First time lash extension user here. I came back after my initial appointment. I pushed my lash extension refill past the 2 week mark and they were ok w/it! They were able to work with my schedule! Poor extensions were looking whack! Jen thankfully explained why follow ups within 2 weeks are needed and cleaning/maintenance is key with lashes! Totally recommend coming here. Thank goodness front desk has the patience to answer my questions lol. And they have a 48 hour courtesy call to wash lashes! Super helpful.

I travel one & a half hrs to get to the lead stylist Jen. She is amazing. the last time I was late due to heavy rain & traffic she did the best she cld with the time left. The lashes were falling out like the next day. A associate / mgr called I told her the entire situation. with the weather & traffic being as it was I was ready to take the blame but without another thought she said Jen was off that Sat but if I cld make it . Another operator wld touch up at no chg. They just wanted be to be happy with my lashes. That was classy. I came in the stylist did a beautiful job and now I will travel with gorgeous lashes. Amazing Lash may be a little pricey however you get what you pay for. First class caring complete follow through service. Thank you, R. Burks

This was my first time at Amazing Lash Studio and I had a great experience with Eliza. I was coming from another studio where I felt like what I was asking for wasn't being met. Both Natalia at the front desk and Eliza the lash artist gave thorough consultations, asking questions, and explaining what would be best for the results I was looking for and my wants. I left extremely happy and with exactly the look I was hoping for. I like a more "natural" look, but they offer a wide variety and am excited to try something new when I am feeling adventurous. Very happy I found Amazing Lash Studio!

I love the service I receive at amazing lash in Pasadena. The girls are always so friendly and my services are prompt.plus I love seeing the decor. So cute! I’m however sad that you got rid of the 3D lashes since they were very natural and I miss them. I had the 6D lashes put on instead and I have gotten use to them but they feel a little too much for me and not so natural. But overall enjoy getting my lashes done here.

Love my lashes overall but when I got home I realized some of the inner lashes were totally kinked and crumpled. Also wish there was an option of the technician wearing a mask. I could feel her breath and it made me uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk. I can’t remember her name, but she was lovely and the perfect receptionist. The lash technician did a fine job on my lashes, she could use an attitude adjustment though - gave impression she didn’t like her job. I will return and hopefully to a technician with a better attitude. You know we spend our hard-earned money on services, it isn’t too much to ask to do your job with a pleasant attitude.

Honestly, I absolutely love the entire staff and environment at Amazing Lash Studio!
