When you schedule on the phone they tend to “forget” to mention fees that are in addition to a service- when you go to check out there are things that were not included when you last spoke. The environment is clean over- the beds are not very comfortable, but they do provide a small knee pillow if you want it. Music is very loud and more upbeat than one would expect for a “relaxing service.”

As a business owner I know what it means to value your clients and provide an excellent customer service experience. Amy helped me over the phone with scheduling and understanding the monthly membership program they offer. I had a couple of initial hiccups with my lashes but Amy did everything she could to make things right and accommodate my busy ever changing schedule. I’m a busy mama of 4 with a 5th on the way. She was understanding when I had to reschedule twice and very gracious with me. I so appreciated that. I love my lashes as well. The technicians are very thorough. I have been very pleased with my overall experience here. It’s so awesome to relax for the time they are doing your lashes and wake up feeling beautiful without makeup.

I was nervous about having this type of service though I am a long standing wearer of traditional lashes. Hailey was very through and explained everything as we went along putting me at ease and let me know if I had any questions or concerns along the way do not hesitate to let her know. Needless to say I was so at ease that I literally fell asleep during to service. Amazing Lash Studio-Leawood is always perfect, as how else do you describe friendly and fast service with care in one word? My first full set went wrong-unsure how exactly but they fixed the side that fell all apart no questions asked! And with the pandemic they are super clean and careful and they were before hand as well! I will never trust my lashes to another studio ever again.

I’ve gotten lashes from 4 other places in kansas city and amazing lash is by far the best. the techs are so gentle when applying and removing, and they never tug or twist or cut my lashes. the lashes themselves are so soft, a far cry from the stiff, thick, and heavy ones i’ve had before. big fan of this place!

As always Emily is always super great when I walk in. Lyndsey is always fabulous .She I think will be very hard to replace. Her work is outstanding . I want my lashes super full she always tries to achieve this but the time constraints put on the stylists are really not long enough because everyone does not come in with the same situation.So being rushed to me seems like quanity of guests might be where its headed. Just my thought. I might consider that in the future for myself . Overall great I will miss Lyndsey hope I can find someone as great as her!

I love my lashes but I really enjoyed my time chatting with Christy while getting my lashes put on. That overall, was worth the money spent. I will recommend her to my friends and family. Customer service goes a long way especially in today’s world and I appreciate having such a sweet person help me! I am curious to see how long they last. I knew lashes would cost but I didn’t realize that it’s quite an investment. I love them and feel beautiful and this will save me time in the morning.

I went in for a full set and it was my first time. I came home only to see that I was not exactly happy with the lashes. I called and let them know and they got me in the day after and fixed them to my liking without charge. I usually dont do things like complain but they made me feel like it was OK and that me being satisfied was a priority. Thanks
