I love the how much the staff cares.im new to this. They are usually perfect and worth the price Even when I had "retention issues" (which just happens sometimes,nothing is flawless) they didn't give me a hard time AT ALL, got me in to see them the next day, fixed it and got it exactly how i wanted it in the first place. Didn't even charge me . Of course I tipped my lash expert because she was amazing. So far heather and Gwen are my favorite!!!

Bree advised me that a removal and fresh set every 4-5 month is part of lash maintenance and was she right. After this evaluation I followed up with her for removal and fresh set. I've had lashes done a total of 5 times me whole life. I don't do them often, but every time I do, my family hears me complaining about how irritating they are, how heavy they are, how easily they fall out, and how I'm never getting them done again. Lol! The last ones I got from a different place had nearly 50% fall out in 4 day's time! So I found the Amazing Lash Studio and said this will be my last time getting them if they suck. But you guys. I LOVE my lashes!! Brittany did an amazing job explaining the different lashes to me and I have never been happier with my choice! It's so light I barely remember they're there! And they look so natural.... not like spider legs on my eyes (no offense if you like that look) I highly recommend them (especially Brittany) and I will be back!

Macy or maci not too sure how to spell it was the best! I already had previous classic lashes on and had great retention but want to try hybrid. She was great at communicating that since I had so many previous lashes she would place the hybrids to fit and blend with what I already had. I had to come in after only 4 days and have my left eyelashes fixed, because 1/2 were missing. Macy was amazing, she was very friendly and apologetic, because there was some confusion at first, when they had me listed as a eyebrow wax, but it was all good because Macy had my lashes fixed in about 15 mins once everything was cleared up.

Hi - I had a great experience overall. However, the product that I wanted (6 volume, 13 length) was not available, so I had to go up to 14s (which looked good). And, to no fault of you own, systems were down so I was not to complete my transaction. Hopefully this won't be the case moving forward

I used to go here and then I moved and I have been to a couple other places. I did not like the other places I went and I saw this new location so I made the switch back and I am so happy I did! With the eyelash washing station and the questions asked, I can tell your place really wants to help me keep my eyelashes looking great. My technician was also better than any of the other ones I’ve seen in the past year at the other places.

When I made my appointment for a full set I had been without my extensions for almost two months (after never going longer than 10-12 days without them in the last three years!) and I *really* missed them. After my appointment I feel complete again! Kayla was so nice and helpful when I checked in and Belen was informative and thorough while performing my service. I signed up for the membership as soon as I left my service and made sure to book my follow up appointment for two weeks. The girls at Mesa Shores made my experience wonderful and my lashes look so awesome! Even my boyfriend noticed and loves them, too! ☺️

It was really a pleasure and amazing experience in here. The place is very clean and mask is required for every one. They checked the temperature first. The staff members are very nice and patient. The stylist Dardie was so professional and friendly. My lashes were perfectly done by her.
