I had been sick for a week and missed my normal fill appointment- I actually had very good retention on my 3 week old lashes and I had really pulled, brushed and washed at them! But after getting in for a fill they look wonderful. I have had exceptionally good results with Amazing Lash - I have never had a bad lash job or aesthetician yet! I can’t recommend them enough!!

The service was great and the staff was kind HOWEVER, this automated messages were overwhelming. Yes, I am aware I can opt out of them. I like to receive ONE reminder the day before to confirm my appointment but this not the case. Instead I received two notifications a day, every day, until my appointment. So for example, I schedule an appointment 2 weeks out I will receive 28 notifications about my appointment. Complete OVERKILL and a real annoyance that I almost canceled because I didn't want to get any more notifications. I hope they consider changing this system.

I really love my lashes, but I think it's incumbent upon the store to pay the "Master Stylists" more, not on the customer. If you want to do something, make the stylists under the Masters charge a bit less and let people make that decision. I already tip my girl very very well, hate paying extra for her on top of that. Makes me want to look elsewhere occasionally, your prices and the way you hold us out with the "membership" is a little sketchy. To me, there just a better way to structure it and have it be a little more customer friendly.

OMG!! The entire team of stylists always do an awesome job! However, this particular visit was different. My stylist was Brianna (B?)and I believe it was my 2nd, if not, 3rd time receiving services from her. She KILLS IT EVERYNTIME!! She is definitely a skilled stylist that listens and isn't afraid to try different looks. She is so thorough and I am just ecstatic with my results EVERYTIME. Magically, she even puts my obsolete inner corner lashes on fleek that somehow lasts throughout to my next fill! I even tried calling just hours after my last appointment to thank her and let her know how happy I was, but they were already closed. The entire staff always goes out of their way to ensure I am 100% satisfied each time. I was going to take a break from my lashes for a short while, but after seeing Brianna, NO WAY am I wanting a break anytime soon! Great jobadies and thank you all so much!!

My most recent visit has been the best so far. I had lost quite a lot of my lashes for whatever reason, but Makenna did an amazing job getting back to how I want them. They feel fabulous! This is the most comfortable they have ever felt and best they’ve ever looked!

My lashes are poppin, looking good and even on both sides,not too long or fake looking, just super cute and girly. Everybody was friendly and welcoming, always a good experience, my only 2 requests are if there was brown for an option for lash extensions color and if you had some better deals periodically. I mean well worth the money but hey, have a sale once in a while to draw people in.

I got my lashes done last Saturday with alayna and I absolutely hated them. They looked horrible, were very rushed, and not what I wanted at all. I haven’t had the best experience, it is getting better that’s why I continue to come back. Employees talking about other employees, very unprofessional. But the last two girls I have had the first times were amazing lashes were great, then they looked horrible. Pain. Etc. the person I’m with now, I was very uncomfortable and it seemed she was irritated and didn’t make me feel as well as the first two times. Just some growing with professional levels needed there. As I spoke with the front office ladies, I drove 2hrs to get my lashes done. The front desk people really do make the company. They’re the faces EVERYONE sees and they do a great job. I witnessed a difficult situation one of the ladies went through and complimented her on how she handled it. People just need pick me ups sometimes. Customer service isn’t the best or easiest job a person can have. Over all the ladies have been great towards me. I only wish my lashes would last as long as they should.
