiles and make you feel welcome. The salon is very, very clean and has plenty of "free" parking right out front of the salon.

I've been going here for a few years. I discussed with my lash tech Maggie about what I wanted. She fixed my lashes and made them absolutely gorgeous, thick, full and very volumnized. She's a great tech who I hope to get again. Maggie is one of the best tech's there. She listens, is friendly, professional, thoughtful and kind. I've gotten so many compliments on my lashes in just two days, and I owe it all to Maggie. She knows her lashes and listens to what the guest wants. The front desk girls (Sara and McKayla) are very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. They are both intelligent girls who know what it takes to keep customers/guests happy and coming back. There's plenty of "free" parking all around the salon, which is a huge bonus. The salon is extremely clean and always follows Covid protocol.

Amazing Lash has some great lash technicians. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and so wlling to help with scheduling and making sure we're happy with our lashes. A big shout out to Sara and McKayla at the front desk for always helping with a friendly smile and great dispositions. My regular lash tech was ill the day of my appt. so the staff helped get me in to see an experienced lash tech quickly. My lashes turned out great. Nina did a fantastic job and was so friendly and kind. She was fast and neat. The salon is extremely neat and clean. Yes, masks are required because they take the safty of their guests seriously. The big bonus is there's plenty of free parking. Parking is easily available right out front the salon. My lashes usually last a good three weeks at Amazing Lash.

The customer service was impeccable and far surpassed any lash place I’ve visited before. The membership option is fantastic! The only reason I don’t give a full 5 stars is that I left without ever seeing my lashes and when I did look at them in my car, I was pretty disappointed. Truly, the fault is mine for the selections I made. But, the options were not clearly explained to me. I think it would be significantly more effective to have photographs to show the different options. The only image I had to reference was the layout options and those were drawings, not photos. There were no examples of length, no examples of “classic vs volume”. I was unfamiliar with the options they gave me to choose from, previously at other places requesting “hybrid” and not being given as many selections to make. I think it’s fantastic to offer all the options, but would leave customers happier with the results if we had real life examples to see.

Cheapest price in town. The quality of your lashes depends on the technician. The reception ladies are polite and cordial. Environment is clean and pleasant. My only concern is that I don’t recall their late or time policy explained to me in detail. I have been going there since August and just learned that I am expected to be there ten minutes early. If you are more than five minutes late they reserve the right to not see you or charge you for half the rate. I decided to stay with them because of the convenience in location for me and price. Now that I am clear on their time policy, I will make sure I adhere to it. After several request to waive the late fee, they finally waived the late fee ?

Mia was very friendly & helpful with me trying to decide what I wanted to do when I came back for a touch up. Mia added more volume to my lashes, which Allie first put on me 3 weeks ago. I'm impressed at Allie's work, as the extensions she placed lasted 3 weeks! That's with me swimming in the beaches of Oahu, riding in a convertible with the wind in my face, as well as the humidity of Hawaii... the lash extensions Allie stayed on! Less than 10 came off during any washing or brushing of the lashes. We'll see how it goes with the touch up & added lashes Mia place on my lashes today.

The salon is always very, very clean. The front staff are so friendly and try to accommodate as best as they can. Alisa is one of the best senior lash technicians there. She takes her time and makes sure she gives you exactly what you're asking for. My lashes always turn out nice, full, thick and they last for a good three weeks and sometimes four weeks. She knows how to glue them on so they stay put. I've been going to this salon for a good three years and I feel they're one of the best in Elk Grove. (Bonus is there's plenty of free parking)

Alisa is an experienced technician and she's one of the very best. She knows lashes and knows what's best for a person's lifestyle. She's professional, friendly, gentle, and beautiful. My lashes can last up to a month of good wear when she does them. The salon is extremely clean and they follow "all" Covid protocol so there are no worries about that. The staff is always very helpful and friendly and welcoming. Big bonus .......... plenty of free parking right outside their salon!

About a month ago I had a classic set put on at a Nail Salon that also did lashes. She did a good job so I went back for a volume fill, but they didn’t last for two weeks. I have been doing this for about 3 months now going to the same amazing stylist Alyssa. However it’s crazy to me that when I went to book my next appointment the schedule was full. I’m a regular repeat member and unfortunately can only go on the weekends. It doesn’t seem right that I can’t have a repeating appointment in the system. Little frustrated I have to try and get my lashes to last 3 weeks and after all the frustration and mistakes I’ve been through here I am NOT getting another full set (the third time) just because poor customer service. I love the look of extensions but ended up canceling because no matter what glue was used, my eyes would get very swollen and itchy for days afterwards. I got the lashes removed yesterday and even that process I had an allergy to. My eyes burned the whole time and I could not open them. I was told to wash them out and the bathroom was out of paper towels, unfortunately. A day later and my right eye is still very swollen on the lower lid.

I've been to many lash extension salons, and I have to say that this salon is the most efficiently run and professional place I've been. I always try to get Alisa, who is an experienced technician and very artistic. She has a way of applying lashes that make your eyes stand out and pop. Plus, her lashes last longer than most others. She's beautiful and fun and makes the time spent there fly by. She's also very quick and neat at her job. The salon is super clean and they follow 'all' Covid protocol. There's "PLENTY" of "free" parking too, which is a bonus. (I'm not a fan of hunting for a parking space and having to pay for parking)

Needed my lashes done asap this week. I called several locations and no one answered, except Elk Grove! I was extremely happy that I went to this location. The location was clean and so was the bathroom. My lash girl Ally was nice, patient with my indecisiveness, and gentle during the lash application— really took her time. Needless to say I love my lashes and the length! The front desk girls were super nice and very personable and actually made conversation with me. They told me they liked the length of my lashes on me and I mentioned my friend’s wedding in Montana and we spoke a little about that. Very different vibe I got from the previous location I went to in March where the girls working the front desk didn’t bother to make any conversation or comment about my lashes, all they spoke to me about was the membership and looked annoyed even during the check-in process. But not this Elk Grove location everyone made me feel welcome! I know now which location to go to. Based on how my lashes look and how they treated me I may just have to drive the 2 hours from Chico and frequent this location more often! My job is in patient care and that is why I value customer service, cleanliness and patience. Thank you ladies!

I was apprehensive about getting lash extensions. My eyes are very sensitive but I loved the look of long lashes - and with all the mask wearing, I really felt like it was time to try lash extensions. The ladies in the front are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the product. Very friendly and helpful. The consultation was great. I love that there was a patch test option and the stylist explained every step and checked to make sure I was okay with every product they were using. Which by the way, there was no reaction to their products whatsoever ever. My actual full set was a little messy. The stylist mentioned she was new, but she was very patient and friendly. I did have to call back and ask if I could have someone take a second look at them. But it was not problem at all. I got another appointment right away and the new stylist I had was so kind. She was so sweet to even hand me a blanket since the room was cold. I came out looking better than I thought it would. Everyone is so great. Best costumer service ever. I plan on keeping my membership. They treat you well and you end up looking great.

Initial process a bit rushed. A bit more patience would be nice instead of hovering right over you. A clearer understanding of $$ prior to the eyelash process would have been an easier flow instead of the full court press after the lashes are done, the whole rushed sales pitch to give a card, sign up for a promotion etc was rather overwhelming and took away from the beautiful experience of enjoying the patient work Alisha had completed. Suggestion: take a bit more time and slow down to be as personal with the ladies when you are talking to them about money as the Alisha's are to complete their works of art.

Alisa is an experienced lash technician. She is very good at helping with what would look best and work best for people getting lashes. She's professional, artistic, quick at her job, and has a very warm and welcoming smile. She explains things thoroughly. The salon is very, very clean and neat. They follow all Covid protocol exactly. This particular salon has plenty of free parking right outside their doors, and it's very easy to get in and out of. I had 6D volume lashes done, and Alisa did a fantastic job. They usually last three to four weeks, if you clean and take care of them.

This salon takes Covid protocol very seriously, which is great. I felt very safe. All staff and customers are required to wear masks from the moment you step into the salon. You clean your lashes and hands before going back to the lash technician's workplace. Alisa was my lash tech, and she's one of their best. Alisa did such a superior job. She's fast, professional, fun, artistic, and knows how to make lashes look voluminous, fantastic, and make the eyes stand out. The salon is so clean and they are very diligent about screening before the appointment and they take your temperature and make sure we wash our hands and face/lashes before going into the room to have our lash tech apply extensions. Masks are worn from the moment we enter the salon and not taken off throughout. There's plenty of free parking and everyone at the salon is friendly, kind and eager to help. I’ve been a customer since November 2019, I get my lashes filled every two weeks, never fails they always fall out and after a week it looks like I already need a fill. I’m very careful about washing them, I bought all of the eye care from amazing lash even the natural lash. I pay extra for a master stylist. Is there something I’m doing wrong? She stated that the shortest lash for volume was 12 and might be too long with my eyeglasses. She suggested a classic look (which is like having a mascara on my lashes). As she proceeded with the procedure, she stated that I am losing my lashes on the outer corner of my right eye. By the time she was done, I was a little disappointed with the look. Even with a mascara, my lashes don't look like the finished lashes after the extension. I will wait for my next appointment, maybe it will get better next time (I hope).

I decided to squeeze my appt in last minuye and they were very accommodating and informed me they had a master stylist who was available. I went in and met this master stylist for the first time. She was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Once she started, it was awful!!! I was in so much pain, tears were coming out of my eyes.it felt as if she were pulling my actual eyelashes one by one. I should have walked out but I stayed so she could finish the volumes brfore I went on vacation. She finished and I went to pay. The woman at the front of the desk asked me how everything was and I said painful. She apologized and booked my next appt with someone else. She was so nice and covered my eyelashes cost for this session. If I would have had to pay for the awful session I had I would not return! Thanks to her great customer service I am staying a member and will be returning.

I refuse to get my lashes done by anyone other than Kayla she is fantastic and always makes me feel very comfortable. I always have great conversation with her and always leave more than satisfied with my lashes. You rock Kayla!
