Danielle is awesome but something happened this weekend that left me concerned. There originally was a Scheduling issue and my original appointment was rescheduled. Apparently the reception rescheduled my daughter’s appointment in error. When she showed up for her appointment she was told it had been rescheduled for Friday at 4:00 (my normal time). No apology or anything. No accountability. Closer attention to detail would be appreciated.

Veronica was very good! However, the style I received was exactly what I wanted to avoid. Also, the lashes didn't appear shifted in sizes as discussed. I'm guessing one couldn't tell because of how thick they were. I'm thinking a tinch less volume would have been more befitting (for me). Because of her technique, I believe the classic would have been right on point and I would've got just what I wanted because she is very good. But since I've never been to Amazing Lash Studio, I couldn't guage which option was best; I just knew that I didn't want them too exotic or heavy, etc. I like clean-cut but classy with a little sexy. We'll get it right next time as I will be back Veronica! Thank you!

Lashes Before My Surgery

This may be too much information (and I still believe in writing the whole words out:)) but I recently shared with Janina I was having a medical procedure done on my nose. She asked me if I was going to check with my Dr to see if I needed to have my lashes removed before my surgery, but I didn't. When I came in for my lash fill the day before my surgery, Janina and I were joking around about how I was making my lashes such a priority before my procedure, and she kept asking what if the surgery center wants your lashes removed before the surgery. I replied, "then I'll have you on speed dial to come over at 6AM to have them removed!". Luckily, there was no issues, and I even received a couple of compliments on how beautiful my eyes were. I had my surgery and now I get to deal with bandages, a swollen face and puffy eyes; but the one positive thing I still have going for me is the beautiful job Janina did with my lashes! Thank you Janina for always being such a professional and now a kind friend ❤️

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Julia. However, almost every time I am there they use tape on my eyes, not the pads that go under my eye. They do use those also, but I want to differentiate. The tape is terrible! It actually hurt under my eyes being removed today. The skin is so sensitive above and below the eye that you guys should be using better tape.

First time coming to this studio and really love my lashes! Yasmeen was my lash artist and she was so sweet and friendly. I just don’t like the constant push to upgrade my lash set when I had mentioned several times I wanted to stick with classic. Also at the end of my service, she basically handed me a product for me to purchase when I never mentioned wanting to buy.. so I felt a little forced to buy it which I did. Good Afternoon- I came in for my 1st fill today and when I checked out I was surprised at the charge. I asked my Tech at the first appointment how much refills were and she really didn't know, and spouted $65, I think. I also asked about what the membership includes and again she was unsure. The reasoning for my 4 stars was because, to me, my tech should know pricing and what other options/services you offer.

I got a botched eyelash extension job elsewhere and immediately needed the issue rectified. The staff was considerate, carefully thinking through my options so that there would not be any issues. They were able to get me in within an hour and the tech assured me that removing the extensions would be no issue. I have been toying with the idea of doing a lash lift and tent for several months, and finally decided to pull the trigger. Thank goodness an expert like Alex has joined the Naperville team, after years working at another location for this franchise. She did a terrific job communicating each of the steps, and letting me know what I was feeling so that my eyes weren’t fluttering too much With all of the gentle touches. My super straight lashes didn’t want to take the curl at first, but Alex knew exactly what to do and also talk to me through the process so I felt confident and secure. Bonus points for her having an awesome playlist during the session. When I finally stood up to view my lashes I was shocked! Even with an eyelash curler and mascara, there are many days that my lashes did not look as good as what she was able to create in the short hour we were together. I cannot stop looking at my lashes and I feel like my eyes look 10 years younger just based on this. To say I am sold and a convert on this process is an understatement… I will definitely be back in six weeks!

I’ve been a client for at least 4 years now and I rarely miss or cancel my appointments. I love my lash girl Danielle, she is one of the reasons I am such a faithful client. I spend $119.00 a month for a membership, plus $45.00 for the 10 volume, a $10.00 charge for a master stylist ( which I have no issue paying) I always give Danielle or any other girl when Danielle is on vacation a $20.00 tip. I’ve never complained about anything, I’ve only had to come within 3 days of my refill if my lashes didn’t stay on less than a hand full of times. This last week of 2/5-2/11 I was so sick 9 hours prior to my 11am appointment that I had to cancel it. I was woken up at 2am with excruciating stomach pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting that I was not able to fall asleep until 9am the following morning, my son woke me at 10:50 am and asked me if I had called to cancel my appointment, I didn’t because that was the last thing on my mind that morning. I called 10 minutes prior to my appointment because my son woke me up, I than had blood in my bowel movement all day on Thursday. I called the studio later that day to make an appointment on Friday the 10th, yet I was still charged $40.00 for a cancellation fee. The reason I am writing this is because the loyal long time clients should not be charged that much money, it makes me feel like it doesn’t matter that I’m a long time client. If I was a real nasty person I would have made it known that this is ridiculous, yet, I am a classy and sweet woman. This is just another example of disrespect when it isn’t deserved.

I've never done eyelash extensions but have been here a few times for lash lifts and tints. Teairra is fantastic and, during my first appt at ALS (also my first time getting a lash lift and tint), she explained each step of the process. She's always personal and professional, and each time I've been there the other staff have been friendly. I don't go often enough for it to be worth it for me to get the membership, so I cannot speak to that. Membership or not, getting lash lifts and tints may feel a bit pricy, but c'est la vie for quality cosmetic services! If I wanted to risk lower quality results and save more I'd go somewhere else. I've stuck with Teairra & ALS for the same reason I pay more for a good hair stylist instead of go to supercuts (not that there's anything wrong with going to a supercuts either). It's just my personal lifestyle preference and so far, I've been happy with my experiences at ALS. :)

I’ve been coming to this location for a few months now after leaving another location that wasn’t so pleasant. I looked up reviews from the previous place and it said to check out Naperville’s location. I tried this location out, and had Lauren as my lash artist. When I tell you dope, I mean she amazing and very attentive, kind, and bubbly. My lashes looked amazing and lasted way longer than they had at the previous location. Britt does a phenomenal job! I have been getting my lashes done at other locations and companies for years and this is the best they have been. I have had sensitivity issues in the past and she identified that it was probably the lashes being too close and not the glue, and she was right! Staff in general is always friendly.

Everything is great except the lashes aren't lasting as long as I hear some peoples do, like up to 3 weeks. I'm barely getting 2 weeks out, and I do all the stuff, have the wash, and the night mask....But the service and ladies are awesome. I just came back from a long vacation and had lost A LOT of lashes. Janina made my very sparse lashes look super full even though I really needed a full set and not just a refill at that point. She was sooo professional, gentle and efficient. I was extremely impressed with how awesome my lashes looked after only an hour since they were so sad looking before the appointment. I absolutely love the job she did! I have a hectic work schedule and can’t always schedule to see the same stylist, but I have had wonderful experiences with everyone, including my “regulars” Tamica and Alejandra. Great job everyone. My Awesome Master stylist Bree did me for the first time and informed me Id loose some bc I was transitioning from another place. And the previous ones were ready to come out. I signed up with AL since they were new to our South Naperville area and they have been exactly what their name stands for AMAZING! Everyone is so helpful and their stylists are exceptional! First time having lashes done. Location is clean and staff is super friendly! Cassidy was my lash stylist! She was very informative and very gentile. She took the time to answer all my questions. Very professional and very detailed. Looking foward to my next visit!

Alejandra is great. Not only do my lashes look great, but they last 3 weeks when she does them. I never get that much wear when someone else does my lashes. I never have one lash out of place, never feel the glue and each eye looks identical.

I went to the Naperville location with Esmia & she did the best lashes I’ve ever had. Quick and seamless. No shedding even in the first 48 hours. Typically I have seen a lot of shedding!!
