I love having Abby as my lash technician. She has a good eye for detail. It had been a few years since wearing individual lashes from Amazing Lash. At 73, I sought a natural look to enhance my eyes. I wasn’t sure what length to go with, so Abby started with what I had before. It wasn’t exactly the look I was going for, but working with Abby, she has modified the length to my liking. My lash retention rate has been outstanding. I am using the classic lashes with a mix of 8, 9 & 10’s. You might want to start with 8 & 9’s for an even more natural look. My stylist, Alex, she is fabulous. She does my lashes exactly the way I love them every time, I’ve never had any problems she’s meticulous at her craft. I’ve been in the beauty business for 50 years. I have had retail shops of my own managed shops and hundreds of employees customer services everything without our customers we have no business the ladies that you have at the front desk are always very sweet and courteous, your shop is always clean which of these days everyone appreciates it would be nice if Amazing Lash ran specials once in a while, especially for those who are longtime customers like myself. I feel really comfortable with her and I don’t even have to look in the mirror after she’s finished because I know my eyelashes will always look great. I’d never been to a lash studio before, im from East Tennessee, where usually you know a girl who is doing lashes at beauty school or out of her apartment as a side gig. Alex did a fine job but frustrated with lack of follow thru and commitment of the spa. I would have thought they would have given me a discount or at least acknowledged the mistake made.

Mari is amazing! She is always on time and does an excellent job. I’m thrilled with my experience and my lashes but disappointed that there is an additional fee for different lashes. I think it’s ridiculous to pay an extra $25 for lashes and I won’t be doing that again. There are so many places doing lashes and the competition is huge, I think in order to keep your customers you shouldn’t require an additional fee for hybrid lashes.

The studio is clean and the staff are nice. I went in yesterday as a new customer for a full set of lashes. Again, the staff were lovely and my aesthetician made sure to detail all the steps. When it came time to select lashes and style, the process went into vague territory. I expressed that I had no point of reference and therefore did not know exactly what I wanted. When I asked for comparisons and/or examples, she gave me textbook definitions of the product. Not wrong in anyway, but not helpful either. The inability to effectively communicate or even to make a recommendation, or to ask questions that might help me to make an appropriate selection...it left me feeling completely in the dark and entirely uncertain of what I'd selected or how it would look. The finished product was well-applied, although one eye was so significantly longer than the other, my husband asked 'what's wrong with your one eye?' and the lashes feel really heavy and synthetic. I also experienced a lot of burning when glue got in my eye.

I have been a member of the Amazing Lash salon for about six months. The lady that has done my lashes is a "Master" in the salon, so I pay an extra $20 (which I don't understand, all the ladies should be technically trained to work there, also pay extra for the fuller lashes). I dropped my membership because I now go to NY for six months. I made one last appointment, I was charged $139.00 which for a refill, is way out of line with the competition. I'm sorry, but you lost a customer next year. I am not finding fault with the workmanship, but the cost...

I love everything about Amazing Lash Studio! I used to go to somebody that charged $250 for the initial and then $75 every 3 weeks and if I had something come up and couldn't go I was pretty much out of luck because she didn't have anybody else to cover for her. When she got too busy for me she referred me to Amazing Lash Studio. Their initial feel is only $79 oh, and they have a membership that's $59 a month and that includes the Phil! I have been so happy. They train all their girls to do the same techniques, so if you need a fill today and your person isn't available, there's somebody else - there's always somebody else - and you can usually get in pretty quickly. All the girls are amazing! I have a partiality to Mia. She's awesome, and very thorough and very gentle. I fall asleep every time. And I just love Jasmine at the front desk, she's always there and smiling or Nadine who's another lovely, she's the one that referred me to Mia! All the girls are great, I'm very happy! I love my lashes and I pay way less than I did before and get way more!

They did have some changes in glue,at one time and type of lash they were using. I’m pretty outspoken in critiquing product and they did listen. That was a plus. I’m not a fan of clumping on heavy lashes to give a fuller look and I know some techs are proficiently trained to actually split the finest mink lashes, what you get you will be pleased with and can be as dramatic or as wispy as you please. The variety is up to you. Other services are lash lifting, a type of perming for curling your lashes, and tinting your lashes.

I've been going to Amazing Lash Studio for about a year maybe a little less. I highly recommend them. When I started doing lash extensions in 2016, at another "one person studio" I paid $250 to get them initially put on and paid $75 every three weeks to maintain. After my lash lady fired me because she had other clients that were willing to spend more, I didn't know what to do oh, I was sad! Well fortunately my lady that fired me had the good sense to refer me to Amazing Lash Studio! And one of the things that's really wonderful, is that you can go to a number of different stylists, so if you need to get in on a certain day as long as you don't mind going to a different stylist, you can get in. I've never not been able to get in when I needed a full, all the lash artists are trained in the same techniques! I do have my personal favorite and you will also find yours! I've been to about five or six different stylists and my favorite is Liana! She does it the way I ask every time and yesterday was the best! Thank you, Liana and congratulations on your promotion to Master Stylist! You deserve it! I can be a bit picky, and you deliver every time, thank you! See you next month! Deb ?❤

Chloe was very sweet. I got the 6d lashes and I’m not sure how I feel about them. They are suppose to look very full and they don’t look fuller than the 3ds or even classics stacked. I’m not sure if it was worth the extra money. They do look very pretty. I will see Chloe again next time.

I like everything about lash studio, except the music. It would be nice if the customer could pick the music for their own “ application time” I would prefer more relaxing spa music. You have a variety of different age groups as customers and not everyone likes the same music.

Well I spent two years going to a private Salon where there was just one lash artist and she got too busy for me after 2 years and left me high and dry! The one good thing she did was suggest an Amazing Lash Studio! And I am super impressed lots of girls all trained in the same method so you can get in anytime with any one of them I've had five different girls now do my lashes I love them all! Today Yulia did an amazing job and she went above and beyond really gave me special attention! So not only do I love my eyelashes but I love the girls all of them the girls at the front that answer the phone and check you in or knowledgeable and courteous and just wonderful!

I am disappointed that I got lashes on Friday and they are already falling out. Also, one eye has slightly longer lashes than the other. I hav always had a positive experience in the past. I had an appointment Phone ASAP. The girl that was doing my lashes had to spend almost an hour trying to get the excess glue off of my lashes from the previous fill. At the time I was there for an hour and a half I had to go so my lashes are not even complete. I expressed my concern to the girls at the front desk the only thing they said was that I had to pay $55 for my service. So now three days later I barely have any lashes left in m phone ASAP. The girl that was doing my lashes had to spend almost an hour trying to get the excess glue off of my lashes from the previous Phil. I am new to lash enhancements but gave it a try and loved my first set. They lasted almost a month. Just went back for a second set. It’s such an improvement over my wispy blonde middle-age lashes! Don’t need any make up in the morning, And a little bit of mascara at night really makes them,well, Amazing. Kaitlyn is my lash tech and she’s very thorough and patient. I just signed up for a membership to keep maintenance at a reasonable cost from here on out.

I had a big fancy party and decided to use that as the reason to push myself to splurge with new lashes.
