This was my first experience getting lashes, and I was so nervous and excited at the same time. I have a latex allergy and some sensitivity to eye makeup, so I was extremely worried I would not tolerate the lash glue. Caroline assured me that I would be fine, and they do not use latex and they have safe ingredients. She wasn’t wrong, and she did an amazing job!! I even fell asleep a few times because it was so painless and peaceful. Would definitely recommend!! I feel beautiful. Thank you Caroline!

I love my eyelash extensions and my lash lady who does them, Shelby, in Nashville, TN! Compared to other lash techs in the area, the plan with 2 lash fills a month is pretty reasonable. I love taking some time every couple weeks to just relax in this super clean and comfortable space. Everything is so pristine but I still feel cozy enough to take a quick nap while I get my lashes done! Will come back for as long as I can!

Ok so I initially started off with classic lashes which was definitely a nice way to ease into the lash world. Kristen my stylist was very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect length for my glasses. Second appointment was amazing and I upgraded to the hybrid lashes to have a darker fuller look. Would recommend amazing lashes over and over! So many compliments and definitely worth the money you pay! Glue is long lasting! Following instructions for ensuring lash longevity definitely helps!

Great customer service but my appointment times have been getting shorter. For instance, my 30 minute touch-ups have been finishing up at 15 minutes, and my 1-hour refills have been finishing up at 40. I enjoy the timeliness/efficiency of the appointment but I wish the quality was better given the fact that there is still leftover time every time I go.

The service was good and professional. My lash professional created a nice atmosphere. What I wish was that they would have been upfront with me about the price. I walked in thinking I was paying one price according to the website and was told another because I had been there in 2018 it did not apply to me. That was all well and good but no one informed me upfront and I expected to pay a different price.

Lashes not all curving up (several lay sideways), and the far outer lashes were not covered. I noticed this as soon as I arrived home because the technician does not have a hand mirror for you to check when you leave When I called same day to try to fix the side laying and missing outer lashes, I was told to email pictures. Therefore those of us not proficient at taking selfie’s get no guarantee of satisfaction. I have never been in the salon they did not have a magnifying hand mirror for people to look their lashes upon completion Was told I could buy month-to-month membership to get the lower fill price. However at time of service was told differently, - that you have to wait three months to get lower rate. I find your billing structure deceptive, preferring flat rates.

I LOVE getting my lashes done at ALS. I’ve recently been in Nashville for work, and the Nashville West location has been amazing. I first got my lashes done by Shay, and the 2nd time by Shanita. With each visit, my lashes have been better and better! Not to mention the customer service. Shanita was a complete pleasure, as well as the front desk staff. I've been to the Charlotte Pike location for 6 visits over 3 months. I have been pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the service and results I've received. You cannot beat this price either: $79 for the initial set of lashes, then the price of the refills as you go, depending on what you choose, and whether you do the membership plan, which I have. Emily and Imani are both fantastic aestheticians, and I will continue to go back for more of their great service. Bailey in the reception area has also been great to work with, always patiently answering my questions. The waiting area was full of clients yesterday, so people are getting the message!

This was my first time getting extensions so i knew none of the rules. I made an appt online and even created an account. When i arrived for my appt, they told me my appt was cancelled since i didn't have a credit card on file. They did not call me to inform me of the cancellation. no email was sent NO COMMUNICATION from the studio. i was able to get an appt for the next day when the front desk girl (i believe her name was Bailey) mentioned they have discounted sets if you book with a student. That is what i wanted and told her verbally "yes book that tomorrow." i get my set (May did a great job so this review is not a reflection of her work) and go to pay...they charged me the "new client price" which is not what i asked for the day before when i rebooked after they cancelled me. Bailey argues with me stating i never said yes. WHO WOULDN'T WANT A SET FOR $25 instead of $80? I explained that they have very POOR communication since they cancelled my appt without informing me. Bailey argued with me saying they have record they called. THEY DIDNT. NO MISSED CALL. NO VOICEMAIL NO EMAIL NOTHING. the girls have terrible communication and blame the client. will NOT RETURN MAY was great! very sweet and walked me through the whole process. the front desk girls are the problem

Hi, so I was in yesterday and honestly I wasn’t super thrilled. My eyes were glued shut multiple times very badly, she didn’t tape my bottom eyelashes back down when needing to go back to fix mistakes or get lashes she missed out on, causing A LOT of glue to go in my eyes and making me very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. She had to pull multiple lashes off my bottom row. I was there for two hours for a refill so you would think every lash would have been gotten but instead she told me to just come back to get a 30 min touch up. Very unsatisfied. A total MESS. Like I told her before the appt got started I’m tired of going here and not getting the fullest look because all of my lashes are getting done.

I have been going to this location for almost a year now and I am loving it. I was introduced to a new product this time and I am in love with the 3D lashes. Sunny is always sweet and professional. She always does an amazing job especially since I had a graduation/photoshoot the day of and I was ready as soon as she finished. Morgan and the other young lady up front were very nice and helpful. I love coming to my lash appointments.

I went in for a refill (after a full set that lasted nearly a month by Molly!) Caroline did my refill and did such an incredible job. I told her to do what she thinks works for me and she nailed it. She was so fun to talk to and so professional. I will definitely be using both Molly and Caroline from now on! And as always, Kirby was a sweetheart at the front desk. She’s always smiling!
