I had to evacuate Houston due to the hurricane, but still needed to maintain my lashes. I made an appointment and saw that they have evening appointments. There is no where inside the inner loop where I've seen they do evening appointments. So I booked for 7:45pm, but they called me and said there were cancellations an I could come earlier. Thank gosh, as I really wanted a 6ish appointment time. I come in and the front desk was nice and helpful. Addison was great, I would highly recommend her. I will say it is EXTREMELY COLD in this location. Like uncomfortably cold. It has to be anywhere in the 50-60s as I'm a physician and it felt like I was in an OR. Even my stylist was wearing a jacket and it's July in Texas. Also, the music is HORRIBLE and not relaxing at all. In my Houston location that I always go to, it's spa music or just easy listening and I can take a nap. The whole time it was EDM music, like you are in a rave and I couldn't' sleep due to the mix of the freezing cold and the intense EDM music. I would highly recommend Addison, but the manager really needs to fix the AC and change the music.

I have used Amazing Lash is Kyle TX for the past few months. Love my stylist Alicia. She really is thorough and takes her time to do the best. However this last time Sunday 5/12/24, she said she didn’t know she had a client right after me so she maybe hurried up and as she said “did what she could”. Not a problem since I know I can go back for an adjustment. But I won’t be back until Wednesday. The girl at the front desk said if I sent an email with a picture, the store could get me in for an adjustment when I got back from my work trip. I woke up this morning and it seemed that the seal/bond was clumpy on my right upper eye lid. I used the lash brush to try to gently comb through and two clusters fell out. I wonder if Alicia tried to rush and bond clusters quickly? I’d like to get an adjustment when I get back from my work trip please. Thank you!

I have been a faithful customer for a year now and have been seeing the same lash stylist for a year. At my last visit I was told she is finally a master stylist, which is wonderfull, but will now cost me more money to see. My concern is that for a year I was the person that when to only her and she got more experience growing and learning on but now I am going to have to pay more for her same service. How is that fair to the loyal customer? My thought is her new customers that she gains due to her master stylist should be paying the master price and her customer who she worked on while she was learning on should get the perk of keeping the same price. Pictures of my lashes are even used in her portfolio to help her but now I’m being charged more. It just does not feel right.

And if it wasn’t for her today, I probably was gonna stop my service for about a month or so just due to other issues but if I get to keep her on Tuesdays, which I found out I can I will continue to stay with y’all continuously for now.

Unfortunately I did have a bad experience with one of the stylists. My lashes were clumped together with glue and I couldn’t brush or wash them. I went in a week later and paid for a refill and was placed with Daniella (sp). She noticed the issues immediately and took a picture to show her manager. The manager called me and apologized. They paid for a full removal and full set. I am very pleased with my new set - it feels like it should! The manager was super nice and understanding and my new master stylist Cassandra did an absolutely great job. My lashes are Perfect. Also props to the stylist who noticed the issues and went to the manager. She is not the fastest tech (fairly new) but she did the best she could with the clumps I had and I would definitely see her again. Overall a great experience with the manager and both of the stylists who fixed my lashes!

1st. Vianey is AHMazing. As a first timer I was nervous and unsure of what to expect/anticipate. Vianey put all my worries at ease and created a very calm and open environment as well as having an exceptionally clean & sterile environment. Aside from general comfort, she also did phenomenal work. I have had a boost in confidence and self love; I can't stop "catching myself in the mirror/reflection" to just bat my lashes. Great atmosphere, fun and friendly staff, great price!! My extensions always last!! They give great advice on how to care for your lashes to keep them intact . I had had lashes before but wasn’t real educated on it. Each time I returned I could tell them if they were not quite the length I wanted or the fullnes. They were able to keep changing things up till I found my perfect look and now I can just show up and my girl has everything set up and ready according to my perfect look. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had an eyelash appointment with Mika in Kyle. She did such an amazing job, i definitely recommend her. Ive had plenty of experience with other cosmetic's for my eyelash extensions in the past and if i am truly being honest, nothing like this before. Mika was very welcoming and patient. She made me feel comfortable and before we even started she was able to explain exactly what she would be doing and guided me through all of my options, based off of what i already had and what i was trying to accomplish. Through the entire experience, she worked continuously and was extremely soft and careful with her hands. Everything that i was able to smell was clean and fresh. Nothing was over baring. I would know because i have horrible allergies. Her room was clean and spacious. The temperature was right. And she made me feel like i was in a safe place in order to close my eyes for such a long time. She was also very time efficient and before I left she made sure that i was satisfied and happy with her services. She kindly walked me out and the whole time she kept a mask on for precautions. I could truly appreciate that.

Awesome job. Took a few times to get my lashes the way I want them but that was no fault of the staff. I’ve been using Amazing Lash for extensions for over 6 years. Yes I love them. I recently switched to the new Kyle locations. For the first couple of months I found they weren’t lasting as long as I was used to. Gerojanis has been a jewel working to get my lashes back to my norm. As of my last fill, I would say they are as beautiful as ever and holding on much better.
