I’ve been a member of the Oak Lark location for a while and truly enjoy the services and warm reception I receive each time I go. Anna is friendly and doesn’t mind answering questions and going over and beyond to satisfy. The location is always clean, they are flexible with appointments, and free parking is available (always a plus).!

I have gotten lashes before. My first experience with lash bar in oak park was great. Quick and easy response on inquiry. The customer service rep accommodated me for my appointment and the lash tech Miriam was kind, patient and did a great job. My lashes have lasted the longest yet.

My prior esthetician closed down. So, I recently started to go to this shop but in Lincoln Park, which I was very pleased with their work and customer service! When I discovered they had a location so much closer to me, I was even happier. After scheduling a last minute appt. with Ciara I already knew I made a good decision to change locations because she was very helpful, professional and polite. The esthetician (Shaina) did an excellent job and took her time to be sure my lashes looked awesome, which they do! With reasonable prices for a membership, I’ll definitely be back next month!

Honest advise was given which I appreciate. Daisy had me so comfortable that I fell asleep a few times. I did feel a couple pokes on my eyes that were a bit uncomfortable but overall it was a good experience.

Brow Lamination

First time here and my first brow lamination and the customer service was great! I was under the impression I would also at least be getting my brows shaped by wax. I think the girl overall did a good job but if I knew they weren’t going to be waxed, I would’ve went to another salon to get them shaped first. Now I have to go get them shaped somewhere else which costs more money. I liked my brows but having to go to two places is costly so I’m not sure if this is a service I could maintain and therefore, I’m not sure if I’d be back. I’m glad I had the experience!

This was my first time here, as I’ve been getting my lashes done at another “boutique”. My appointment was for a removal and a new full set. My technician was Daisy, and after removing my previous set, she was completely honest with me and advised me on taking a break from extensions for a while. I appreciate her honesty and the education she gave me. She could’ve easily proceeded with the original services I booked and allowed me to continue damaging my natural lashes. The fact that she didn’t, really made me trust her, because she wasn’t just there for the money. Turns out the lashes I’ve been previously getting were way too heavy for my lashes and was slowly breaking off and thinning out my natural lashes. No one from the other, much more expensive “boutique” ever took the time to examine my lashes or suggest a break with a lighter set or a full removal. Once my lashes strengthen up a bit, I look forward to purchasing my membership and having my lashes done here by Daisy. The facility was very clean and I liked that I was given lash soap to wash my self up before the appointment.
