5 stars because the girl that did my lashes was so great! But why is the girl at the front desk so rude?! I booked my appointment yesterday, received a text today at 12:31pm, replied to the text confirming my appointment and at 1:01pm received a "ok no worries!" Text from someone af the studio. I arrived at 6:55pm for my 7pm appointment and the girl made it seem as though I needed to re schedule, she said I could come back sunday or tomorrow (saturday) I said no, I'm already here. She responded to that by saying I really should have answered the call to confirm my appointment, I showed her the text and she simply said "yeah I don't know". The whole interaction made it seem like I was a complete inconvenience to her by showing up for my scheduled appointment.

I have fine , light in color eyelashes and I wanted to try a lash lift. My lash specialist was Vanessa and she was fantastic. She answered all my questions about why to expect and the after care. She was friendly, professional and took great care when applying the products for the lash lift. The entire process was very relaxing and took about n hour. I am happy with my results and would highly recommend Vanessa, she loves what she does and your lashes will show it.

I love my lashes by Taylor and Ashley! They are master techs so you will pay a little more but their expertise is worth my money. Also, Mariah, at the front desk is very knowledgeable about memberships and had excellent customer service. I love how this specific studio does mega volume and a service that mixes volume and classics called “hybrid”. Lastly, I love that my lashes have longevity!!!

I am VERY pleased especially with my stylist Ashley. I started out with a few of the stylists in the beginning but a couple of them left. I like Reyna but especially like Ashley who is so friendly and makes me comfortable. She’s my go to girl now and I even booked appointments far in advanced to be sure to get her. I’m never disappointed with my lashes. She once told me she loves her job and it definitely shows. I got to say I was a bit disappointed in the beginning of coming to your studio after the first few appointments and being told the stylist Lin longer was there anymore. This being the case is why I ended up with Ashley and switching to afternoon appointments so I may keep her as my stylist. I preferred morning appointments but due to her taking on extra shifts due to lack of staff, I am the most comfortable I’ve been. Love my Ashley. I want to also express that I love the front office staff also. I look forward to seeing them with their friendly greetings to me on entering the door. Always helpful and wonderful.

It’s very clean and nice. All the girls are very friendly & nice from the front desk to the lash techs. My only complaint would be that I think there very expensive. We already pay $70 X 2 for our 2 refills but then you charge another $25 each time on top of it which just seems a little much.

My artist tinted my eyelashes. I wanted just a small amount of shading to make the blonde lashes stand out. But not look like a man with mascara. She did fantastic job and listened and did exactly what I wanted for my results. Thank you. I was made to feel so comfortable in an environment that is traditionally specifically for a woman. I’ll be back.

I gave a 5 star because the girls that work at the front and who did my lashes are great. My complaint is with the policies, I had an appointment at a set time and they called to say it had to be moved to later, I asked if I could cancel and come a different day this week and was told I would be charged 50% for canceling even though it was the studio who called and said they couldn't do my lashes at the time that had been scheduled for 2.weeks.

I’ve gone to the Fair Oaks studio multiple times to receive lash lifts from the master stylists. As a former extensions customer, I saw first-hand how elevated the master stylist skill level is and trust them to deal with my straight, blonde, decently short lashes. I’m impressed every time. And while I don’t have the crazy results that others have due to my natural lashes being shorter, it makes mascara application a BREEZE and honestly looks like extensions with the right products (and bonus! I can rub my eyes/swim/wash my face easier and save money). Carlie always does an amazing job and she’s also a total sweetheart.

The reason I am cancelling my member ship is on 1/15 I was told I came in contact with 2 people with COVID and have to quarantine when I woke up to text I contacted the studio a lady answered and said well it doesn’t matter you have to pay 40$ I said well then I guess I’ll see you for my appointment she told me I couldn’t come but also I need to pay the 40 $ I then let her know how I was un happy with the service but would like to cancel my membership due to the way I was treated
