I always leave looking amazing and have excellent retention as I await my next fill (every 3 weeks). I have been to other Amazing Lash Studios (Arizona) and Geneva Commons is truly the best. I’ve been having issues with irritation and fall out that I hadn’t experienced with extensions at Amazing Lash when I was a member years ago. Everyone - stylists, managers, front desk - is so friendly and helpful, but I wasn’t getting the best results. Rachel set me up with another stylist when I wasn’t satisfied with a refill once. I tried a few stylists. Then I went to Andrea for a 30-minute touch-up, although I really could’ve used a refill, and she listened to concerns, made a plan, and worked so freakin’ fast I had a whole new set of lashes in 30 minutes! She gave suggestions of there was irritation afterward, but there wasn’t! Really happy with the experience.

From my main technician I get good service. She is fantastic. I get lashes refilled every 2 weeks and am grandfathered into the best price as I became a member the day the salon opened. I get charged close to double the price for my refills biweekly. If they lasted longer it would be fine. They don’t.

My last stylist, Nichelle did a great job understanding what look I was going for and creating it for me. She was gentle with her application, and I loved the results. My lashes look balanced on both eyes, and im very happy with the results! I did have one eye stuck at the end of the service which was as little uncomfortable, but I know it can happen so it didn't impact my experience negatively. The front desk team was nice, but didnt give me any info on their memberships or even tell me what it was. I saw the signage that members get discounts, and I know I will need to be back in 2-3 weeks but no one offered to book my next appointment or inform me of the offers for my next visit. I just wish I would have gotten a little more information.

It was my first time getting lash extensions and I thought it was a good experience until I compared my experience with my friend’s experience. The lashes came out beautifully but felt as if my lash experience could have been better. I was given little instructions on how to keep my lashes intact/cleaned. Was not shown how to keep them clean or even told to brush my lashes. A friend who was getting her lash extensions was given a thorough experience as well as a pink spoolie to brush her lashes with.

Every time I go for my appointment I am greeted nicely and always leave happy with my eyelashes. I am picky about how my lashes look but they always do such a great job even if I go back the next day because i want them fuller they always leave me satisfied! Definitely recommend!

This was my first experience with lashes. I wasn't sure what I'd think. My husband thought it was silly to want them, if I'm being honest. I've only had them on for a day now and was a little nervous on if they'd stay, how they'd feel, will they be everything I wanted (full enough, long enough, visible enough, and still look real?) I am obsessed with looking at them...I hope that doesn't sound vein, because the truth is, I was a little self conscious before. I love them! My husband said he thinks they look so good! They are perfect, staying on, full, long real looking!!! I saw Karina and she listened to what I was wanting, explained how the process worked and gave me clear instructions for after care. The front desk ladies were welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I’ve always felt self conscious about my lashes being so short and thin. Having sensitive eyes, mascara just doesn’t work for me. I was nervous that I’d have a reaction to getting the lashes, but so far so good!
