Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the young lady that helped me but she was amazing!! I had been somewhere else and had lashes put on. They had way too much glue and were very bothersome. I finally decided to have them removed and she was very gentle and I was very relaxed. She continued to check on me throughout the process which took twice as long...she had a big job!

Last time they upheld my appointment even thoough they did not have my size then advised it was because of a nationwide shortage. Hi there, Abby was very upfront and thorough as to not over promise results. I am very happy so far and she was able to achieve a very lovely natural look for me given my real lash situation. As this was my first time at Amazing Lash and having gone to many studios for other types of services for over 30 years I have a couple of suggestions that are simple but would in my opinion uplevel the "Experience" for this service. 1. Rooms very small: add a small FAN to move the air as chemical glue is being used and there are no windows. 2. Have a small throw or blanket for client: You are spending an hour to 90 minutes having this procedure....the body temperature naturally is lowered. "Details matter" KAT TA DA by KAT living by design

Amazing Lashes is a great place to have your lashes done. Extremely nice employees and very clean place. Inviting from the time you walk in the door. The receptionist are very friendly. The service and experience was 10/10 however leading up to the appointment I was very annoyed. They must have a lot of no call no shows because I can look in my call log to at least 6 calls confirming the appointment during the week days. I have a full time job I don’t have time to answer your calls, yes I already confirmed it the first time you called, then over the 5 emails you sent, then over the 8 text messages you sent as well. If I already said I’ll be there then no need to keep emailing, texting, and calling 10x during the work days. I was very annoyed and uncomfortable and thought about blocking their number. But when I got there the girl was super nice and my stylist Abi was pretty great so when I finally got there my experience was good.

I’ve been to 3 different locations and this is the first place that has asked me to wash my lashes before I go to the room (I had no idea I was supposed to be doing this). They also told me why my lashes were falling off so quickly was because other places weren’t gluing them on all the way. My lashes last so much longer now and I love them. I probably go in every 3-3.5 weeks instead of every 2 weeks. Highly recommend this location. They are very professional and do a great job!!
