After 2 years of not having lash extensions I was double guessing about getting them again. I so happened to call on a Sunday afternoon (noonish) and said to myself, if I call and they have an appointment available then it's meant to be. When I called they said they didn't have any appointments available. I said , well it's not meant to be. Within the hour I received a call back that an appointment became available and if I would like to come then. I accepted. When I arrived I told Nekia my whole situation as to why I stopped wearing lash extensions. She took the time to hear me out and give me her input. If it wasn't for her knowledge and experience I wouldn't of gave her the opportunity and would have asked for another lash tech. I do NOT have any regrets of giving her the chance. I am 100% completely satisfied with her work , her persona, knowledge, vibe and so on. The moment you walk in her room you know you're about to get the best lash extensions of your life. I know within the franchise there are tiered techs and I have to say she's not up there YET but she comes with the experience. No doubt in my mind she will move up. I strongly recommend everyone to give her 1 chance and she will win you over.

I have been to a couple of amazing lash studios since moving here 2 years ago. Before coming to the Kingwood location I had never left a ALS feeling great about my results. About a month ago, i made a last minute decision to get my lashes done so I called ALS Kingwood and the receptionist was so kind in scheduling me an appointment and listening to my request to have an experienced lash tech. I was scheduled with NIKEA. Let me tell you...I am so happy I made the decision to go to this location. NIKEA is a magician. I have had 2 refills from NIKEA so far and I just fall more in love with my lashes each time. Since getting my full set a month ago, I have gotten so many compliments. Even my boyfriend made the comment that this lash set has been the best one I have ever had. Since I have been so satisfied, yesterday I signed up for a membership. BOOK WITH NIKEA! :D

I am somewhat disappointed in the way my lashes were done twice by a certain tech. I had someone today, very knowledgeable on what to do to put them back on right track. Even though, I am not crazy about them right now (I feel I have no lashes because I can barely see them they are so short) :;( I am hoping my next experience there will be a good one. I miss my long lashes! Not sure what to do? Do I cancel my membership and go elsewhere, or give them, yet another chance?

My lashes are beautiful but when I booked the appointment I called to make sure what the total price would be because I was on a budget and I was told it would only be the charge of a 79.99 and that was the total all together I even asked again to be sure and when i was done and went to the front desk to pay I payed for not only the 79.99 but 65$ for a charge for a full set. I would’ve liked to not be told one thing and then pay way more than I was planning to. Other than that Sofia did a great job.

I went in with no previous experience so I had no idea what to expect. From the moment I stepped into the salon and was greeted by Terri, my experience was awesome. Terri was so welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The office was very clean, friendly and professional. Rosie was my lash artist and she was fantastic. It takes a little while for the first time application but the results were wonderful Rosie is super!

I’ve been going to another location for months but it’s impossible to get across town after work during the week so this time I picked the Kingwood location since it’s closer to work... it was almost a completely different experience. Haley did my lashes yesterday and they look perfect. I’m very picky about my lashes and she helped me choose a style that I love. Haley was also extremely fast, I’ve never had a full set pout on in under an hour, I was concerned that they wouldn’t look full but it’s the best extensions set I’ve had. Sydney (the Manager) suggested a patch test since I had an allergic reaction to a different salon's glue. Wendy did a thorough patch test and we figured out what materials were okay and to avoid. Wendy is an excellent lash technician. Both Wendy and Sydney are personable, welcoming and you can tell they actually care! Their kindness was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend for anyone who has issues with glue sensitivities.

I am a new customer. The staff is friendly but they didn't explain the process or the products very well. I got a full set and my left eye has crooked lashes and I had to cut one strand out of my eye when I got home. They are very thick and don't look natural. I asked for natural looking lashes. Not sure if I will continue with the lashes. They aren't what I was looking for and feel like I wasted almost three hours getting them put on and $100.

my stylist and the actual workers were super nice, but I was so excited about getting my lashes done and I guess I had my expectations set too high or I just possibly didn't really know what I wanted or to expect. I know for a training rate they weren't going to be perfect. once I got home and I really got to looking they were okay but not what I was shooting for. my recommendation is to either let them get more experience or make sure they really know what you want. I didn't want gaudy but wanted column and definition and don't think I got it. they aren't dark enough and not as full as what my glam cam picture was. I feel I needed to review because if I had paid full price I would not have been happy at all but for a training I guess I'm just luck I didn't look like a drunk person. I appreciate the effort but missed the mark.
