Totally pleased with the service provided by Breanna. This is my first time for lashes and she answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable about the process.. and I love the outcome. I am a cash customer and in order to get the lower price of refills i have to give the salon my credit/debit card where they can automatically charge my card. I wasnt ready to jump into a commitment. I don’t know if i need a refill every 2 weeks. I would like to take small steps.. one thing at a time.

Rebecca did an amazing job! This was my first time ever getting my lashes done! I went with a classic short length and I’m OBSESSED!! Amazing lash studio has a forever client in me! Especially with Rebecca! The place is really nice and clean too! But it is cold, they do have a small blanket, however I recommend coming in sweats/hoodie bc you’ll be laying down for 1.5 hrs or 45 min for refill! I signed up for a monthly membership and also grabbed me some eyelash cleanser! I’m so glad I finally took the plunge and got lashes! I never even tried fake lashes at home, so this was really a step out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad I did this!! Highly recommend!!

My stylist is Myranda, she ALWAYS does such an AMAZING job, my lashes always look on point. Even with having sparse natural lashes! They stay full even after 2 weeks!! She is so sweet and friendly. It's nice to lay there relaxed, knowing when you get up and look you will absolutely LOVE your lashes. She does a fabulous job, with lash tint and lifts too, if you don't want extensions. I am getting brow lamination with tint too. I saw a few pictures of her work and cannot wait to have it done!

My technician is great; staff is very friendly; shop is clean. But the shop is noisy-front door slams shut (I think it’s broken), you can hear the front reception area very well (phones, arrivals,departures), staff working with stock (like boxes being opened or something) . If it wasn’t for my tech, it would not be a very relaxing hour. Bottom line, it’s the walls construction.

For over a year I was unable to get lashes because company changed the glue. Glue was toxic to eyes and smelled really bad. I took one more chance and by my surprise the glue did not hurt my eyes anymore and the strong smell of toxic fumes were gone Thank god you changed the glue

I’ve been a customer for years years, but since Covid had not been to any salon in over 5 months. I finally got the nerve to go and get it done (with a stylist I don’t know), and was a bit on edge. The second I walked in they welcomed me, all had masks on and required them, they had shields up at the registers and took my temp with all the necessary questions to prevent potential spread. Also asked me to sign off on that. THEN... my stylist, Elizabeth was super sweet, efficient and the best part- they look AMAZING! Not just ok, not pretty good, not great- PERFECT! Recommend. Go!!!

I loved my stylist Rebecca and love my lashes, however i wish amazing lash would provide a complementary eyelash spoolie. Especially considering that the service charge should cover the charge of a spoolie, since you can buy them in bulk for less than $5. It would also help with the waste of a spoolie, instead of disposing the spoolie that the stylist uses why not hand it over to the client?

I really appreciate the COVID-19 safety practices to keep customers at peace of mind. Front desk girls were as friendly as usual but the best part was the above & beyond service by my lash stylist Adriana. From her customer service experience to her attention to detail. She took her time and wanted my lashes to look perfect. 2 hours + later she finally felt like they looked the best. I signed up this time for the membership. Didn't feel compelled to do it before. Too bad Adriana is only on the schedule on Wednesdays during the day, I wish I could come to her all the time from now on.

I absolutely LOVE Eden! I’ve received so many compliments, and people have to ask me if they are my natural lashes or not. They were applied so seamlessly where I can’t even tell where my natural lashes meet the extensions. A nice extra perk is that she has quirky interests like me, so it was very easy for me to talk to her and time just flew by. Quirky girls can be pretty too! Highly recommend Eden!

Love love my stylist but the check in and out process always seems to struggle. Today I was waiting for the receptionist to get off the phone so I could check out. Another customer walked out and instead of checking me out she checked her out first. While yes it only added a few minutes to my time I mean come on. Pay attention to what’s going on around you and take customers in order.

Had my appointment yesterday (1/27) and due to a mix at the front desk apparently I was sent to the wrong technician which also delayed my appointment by 25 minutes. I only received the remaining hour (35 minutes) of my appointment, but was charged for the full (membership) refill fee. My eyelashes were not completely filled, had sparse areas, and I had to reschedule for another appointment this week. As a busy, working, single mother, my time is tight and it's not always easy for me to fit these appointments in. My technician is amazingly sweet and kind and always does a great job. I believe due to the time constraint I wasn't able to receive the usual service I'm used to.

I have been to a couple of the Amazing Lash Studios in the Dallas and surrounding cities area and I can tell you- hands down- the Garland location is THHE BEST!! They have the best stylists and the front desk and stylists are very personable. From the time you walk into the studio to the time you walk out you will feel like they care and want to make your experience amazing!! I have been using one of their master stylist, Eden, and I can tell you that in the last 3 years of consistently wearing the extensions that I’ve never been happier or had more compliments on how AMAZING my lashes look!! My first visit went as well as I would think it should have gone, my technician asked me what kind of look I was looking for and verified the type of lashes I wanted. Although, when she was done, my lashes were glued together and we struggled to get my lashes apart. (Mind you that I didn't know this was not supposed to happen). So the next couple of weeks went by and my lashes were falling out fast and my eyes were stinging all throughout the day. I figured the stinging was just from having lashes, so I decided to cancel my membership. I spoke with the manager and she asked if I would like to give it one more chance and she invited me to come in to have my lashes done again. Apparently, the stinging was from having too much glue applied. I met with the technician who was super nice and I told her about the stinging. She said that it should not happen and that I could try it again with the regular glue or use the sensitive glue. I said I would try the regular glue again to see if having a different technician would make a difference. When I opened my eyes, they opened with ease..YAY! BUT when she gave me the mirror I was in shock at what style lashes were put on...I had originally asked for "sexy" and I had a full set of gorgeous on! I have big eyes and I HATE having them look big...well this set made them look HUGE! I told my technician that I did not like it, she said that I had 3 days to let the ladies at the front know and I can get them fixed...it just wouldn't be that day. So here I am, I had a great experience with this technician, she did a great job BUT I had the wrong set of lashes on....The lady at the front said she would message the manager and have her get in touch with me. I never heard from the manager again. The only reason I would go back is because the last technician I saw did a great job (other than putting on the wrong lashes), my eyes don't sting and my lashes aren't falling out.
