She used regular glue instead of the sensitive , which is in my chart, and caused a bad reaction. In Lafayette tina has been my stylist and she does an exceptional job with my eyes. I like going to the ALS Lafayette location because I live in Lake Charles, rather than going to Houston like I used to. I get the classic, natural lashes, and when I go to the River Oaks location in Houston, I do find that they last longer and don’t fall out as quickly and are usually fuller. But overall, I like the Lafayette location!

As a long time Esthetician in Las Vegas, I’ve had my lashes done for many years by various lash techs and I find Kamryn Seago’s technique and placement to be amazing! My natural lashes are more healthy than they’ve ever been and the retention is the best ever, possibly due to Kamryn’s technique and how precise she is. She also takes the time at the end of my session to perform lash bonding techniques & irritation prevention. This was my first lash extension experience and Milan made it SO easy and comfortable that I fell asleep on her table! LOL. My lashes look great and it’s exactly what I wanted, not too big and bulky, just wispy and subtle. The only issue (and not even really a big deal) was at check out, the girl at the desk told me $89.99, but I thought I had received an email saying my introductory price was $69.99. I started looking for the email at the counter to show her and, of course, I could find it just because I was looking for it. When I got home, I DID find my email, so when I go back for my refills I’ll be talking with them about getting my $20 difference. Like I said, not really an issue and not enough to give them less than 5 stars. Milan was awesome, office was clean and beautiful! Will definitely go back!

My left side is perfect but my right is missing chunks I looked in car mirror before leaving, tried to brush to move it around but there’s spaces/ missing (on left side of right eye closest to nose) no matter how I try to brush. This was my first lash extension appointment, overall the experience was great!! Kamryn was very gentle and nice!! The process was kind of long but I knew that going in. The only concern I have was that I already had 5 lashes fall out after not even 12 hours…I’m not sure if that is normal.

If I need to come in before my next appointment for a mini-fill it is super easy to book. I have been coming to this studio for some months now and every time that I do I have no problems what so ever. I visited yesterday and the woman doing my lashes was so sweet and so nice and definitely wanted her again. However all day yesterday after I left my eyes were burning really bad and by the time I was going to bed it got so bad that I had to stay up until 4 in the morning because the pain was so uncomfortable. Now, the pain definitely went down but I still have some burning going on and a lot of crust around my eye. Not sure what caused this because I’ve never had this happen before.

I’ve had 2 great experiences with my initial lash install and my 1st refill. I refilled after 2 weeks and had good retention. I think I could have gone 3 weeks but I would have been too close to the end of my rope. So to keep my lashes looking fresh I’ll continue with biweekly appointments
