But Hun-t they beat my eyes so good I can’t go back to 8-10 no more—they have me feening for my sets you hear me. I feel bald eyeded if I don’t have my lashes. I was very pleased with my lashes after my appointment today with Emily Landin. It was my 2nd appointment with her and she was just as good the 1st time too. She gave me the look I had been looking for and the quality of her work was great, as my lashes stayed on really well and I didn't lose many since my last visit with her. Catherine was very professional and patient. She was able to create the look I wanted for my lashes because her motto was “she wants everyone to feel beautiful”. That’s what I call “Wow” service and she should be recognized and commended because that’s the type of service everyone should want to display. I will return and continue my service because of her. Initially when this location opened, I went in to get a full set of lashes. Staff was new and like with all places, some techs were more experienced than others. I didn't particularly love my lashes, although the tech was sweet as could be . I felt like one side was really full and the other side scant. I had subscribed to the monthly service so at this point, I decided to cancel. I got a call bk from Riley who was very understanding. She waived my fee for the next month and asked if I wanted to come in and use the credits I had already pd for. She put me down with a more experienced tech, McKenna, and the outcome was more than I expected. Great customer service, very professional and willing to go above and beyond to make you happy. I'm going to keep my subscription, thank you ladies!

Everyone at this location made me feel super comfortable and confident despite my lack of knowledge! Everyone kept their masks on the ENTIRE time and staff goes above and beyond with safety procedures. I was sure I would see the curl without mascara on and when I didn't I was disappointed.
