She was very professional, made me feel comfortable, and seemed to be very focused on her work. The end result was a set of beautifully filled lashes. I can't thank her enough for the great job!

This was my first time trying this business. I had an appointment set with someone a friend referred me to. Twenty minutes before my appointment they tell me this. The receptionist didn't do the best job navigating the issue but I did end up with an appointment later in the day. My tech was a master and SHE was awesome. Randy did a great job communicating how hard my original tech fought to make it and assured me I was in good hands. If not for Randy it would have been my first and last time using Amazing Lashes.

This was my second time coming to this lash studio. I have actually never had my lashes done before. I did extensive research trying to find the best studio that would work with my schedule. This studio is amazing. It is so nice and welcoming. I use a master stylist Levada and she is absolutely amazing! She is definitely my go to stylist. I did have an issue after my very first visit but they did everything in their power to make it right and to make me happy. I have been very happy with my services and I highly recommend this studio. Another amazing thing is they have products that are made to use with lash extensions, very affordable pricing as well.

Customer service and Caroline are awful

I have been going there for years. Unfortunately the customer service side on the checkout is quite a failure. I went two weeks ago and the new girl checked me out wrong. Instead of fixing it like the manager normally would. Caroline the assistant manager laughed while I told her it wasn’t my fault that the new girl didn’t draft my package and over charged me. And I asked for the owner who I know to call and she claimed she couldn’t. So then they drafted my account illegally when I told them not to and to cancel my package. So I wouldn’t ever recommend Huntsville as their business etiquette is awful. Had I spoken to whom I wanted I could have handled this swiftly and they wouldn’t be over charging me. Looks like when you put your business in hands that are incapable you lose clients. Unfortunately for them they’ve lost 6 stylists in the last week. They are doing something wrong. I hate I lose my stylist who I love and she’s never been the problem but I won’t be taken advantage of by anyone bc a new girl checked me out wrong and they claim they can’t fix it. That’s crap. The owner has had to fix issues like this before. How humiliating for her that her staff acts like this.

I brought my mom to get our eyelashes tinted and lifted and the team was spectacular. The women at the front desk were kind and super welcoming. It was the only time my eyes haven’t burned with a lift or tint and even though the tint wasn’t quite dark enough, she told me I could come back in a couple of weeks to go darker, she just didn’t want to over process them. I’m getting married in a week, so I appreciated her thought process, explanation, and accommodation to get my lashes to their perfect shade. Will definitely come back!

I would like to start by saying that I am not here to place blame on any particular person, but more so bring light to the concerns I have with the entire process. As a member since 2019, I did not anticipate the transition from one state to another being as much of a headache as it was. First, I filled out the new member documents which was apparently unnecessary since I was already a member in another state. Nor was it evident that the inpatient form was overviewed as they would have seen that I had some experience with their brand and with eyelash extensions in general. So arriving 15 minutes before my appointment, though not a big ordeal, was ultimately a waste of time. Second, I tried to stress that importance of a "natural" look, and was quickly given the 12 length lash, the tech showed them to me and asked if that was short enough. I replied that it is difficult to tell if that is the correct length for my face, I just don't want them to be much longer than my natural eyelashes, and that I would defer to her expertise. So she went with the 12 length. Upon completion, I immediately told the tech they were too long, she said they could set up an adjustment appointment two days later. I asked if they could see my profile, showing what I used to get. They said they could not see it since the studio I went to was not in close proximity. Sure. I showed up to my adjustment appointment and explained to another technician that my eyelashes were too long. She was under the impression, based on the notes they had on my sheet, that the adjustment would entail an ADDITION to my already full and lengthy set. I said no, quite the opposite, I wanted less. I showed her a picture of what I used to get with Amazing Lash in my previous state of residence. She said she could use remove them. So she did. Which was a pretty easy procedure, no issues there. This probably could have been done after my initial appointment once I said it was not what I wanted. After the removal, she tells me that I will need to make another appointment for a full set. I personally thought that the adjustment appointment was going to include the fix, but she was under the impression that my "fix" was going to be quick. So I made an appointment for the full set, the same day, just a few hours later, with the same tech. Since I had a few hours, I called my old Amazing Lash studio to see if they still had my dimensions/lash information, that way there would be less confusion and they could just do what I had always done. I came back for my full set, and the tech told me that the removal fee would be waived, but they would still have to charge me for at least a "fill" because there was nothing inherently wrong with my previous set. I was confused because that should not be up to a tech to decide, rather the customer. Just because the eyelashes are properly installed, does not mean it's right, because I asked for a very very very natural look and it still came out longer than I wanted. I can see if I was just trying to get some free eyelashes out of this ordeal, but clearly not the case, nor was any of this considered convenient for me. At this point I had already expended so much energy in this process that I conceded to paying the fee. I told her the lash information I got from my old studio, and she told me they don't usually start with a 10. They usually start with a 12, which is what I considered too long. Seriously not trying to get frustrated, I conveyed that I had been getting that for a couple years which is what I like, so please do that. She finished up and it was better than what I had initially, so I was happy with it. However, I think the type of curl was incorrect to the one I proposed. I could definitely be wrong, it just didn't come out right. Either way, glad it was over. Amongst other things, the facility itself seemed fine, a little dusty in some areas. But the speaker system was failing all throughout the (second) day so as I was laying there for a few hours, it was like laying in a torture chamber listening to the reverberating buzz of the speaker in the background with a circadian static and popping sound, which would intermittently work with the music that was supposed to be playing. The music would periodically jolt back on all while restarting my heart in the process. I gave this experience 2 stars because I know the lash techs are doing their best and they were patient with me. It was such a lackluster experience that I don't know that I would want to go back again. Despite the various ways I used to explain what I wanted, I am still not fully confident that I was understood.

I drove two hours from Chattanooga to get my lashes done. I was running behind on my trip I didn’t have a chance to stop for water. I knew I was going to be on the last table for an hour and I was parched…I asked Alyssa if they had any water. She explained the water fountain was shut off. I asked her if she could get me a little bit of water from the back room. She went to the back room came out and said she couldn’t get me any. I went to my car grabbed an empty water bottle and filled it up in the bathroom. I don’t think more needs to be said here. Lash session was great, technician was gentle and kind. I’m gentle and kind. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I felt like she went out of my way to not get me water and it hurt my feelings.

I am not gonna lie I really like my lashes when I left I went back down to single it looks better on me she did tell me that I still have some 3-D and today is Thursday I got my lashes done Sunday and they just need to be redone or filled in at this point because I think the 3-D came out so that’s not gonna change my rating always love my lashes but I think just the transition from the 3-D back to the regular which looks federal me had a picture to prove it and I love them when she returned them back to the regular

I was scheduled for a full set of extensions but I use Rodan and Fields Lash Boost to keep my lashes long. You can’t use the lash boost with the extensions so they suggested a lash lift and tint. Can I say amazing! My lashes look so good and I don’t even need to wear mascara anymore! My lashes are long but weren’t curly and now they are both! Very pleased with my results and Clara is the best!

I've been a customer for over two years and absolutely LOVE my lash experience, but decided on my way in that I wanted to change back to 3D volume lashes and was told upon arrival that I had not scheduled for that (something that I've never been told before!) and that my stylist didn't have time. I said it was okay, but I asked the stylist why it took more time. Don't you simply go through the same process of gluing stem to last? She said it took longer for the glue to dry, which made no sense at all, and that she had another appointment coming in at 9 (I was at 8). My appointment was finished at 8:50. Ten minutes??? Was disappointed.

The lady who did my lashes acted like she had zero interest in working there. The only time she spoke to me was asking what I wanted and at the end to buy products. You would think if you are spending this much money on something they would seem to at least give you a smile or something. She acts like she hates her job or her life. She did a great job on the lashes but all I could think about the whole time was how she just seemed mad or irritated. She repeatedly “huffed” throughout the lash process and even left the room once. I love my lashes but please hire some friendly lash techs.... that actually want to be there. Because your customers can literally feel the ones who don’t. Like I said, great lashes but not a relaxing situation.

My first lashes with the Huntsville location didn’t go very well. The girl that put my full set on took a extra long time only to have clumps of glue and non matching lashes. I wasn’t happy but hate complaining. I waited a few days and called, they got me in the same day and had a very nice tech get in there and fix as much as she could of the mistakes the first one made and was so easy to get along with!! I know my lashes aren’t totally fixed but I was so please this salon did everything our time together allowed and at no charge! I’ll be back!!!

The service was so relaxing that I fell asleep. It was unfortunate that the other staff started vacuuming outside my door and woke me up! My lashes looked great when I left. It's been 24 hours and a few have already fallen out.

My first service was poor but my fill went well

3 days after my first fill I had to go back in because the corners of both eyes had not been filled well. The specialist I went to had been working there for 3 years. She was fast and friendly and my eyelashes looked better than the first day they had been done by far.

From the time I opened the door to enter until I opened the door to exit. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Everything was explained. I was asked if I had any questions. My stylist was very gentle and precise. And the Manager/Owner approached me after my appointment and I asked if I was satisfied and she complemented me. The products are also very affordable. I enjoyed my experience with Amazing Lashes. I am a walking advertisement. Thank you Amazing Lashes.

I rushed into Amazing Lash Studio Huntsville after working unexpected overtime on my job. I only had just enough time to scoot across town to make my 6:40 appointment. I felt so rushed and exhausted when I crossed the thrush hole of The Amazing Lash Studio Huntsville. Immediately I was greeted by a very pleasant reception.From the moment I entered the Studio everyone made me feel as though I was appreciated as a customer. As always my stylist was extremely professional and also informed me of new products that I should purchase. I left feeling on top of the world!!! "A perfect ending to an Imperfect day".
