I love the services here but dislike the upcharge. I was unaware that my stylist was now a master stylist and not a senior one. Apparently she had changed in the last two weeks however my appointment was scheduled a month ago. I think someone should inform the client before they come in so they won’t be taken by surprise.

Lashes look really good, the lash tech was super nice. Wait time was over 30 minutes past appointment time, which would have been nice to have a heads up on why it was taking so long. I don’t believe it was the fault of the tech, just issues with the last clients lashes from what I had heard afterwards. She made it up by apologizing and doing a great job on them.

Short wait time, fast refill! Love the availability of being able to book last minute close to the holidays. Lashes looked great other than like one spot looks a little bare :( one girl at the front desk was helpful, gave great energy, but asked the other girl at the desk about a membership & she barely seemed interested in telling me about it? Guessing they don’t work off sales. Oh well, can’t beat the prices & availability.

I had a new full set put on Saturday. My other 2 master stylists were busy or not working. It was a first for me, using Maddie as a madter stylist. She gave me choice of styles and thick ess of Lashes. She told me how much to expect at checkout and I made my decision accordingly. The 1:20 min was so relaxing, my watch said I got a 41 min nap while I was there. (I feel certain I was snoring too.) She was very professional and pleasant!

My stylist did a great job as usual!! Now a master stylist and well deserving of the extra fee, however as I have my membership on hold to save a few extra dollars and use the 6 refills I have I was unfortunately surprised to learn that my cost for a refill was based on a non member price! Double the master stylist fee, instead of $25 for hybrid lashes I paid $35, all in all with 2 appointments this month my cost will be more than my normal membership! Again the membership has no advantage that I can determine, this needs to be reevaluated by the company to offer those of us that have paid a membership over 7 years now a break, discount, loyalty benefit!! Just my thoughts!

Yesterday I saw Brooke Henry for a lash lift and tint. It was was first time ever getting anything done and she made me feel completely at ease. She was super sweet and courteous. I didn't realize that there were seats in the room and I had brought my daughter with me, Brooke found her a chair to use so she could stay with me. I appreciate how caring and accommodating she was with us. My lashes came out phenomenal and I definitely have a bit more confidence than I had before. Thank you for making my lashes full and pretty again. I have been doing lash extensions at another salon for a couple of years now and I removed them to give my lashes a break. So finding the Amazing Lash Studio was perfect, they tailored the lashes to what my lashes needed and are on the way to not only staying pretty but getting healthy as well.

The lady who did my lashes wasn’t very friendly or outgoing. She barely said 10 words the entire time. She also wasn’t very gentle when removing old lashes. I paid $90 and my lashes look 1/2 finished. I am not impressed and will not be going back. I will need a fill in by next week. Also no one discussed the memberships with me or what that was so I had no idea about any of that…. not that I would go back anyway.

This was my second time going to Brittany for a last lift and tint. The first time the outcome was more natural, which was pretty but not what I usually prefer. Since my mom was a hair stylist, I know that it takes time for any stylist to learn what you like. So I went back a second time and I told her I prefer something more dramatic. More lift and more visible. This time it was PERFECT. I couldn’t be happier. Always be sure you give your stylist a chance by explaining what you want if you have expectations! This place is alright, wish they had more to offer when it comes to looks. Of course, there is simplistic women who want simple classics but there are those who want drastic volume with an over exaggerating cat eye or just more of a vava-boom. They only have a few styles, basic lashes, and their pricing is a bit odd. Your paying for a refill which is 59.99 and then taxing on another close to 30-39$ for volumes- ultimately making it a full set price. Only come here because I haven’t networked or branches out in looking for a local eye lash artist, but this place has really inspired me to want to get certified; that way I can possibly give woman like myself who want a bigger more drastic look for a decent price. My artist I have right now doing my lashes is the sweetest girl I have had by far and she does amazing with what this place provides her with. If this is your only means to get lashes in a quick time appointment wise, or like myself who hasn’t found a local artist, than this is your place. Customer service is great! Just wish they offered more and fixed pricing when it comes to volumes.

I had my lashes filled at a different amazing Lash location 8 days before. The lashes on left Eye did not look as full so I went to this location because it’s closer to my home. After 2 lash stylists and 2.5 hours I left literally crying and with less lashes on both eyes. I feel like my lashes have been permanently damaged because both techs peeled extensions (they said were too long) from natural lashes. It was a very painful experience. I’m supposed to go back when I return from a trip but I honestly would like a refund for what I’ve paid into my membership.

The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars - the difficulty to reschedule next appointment due to rotating days off of tech and lashes are OK, but not as full as I want- that would be $25 more. I think this place of service looks amazing, and the facility is nice. Customer service is great. As for the service itself, is another thing.. The eyelash artist are nice women. I will say your eyelashes lasting has a lot to do with the artist. I got to experience two lovely ladies, it definitely matters who's the one doing them. In the beginning I had one artist who I started with, loved her personality but sadly my eyelashes didn't match my experience. She listened to what i had mentioned to her on how I wanted my eyelashes. I followed the self-care instructions and my eyelashes starting falling off immediately the following week from both eyes and one of them almost had most of them off. I was expecting them to last me at least two weeks before they start shedding off so quickly. I mentioned my issues the second session I had with the (same) artist, she listened. Second time, the same result but now surprisingly the other eye most of the lashes fell off. I got another artist for my third session for a refill, and she was amazing! Loved her personality and they way she hooked me up! Her lashes didn't start falling off till after the second week. In the beginning I was thinking to myself "this is way too much for these lashes that don't last, and can't necessarily notice straight away". I had to cancel my membership due to financials but my honest option: I don't think the product and choices are that great for what you pay for, they also don't have a menu to look at. You can't choose what type of curl you would like. It's a set in stone type of 1 lash size fits all". You can't choose the thickness either". Audri is a great artist!

The first time I had experience the lash extensions it didn’t end so well. ALL my lashes had fell off so in return I was offered a full set again to correct the mistake and I was placed with Lacey and she did such a fantastic job and I was more than ecstatic with the job she had done due to me having very oily skin they had offered their foam wash which helped a lot before the process had began but overall these lashes I have installed now are BOMB thank you amazing lash studio and Lacey most definitely will be returning

I have been experiencing issues with the glue. I literally come in every 2 weeks and my right eye refuses the glue. By the time I go to my appt, all the lashes are gone on that side. I ALWAYS have glue in my eye and it's very irritated. I have been going here for like 3 years now. Just the past 6 or so months I have had this issue. My lash lady is amazing and she said maybe we are getting new glue at the first of the year???? I hope so, bc I don't know how much longer I can take of this. I may need to stop

Hands down having lashes has made such a huge difference in my life. With a newborn, having time for makeup is a thing of the past. My lashes have made that possible! My only complaint is that now after getting several refills with several different employees, only one has ever really left them without a bunch stuck together. A big clump will be stuck and falls out easily and it’s very obvious when you’re missing a big gap in the middle. Sarah was the only one that took the time to go back and make sure there weren’t any glue down together and if there were she redid it without me even saying anything. Usually I can’t tell until I get home or after a few days and there’s been times that I had them done and a few days later was missing big gaps from the clumps falling out or hurting so I had to pull it out. But other than that, they are wonderful.

I love having the luxury of fabulous lashes, but it does come with a luxurious price tag. There is now an extra charge for the master stylists, similar to price lists at some hair salons, but this really is not the same thing, this cost hike should come out of the payroll for the studio and not out of the customers' pockets. Beware when booking, especially online, because the master stylist may not be noted up front. The master stylist I have had showed no remarkable difference in the quality or longevity of my lashes. The only time this would ever perhaps make a marked difference in talent, might be for a timed refill. A master stylist might be able to place more lashes in the allotted 30 minutes than a newer stylist.

My first visit was joining the member ship and bought the kit $158 asked for the sexy look got the natural look with a person I will not name bad quality and chucks of glue lashes cris crossed each other and my eye lids were very sore and watered for days called back adv that my lashes are fallin off and needed my appt moved up. Went in today thinking they were going to fix it and maybe just make my eyes even but no I was charged a monthly fee and booked me with a more experienced person but it’s an uocharge for her but we will comp $7 fee wow thanks. She was amazing fixed the other girls mess and gave me the look I wanted. I still have some chunks of glue but she was afraid it would pull out my real lash. So I rate 50% bad and % 50 % good I will be canceling my membership since it’s ok for poor service and still make me pay for fixing there mistake. I also tipped each one because I don’t know the pay scale so I am sure they live off tips

I am a member and came in on Saturday, October 27th and needed to upgrade to full set instead of a fill. My services with Brittany were great, she is lovely however when checking out I believe I was overcharged. I was confused looking at the receipt but services were partially paid for because my member payment was taken out of my account on I believe October 9th however I hadn't receive services for that payment until this Saturday. I did upgrade again to 6D's however just want to make sure I was charged correctly. I was told my total was $79.00 and I gave her $80.00 cash and had to put $9.00 on my card for a partial tip for Brittany however if my member payment was $59 that was taken October 9th and my upgrade was extra $25.00 wouldn't my out of pocket only be $45.00 or $55.00? Full set is $79.00 or $89.00, I thought? Please review my services and receipt and let me know. We can take care of at my next appointment on November 16th but I need to know so I can explain to my husband. I appreciate your time. Thank you.

I have been going to Amazing Lash for almost a year and Hannah is the most profession and skilled technician there. I have referred a lot of my friends and co-workers to go there, because it's affordable, great staff, and excellent skilled technicians. However, Hannah was sick one day and had to cancel. Which is perfectly fine. But I was rescheduled without notification for a touch up. But I wasn't informed until the last minute and missed my appointment. When I called to inform them what had happened no one seemed to care or was confused. So they rescheduled me for today at 12:00 pm for a touch up. Unfortunately, they scheduled me for a fill without notifying me about the cost. Anyway, today I had to pay $60 and when I informed the customer service rep that I scheduled a touch up not a fill she absolutely did not care. Furthermore, I am considering canceling my membership and is actively looking for other salons. I absolutely admire Hannah and her work ethics, but I can't afford to pay over $120 plus tip a month.

I'm very upset this is the worst that I have ever had my eyebrows done I was upset when I left but fiqured that the young lady was new and everybody I have come across that noticed them said they look horrible I'm very upset especially with the money that I spent to have them done

Always personable professional. Caroline is very young and down to earth and has an amazing vision to dress up your eyes. Always walk out of her appointments feeling like Kim K. Bridget is an amazing person inside and out as well as an amazing lash stylist! She is very careful to place your lashes correctly because of this I feel like her lashes last the longest between fills. These ladies are the greatest. They always have me walking out of there feeling beautiful.

Over the years I have had a few lash girls that were great, but in time I found it hard for them to book evening appointments to accommodate my work schedule. I found myself driving an hour away for an evening appointments and paying an outrageous amount for fill ins. Then—Amazing Lash Studio came to Murfreesboro. This place is amazing! They offer evening and Sat appointments and have several amazing stylists. I am always able to get my fill in on time and always walk out with Amazing Lashes.
