I have enjoyed going to Amazing Lash in Grand Rapids for a while now. However, I was just told this location is closing at the end of this year. That is sad as I have loved my lash tech and she has always listened to what I want. What is even sadder is that there is not another Amazing Lash in the area!

Maddie Grey is exceptional at applying lashes, my lashes last a long time could probably go 3 weeks between fills. The atmosphere is very calming and Maddie allows you to relax and rest during your appointment.

I had never gotten my lashes done before and I had a great experience. The reception girl is always super nice and my lash tech Angela was great! We talked through nearly the entire process. I have gone about 4 times now and got the membership which is a good deal. I also met the owner of the store who is the nicest guy ever. I love getting my lashes done here—I always feel so great after.

I was a little bit worried going in because I have barely any lashes and I didn’t want to get too much to where it looked unnatural on me. I told the lash tech (Elizabeth) this and said to surprise me with whatever she thought would look best. I looked in the mirror afterward and my jaw dropped. They’re perfect and look so natural!!!!!! I was also worried about them feeling heavy or bothering me. I can’t feel them at all! Also, Elizabeth was sooo sweet and made me feel so comfortable! We talked like we had known each other forever!

I’m continuously blown away by the level of customer service here. The stylists always give me exactly what I ask for. After my last set I made some aftercare mistakes that caused some lashes to fall out sooner than normal. Even though it was completely my fault, Lindsey squeezed me in for a last minute fill with Angela. Angela is so good at listening to your comments and creating a perfectly customized set. The facility is so nice and everyone is so accommodating. I have nothing but great things to say about this boutique.

I have been getting my lashes done here on and off but mostly on for around 2yrs now. Staff is friendly and easy going. They provide a comfortable, laid back atmosphere and all technicians on staff are trained, experienced and perfectly capable of performing the services they offer to satisfaction. But all in all there is nothing extraordinary r even exceptional about this place other than the cost (which even with a membership is still pricey) especially if if you intend to maintain regular upkeep on your lashes. Prices are actually pretty comparable to some of the higher end salons in the area HOWEVER, those places are just about always booked 3-6 months out, sometimes ever more. I can usually book a same day appointment at amazing lash but if not i almost always able to get in the following day and that’s almost unheard of anywhere else… believe me.

I read reviews and I had low expectations, but they went way beyond that. Everyone there was extremely kind. Hope was who did my lashes and she did a great job. I scheduled online with Brittany, but for whatever reason ended up seeing Kiya. I’m so glad I did. She was professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. We had great conversation and I was even able to take a little “lash nap” while she worked. I’m thrilled with the way my lashes turned out. I decided to get my lashes done because my friend recommended I go here! From the moment I walked into the salon to the moment I left, I was treated with the best customer service I could’ve asked for. Hope was my lash artist and she was amazing! She walked me through the process and she gave me all the choices to pick from. She didn’t even mind when I took a cat nap while she did them! Best two hours ever, it was very relaxing! I squealed like a little girl when I looked in the mirror! Will definitely be coming back!

This is my second visit. Hope is great and gives alot of details on how to care for the lashes. I would recommend to prepare someone for how many lashes might come out , it is alarming when you are not prepared for it. Also when an individual has a scheduled appointment time, if the person before is running late just keep the person waiting informed, some might not have the 30 min or more to wait to be seen.

Katie was great when she called to set up fill. I had to come in sooner though due to loss of lashes. Angelica was awesome although she quoted a much lesser cost than what the owner explained and charged. Lashes look much better no shade to Sam but when customer knows more and clear on facts customer feels bettee. With all that being said unfortunately I will not keep up with lashes from Amazing Lash now that I have a clear understanding of my type of lashes but more importantly the COST even with a membership is too High for my budget.

I had a full set of lashes applied Saturday by Angelica. I now have some sort of inflammation process happening in my right eye. Saw an ophthalmologist and he believes it’s either bacterial/viral infection that was introduced. Although I am very happy with the way my lashes turned out, I think it is important that you know in order to ensure proper hygienic practices are being used by your technicians.

I love my lashes - they make me feel so pretty. The space is so posh, and the eye lash tech was amazing, very nice, and educational on my first set of lashes - I will go back! I took a very nice "Lash nap" and 2 hours went by very quickly.

I seen Tori two weeks ago. I have never had extensions so I was undecided what I wanted and if I would even like them. Tori took her time and helped me pick the perfect look. I loved them when we were done but still was unsure how they would hold up so I didn’t do the membership. Today I went back into see Tori and got a refill along with the twice monthly membership. She is truly amazing and I enjoy every second there. She is not only fantastic at what she does she is an amazing person all around.

The studio was very clean. The staff was very friendly. My lashes look good. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. The process was fairly quick and the technician was wonderful: They are a little uneven which I didn’t notice until the got home and looked at them for a few minutes. After getting lashes for the first time I’m realizing they aren’t for me personally. However I do think they are worth a shot if you are undecided.

I was worried that I’d be underwhelmed with the results! I’m so delighted with the whole process and the results are beyond all expectations. I wanted a set that is pretty natural, but also gives me a nice, no makeup look. Angelica was able to give me exactly what I wanted. I have had several compliments in the few hours since I had my set! Very satisfied! Also - I have sensitive skin and had a patch test 48 hours prior. No pressure and great advice from the cosmetologists!
