This was my first time getting lash extensions, and my main concern was avoiding looking like I had some caterpillars on my eyes and man was I pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I spoke with one of the ladies at the front (did not get her name sadly) and she was exceptional in communicating with me about what types of lashes were available. She showed many pictures and was very knowledgeable in what type of lash would look good on me. Additionally, my lash goddess Kendra was very understanding of the fact that I wore glasses and took that into consideration when applying my lashes. In the end, I immediately loved how my lashes looked and have never received more compliments in my life!

Karlisha from Monroe, La. is absolutely amazing. She is my top choice in stylist there. I want her everythime. Although, the last couple of times I have been, my lashes started falling out within 2 or 3 days. I just had them done yesterday and last night while I was brushing my teeth, 4 fell out on my left side and 1 2 on my right side. I know that it isn't Karlisha.So, I'm wondering if it is a new type of glue. I'm going to call today, so they know it happened yesterday. Well, I love my tech, Shelby; however, she informed me that getting the 13 inch length lashes would not cost any extra; however, when I went to check out at the front desk; the lady charged me $25.00 in addition I always give a $20 gratuity fee.

I got a full set of lashes Friday afternoon and ended up having a reaction to the glue. I went in today to have them removed and they didn’t charge me for the removal and let my cancel my membership because of my reaction. I hope to be back to try the sensitive glue!

Ashley was my stylist. She was very helpful and offered everything I needed to choose the right style for me. She was friendly, warm and confident. She had to leave to go check on other stylists and check on their clients, and that was ok. It was training week. I am very pleased!
