Sarah is my lash technician and she is amazing! Although she completes my lashes in the allotted time frame I never feel as though she is rushing through my appointment. Sarah takes her time to tell me how to take care of my lashes between visits. She e ven has shown me how to clean them correctly. My Lash stylist was ill on the day of my appointment. The staff texted and called to let me know, so I called back and we rescheduled. I like that there are appointments for other stylists open if something like this arises. Maybe not that exact day, but appointments are there soon. Because my stylist had no openings I did get an appointment for the following week for a different stylist, which was Stephanie. I wanted to change things up and try something a little different. Stephanie did a wonderful job and accommodated my change even though she had never been my stylist before! Pleasant experience all the way around, from the front desk to my stylist!

I had a session reserved and was running 12 minutes late. They canceled my appointment and said they couldn’t accommodate me even though I said I was on my way. They rescheduled me for several hours later. I arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait 30 minutes as my provider “finished lunch” I suppose it was pay back. On the plus side, they didn’t charge me for missing my original appointment and my lashes look amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised that there were many available appointments available. My stylist (Jess) did a wonderful job on my lashes and had listened carefully to what I wanted. I was well pleased with my service at this location. Stephanie was really good, she was fast, pleasant, and respectful. I loved that she didn’t force conversation like other workers ive had before. The only annoying part was when I checked in and the front desk staff had me mixed up with someone from a whole other state and she told me I was there for a free service that they couldn’t provide… Turns out she had me mixed up with another person, but she apologized so it was fine. I absolutely loved my experience. After a long wait for the city to open back up after this pandemic, I was able to get my lashes done. I decided to get the natural hybrid 6D style. I love them. Got my lashes done about 2-3 weeks ago and lasted pretty good. They weren’t all crazy looking and pointing in different directions so that’s a PLUS! With having them on for that amount of time they were still in tack and naturally some have came off and could’ve gone maybe another week that’s how great they were lol. Anyways, when I went in for my fill, she did an AMAZING and HONEST job with removing the lashes that she knew would come off and not a lot of lash artist do that. With getting my lashes done the past 7 years, she’s by far my favorite cause not only does she get the job done, but she listens to all my wants and needs and that’s very important especially when representing a well known business in this industry and retaining happy customers. I found my person. She's experienced, consistent, and efficient. Not only that, she's a great person. She remembers the little things I say... Even a month later and follows up. For me, personality and caring is extremely important - I'm lying there eyes closed for up to 2 hours. Someone who can carry a conversation is key. I've tried other lasher's, but Rebecca is it for me. Her lashes last, she's fun to talk to, and seeing her cuts time. Sooooo worth it.

Came in for a Lash Lift service, because extensions were a bit too much upkeep for me. Met Anabella. She briefly explained the process and asked me a few makeup-routine questions to ensure she provided me with the right results. I instantly felt comfortable and confident in her ability. The appointment was easy, complete in about an hour, and the natural lift to my lashes is fabulous and glamorous, without needing any extra steps. Can’t wait to see my bright, open eyes with mascara! I recently had shoulder surgery so I couldn’t get my lashes done until a few weeks went by! Wow did I miss my lashes! I called to get an appointment at the last minute because I was invited out and I was booked for that day! In with my shoulder harness I went and everyone was so thoughtful and nice! I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer and as a person! Caroline did my lashes, and did a fantastic job. As I said before I have never had a bad experience with anyone who has done my lashes. Caroline listened to how far I needed my lashes to go (everyone’s are different) and she did a great job! I love the Natomas location and all my peeps! I hope each employee at this location feels appreciated by the company/manager for an outstanding staff who are professional, courteous and yet so very friendly and warm!

As always my experience at Amazing Lashes was great! When I come in the staff welcomes me by name, and everyone is fantastic there. Jasmine at the front desk is always so helpful and smiling. I have never been unhappy going to this location or to Amazing Lashes. Having gone to a privately owned boutique in the past, my lashes the first time were good, but when I went for a refill the lashes never felt right so I never got another refill. Only on a special occasion would I go to get lashes. Then I walked into Amazing Lashes and saw that indeed there was more ways to do your lashes that would fit your needs. I’m not sure how long I’ve been coming since I signed up, but I’ve come in for my 2-4 weekly fills since. If I want to change it up, my lash expert Jeraya always has me in mind. I actually once opened my barbecue and singed my new lashes. No problem, the hours there are convenient and I was able to have someone touch them up until I needed my next refill. I love my lashes and even though I’m retired I still love my makeup, so its so nice to save time and wake up with beautiful eyes.

My 1st experience with amazing lash Studio was horrible to start with, which was the delta shores location, they were so unprofessional when they cancelled my appointment last minute, mind you I had received a confirmation email and text in which I responded quickly and thought I was fine and I had changed my life around it too, so I’m happy due to a job interview and leaving for vacation that week as well, when I get a call a few hours before my appointment from amazing Lash Studio stating that my stylist had car troubles and wasn’t going to be able to take me in that day, I was so worried but I thought I could just get a different stylist, which wasn’t the case front desk Stated that no one else could take me and I voiced my concern due to all my plans for the week and she then stated she would call around to accommodate me but her voice sounded like I was an inconvenience to her, so at this point I felt like I was a bother so I really didn’t even feel like coming back to amazing Lash Studio at all just the way they treated me but my lashes said otherwise lol they didn’t show me how to clean them they told me to go to YouTube so they were all pretty much out ans this was only 2 weeks after so with that as well I really didn’t want to come back at all but then she found a location in Natomas and I was super happy so I came in 2 days after this problem the day before my interview and vacation so I was super happy well when I came in my stylist did the best she could with the amount of time she had to at least make me look somewhat decent for my interview but told me I needed a new full set, yet again I was disappointed not with her but with delta shores smh for not teaching me how to clean my lashes and take care of them as well plus I bought everything for them as well I spent over $300 that day and signed up for membership so doing everything on my end ans nothing from the company but no more of them I just want to say Natomas has made it a lot better and also showed me how to take care of them and wash them I’m super happy with them all and only coming to Natomas for every appointment, kudos guys thanks for making a 360 experience for me thank you.

I have long lashes but they are board straight and when I curl them they go back to being straight an hour later. I've never had anything done to my lashes so I was nervous. I was more nervous when they presented me with all the paperwork to sign LOL! But Stephanie put my mind at ease and she did an amazing job!
