They worked me in LAST minute when Lash Lounge @ Briar Creek cancelled my appt 15 minutes prior to my appt.. After I had drove through the affects of the hurricane to get there all the way from Johnston Co.. This appt for for lashes, eyebrow tinting, & threading for a WEDDING out of town on Saturday. Your North Hills location told me to head over & they would take care of all my services. My time was tight due to having to go back home & get ready for the rehersal dinner tonight. Esmarelda done my lashes & they were GREAT, exactly what I wanted !!!! Another lady worked me in waxed & tinted my brows, they look great also !!!! Thanks soooo much for your services today !!!! Very much appreciated !!!!

My only advice would be to let people know that when you opt for volume it’s a price increase. I didn’t realize that and don’t think I would have signed on for it had I known. The volume actually turned out to be a bit too much for me. But otherwise, fantastic experience and I plan to keep going.

Very friendly and professional staff. I get the lash lift. 3 out of 5 stars because their lift doesn't last as long as other privately owned lash professional shops that I have been to (at least 2 others). My lift has just fallen after about 3 weeks. Other lifts I have had have lasted at least 2 months. FYI: They won't tint the lower lashes.

I have been to several Amazing Lash Studio locations and Cass the lash tech outshines any tech I have booked with in skill, efficiency, and retention. I have never been displeased with my results and will travel any distance and wait any amount of time to book with her! I always appreciate how kind she is as well! The north hill location staff is always so sweet and understanding, especially the receptionist Lilly, who handled a concern of mine with such great care and efficiency. So grateful for this team!

The staff is polite and the location is very clean, but my experience could have been better. I scheduled for full volume lashes at a discounted rate of $145 due to it being my first visit, but minutes after my appointment I had to return to get a fill-in because there were MANY lashes on both lids without extensions. My initial appointment was 2 hours and I had to lie down for another hour with a different technician to achieve full volume lashes. The cost is way too much to walk away needing a refill immediately after. Rating a 4 since the staff was nice and the second tech achieved my desired look.

Two girls worked on my eyelashes. The first one had to troubleshoot and the second girl stepped in to help. They were very professional, and took care of me. While the person that did my lashes was amazing and very professional and polite, the welcome as a first time customer by the person at the desk was not so great. The reception could have been much better. Also, I am a person with back issues (I had back surgery) so being on my back for such a long period of time made it very painful and difficult to get up when I was done. However, the service provided was good and the person that provided the service was very good and friendly.

Valerie is amazing and saved me from eye infection! I visited Amazing Lash studio hoping to have some horribly done lashes removed - these were done elsewhere. The plan was to do a full set after. Once Valerie saw my lashes, she was extremely informative, kind, and patient. This resulted in the expert removal of the previous lash extensions which were clumped together by some sort of glue which honestly may have been crazy glue for how they were stuck on. I was advised the let my lashes recover and come back in a month. I’m listening to the experts and I’m so glad I avoided an eye infection since the previous places never even cleansed my lashes.

Thanks for adding paper towels in the bathroom. It would be a good idea if you had a big note above the sink telling all therapist to open the bathroom door with a paper towel. Also each room should have hand sanitizer which is used right before procedures in front of the patient so they can see your sanitary measurements.

Thanks for taking my advice and putting paper towels in the bathroom. Today it was very good and asked the aesthetician to use hand sanitizer before the procedure which she kindly did. I would push that with each of your aestheticians since they may be touching their phone and then starting a procedure. Being a nurse it’s just good hygiene.

This was my first time here and first time getting lash extensions. Mallory did an AMAZING job on my lashes! Before beginning the full set, I showed her a reference photo of what I wanted, but she honestly did a way better job! The process was super relaxing; Mallory checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t feeling any pain. I caught myself dozing off a few times lol, but WHEN I TELL YOU I FEEL LIKE A BRAND NEW WOMAN! I woke up and couldn’t stop smiling. Mallory SLAYED my lashes. The lashes just fall off and leave me with huge bald spots so I HAVE to go in for a refill otherwise I look ridiculous. I'm spending twice as much for a poorer product. I'm only leaving a 4 because my service was fine and the stylist and receptionist shouldn't be affected by my complaint.

There was a mixup with our appointment but they still got us in. We saw a new lash tech, Brenda or Donna - (im sorry I forgot) and she did a fantastic job with a lash refill. I feel like no matter who we have at north hills location they are always amazing! The front desk is so nice and accommodating. It’s an expense but it feels worth it for the confidence boost and the way it cuts down on getting ready time in the morning! Will always make room in the budget for this and will drive 40 minutes out of Cary to go to North hills location because they are so worth it!

I have visited the Amazing Lash Studio at North Hills a couple of times and I am in love! First of all, my lashes are amazing and the staff is friendly and professional. I have been to my share of lash studios and this location is a winner! I ask lots of questions to make sure they are on top of their game and can I say I am impressed! I was in the lobby having a conversation with a young lady then found out she was the Studio Director. Nice young lady who seems to have a level head on her shoulders. I have to feel confident about who is doing my lashes as there are too many horror stories out there. All I came to say is that I am comfortable and happy to have found true professionals!

She was very knowledgeable about her craft. Once the service was complete, she educated me on my natural lashes, and recommended products for growth. Maureena was very nice and did a great job on my lashes. The place itself is very clean and decorated beautifully. I didn't like the parking situation. The only thing I would say I noticed while waiting in the front is that so many people left tips on the credit card, being that I work for gratuity as well I think that sign you have posted is great ( about how much to tip) but should also add that tips are preferred in cash.

I have enjoyed Sarah very much However it’s so frustrating that every time I find somebody I really like they’ve turned into a master stylist which I am happy for them but to ask for an additional $20 for service and then of course have to tip them it turns out to be pretty expensive.
