Great work. Also one of the only stylists that are able to put lashes and they don't fall off in a week. I take pics but have not been able to recommend Amazing Lash for at least 2 years. I just do whatever so I can live my life. As soon as this stylist retires I don't see any future with Amazing Lash. I do post everything on Instagram and Facebook. It's sad that it went from 30 days of perfect lashes to now. Maybe a week of lashes before you look like a fucking clown.

I have been coming to ALS Lincoln Heights for my eyelash extensions for many years. I had a terrible experience with two other places that provide the eyelash extension service. They ruined my eyelashes. I found ALS and they explained their products they use and reassured me that they would help my real lashes back to health. Every eyelash technician has been very pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled and consistent with great services and products.

She always checks on me to make sure that I have no discomfort on my eyes and asks if I'd like a blanket since it's usually pretty fresh at the location I go to. This new policy of not being able to include tips on our card payments is evil. It will result in the stylists getting even less money, will encourage people not to tip, makes it more difficult and complicated if you do want to tip, and is plain tacky. It is disgusting that management would do this to these hardworking women! If you don’t value and invest in your employees, then your business doesn’t deserve to have any. Greed shouldn’t be your motivator. Implementing this new tip policy will have a negative result for the employees and sends quite the message to clients about how you value your employees. I urge you to reconsider this and will be discussing it with other clients and friends.

I was previously going to another company for lashes and wasn’t happy at all. I can’t remember her name of who has done my lashes at Amazing Lash Studio, but she has done a fantastic job. Not only am I happy with my lashes, but I am maintaining great retention with them. This has been my second time going to her and I am very pleased. I honestly do not normally write reviews because I can be lazy in that aspect, but I feel she deserves a good review.

I’ve been getting my lashes done with amazing lash for years now and although I think it can be a little overpriced Alexis makes it worth it. I have never had such an incredible stylist, in the past I’ve left kind of annoyed with poorly filled lashes but NEVER with Alexis. She doesn’t waste anytime at all and always makes sure I am as full as possible. She needs to be training the rest of the stylist or something, someone give her her own studio, I’m serious 👏🏻. She’s the BEST! 👏🏻 As long as she is my stylist I’ll keep paying these ridiculous prices.

I love my amazing lashes and the way they enhance my eyes and give me the “I woke up like this” look I desire. This year I became very ill with Lupus on top of another auto immune disorder that I have struggled with for years and am not able to wear nail polish, make up or skin care products due to the damage it causes my skin and nails and needed something like this to assist me in enhancing my features. I am very grateful for the customer service I have received with the different lash stylists I have met and the treatment I have received. I have not had a single reaction to the lashes but I have had a reaction to the lash soap and there are other options that still allow me to clean my lashes with the brushes they offer. Also, I was super scared before doing this because I thought all my lashes would fall out but that has not been the case, the stylists are all highly experienced and take great care not to remove existing lashes. If you have been wanting to try eyelash extensions, I say do it!

Im in town visiting from Tucson, AZ and I noticed how bad my lashes looked in our photos even though they were barely over a week old so I figured I would take advantage of my membership and get a refill while im here. Ive never seen a master stylist before but kenzie was well worth the extra $20. She was able to confirm my suspicions about the quality of work I was receiving and she tried her very best (I mean VERY best) to fix another stylists sloppy work. Not only did kenzie make my lashes look better than they ever have but she also gave me advice on what to do and say to the Tucson location I go to so I don't lose all of my eyelashes. Thanks Kenzie!!!!

I loved my lash girl that I was setup with she did an amazing job. Usually I get my lashes done at the studio in New Braunfels but my lashes never seem to stay on long. So I decided to try a different location this time to see if there would be a difference since this location is rated 4 stars. Well let me tell you there was a huge difference I loved the way my lashes came out and it's already been two weeks and my lashes still look like I've just got them done. I most definitely will be going back to this location.

I normally schedule a mini on the 10th day to make my eyelash as full as possible. After every mini appt I’ve been disappointed because they aren’t full, but this time I told the stylist not to remove any of the lashes unless she absolutely has to. I've been going to this Amazing Lash Studio location for almost 3 years now and I have been in love with my lashes ever since I started. There's a location near my house that opened not too long ago, but I can't stop coming to this location because I know how I'll be treated. I get compliments left and right on my lashes, which I always let people know where I go to get them done. Eddie is my lash tech, who I book in advance, to be sure I always get him.
