My only three observations are: back cushions I don’t feel like coming back to same back pain I experimented, warm temperature cause I was freezing and little things like face mask I felt that the lady was breathing on my face also gloves because her hands were sweating on my face ☹️

You all do a great job but it’s expensive, IMO. After a $12 master stylist upgrade and an $8 tip, you’re walking out paying $80—just for a mini session that’s less than an hour long. I wish there was a membership option for a mini every 3 weeks for much less $.

I’ve never had any issues with the service here and every single stylist/desk agent/manager has been lovely to me. Where do I begin?!? Jackie is amazing! I haven’t had lashes put on in a long time and the last time that I did I thought I was going to take flight every time I blinked. This time, I brought in my favorite glue on lashes (I recommend everyone doing this so they have a physical reference.) and asked her what she thought the best choice was. I didn’t feel pressured to upgrade or do a million add-ons. I really left like she gave me honest feedback and even appreciated the fact that I brought in an example. The front desk staff is super friendly too and the team member that booked me for my next appointment took the time to explain the membership package for next visit. 10/10 would recommend.

The receptionist on Sunday, sorry I don't remember your name, was also a plus to the establishment. She printed out paperwork for me to sign because the text wasn't working on my phone. I joined for $59.99/mo. thinking that’s a good price for lash extensions. I’ve been a member for probably 2 years and now it’s $69.99 plus $25 if you want more volume to your lashes and an extra $20 if you want a “master” to put the lashes on and a tip on top of that. They last about 2 weeks so you have to pay a refill charge of $69.99 plus another $25 plus master fee and tip. You don’t have to use a “master” but they can get you in and out faster. You don’t have to get volume but they tell you it’s their most popular. So I’ve gone from around $100/mo to $200/mo. for lashes. There comes a point of diminishing return. If it keeps going up then I’m going somewhere else. It’s no longer feeling like a good deal at a “club” price.

Loved my lashes. Only my second time but they are phenomenal and I’ll get them done again. They’re comfortable, classy and perfect for my face. My first experience was a nail shop and it was horrendous. Super heavy clusters that ripped my lashes off. Took me a year to grow them back. The only downside was the price. I wasn’t expecting to pay so much, it hit me by surprise. The only thing I’ll change is asking upfront how much it will cost and discussing cost before I start a service.

Ashlyn is the best. I went to another tech for my previous appt and she was a master technician but my lashes weren’t brushed one time and they were falling out the same day. I had a vacation so I could not call and complain in time to get a credit and explain my frustration. Plz make sure ur master technicians are indeed master technicians. Ashlyn is definitely a master at her craft.

While I am content with the outcome of my lashes I am not on the number of times this location has had to reschedule me on the day of my appointment in the last couple of months. I am warned of the fee I will be charged if I have to cancel same day, yet they aren’t offering me the same in return as a discount when they have to cancel me. I think the fee if I cancel is half the cost of your visit yet at most I’ve received a Master Stylist fee because no one else was available. I’m a member, have been for years. I am a solid every two weeks client but there is zero special treatment for continual, visits.

I normally go to my technician Ashlyn, she is amazing. There are some times when my schedule does not work with hers so I have to go to someone else. This last time I called and originally schedule my appointment at 3:00, I got a call from the front desk and was asked if I could come at 12 because the girl that was going to do my lashes had to leave by 2:00. So I agreed to come at 12:00. I got there on time but wasn't welcome into my room until 12:24. Not only did I waited for 20 min but my technician Camille seemed to be on a bad mood. Didn't even introduced herself or said hi. She immediately asked me to put on my mask when I was having a lollipop (from the front desk) I told her I wanted to have my lollipop and she said I couldn't "eat" while se was working on my lashes. Anyways licking a lollipop is not eating, but I decided to let go and get to it. Once in the room, her attitude was again not welcoming or nice. I was uncomfortable laying down, she never asked if I wanted something or needed to adjust myself. Used short answers, I was the one to asked for her name at the end and thanked her. I honestly didn't want to leave a tip, don't really think she even deserved it, but left one because she is pregnant.

The stylists are great however things have changed after the pandemic, now client is not allowed to schedule a refill at 3 weeks, masters are $20 instead of $10, hearing more and more excuses as to why they can’t make my eyelashes look like before the pandemic: “you need to come sooner than 2 weeks for a refill”, “ your eyelashes were dirty so I spent a lot of time cleaning them and couldn’t get enough time to make them full” I didn’t have enough time to make them full but if you want to come back in 10 days for a touch up you are more than welcome” . Things have changed and I have been thinking about canceling my subscription and finding a better option

She is by far the best I've ever used in the past and that's been a long time! She's very nice, easy going and friendly. She also take specific time to utilize different lash lengths for me.
