My stylist did a great job as always. I'm very happy with her service. However, the business itself is really going downhill. I was so cold in the room. This has happened the last couple times I've been there. They always had blankets available. The past three times I've asked, I was told that the washer is still not working. How do you run a business with broken appliances for that long?. The bathroom facilities are not well stocked as they use to be. I use to feel pampered going to this location. Now, I just want to hurry and get out of there. In the past, you would walk in and it was usually pretty busy. Now, it's more of a ghost town. The only reason I continue to come is because of the staff.. Apparently the owners don't give a damn and it shows. Shame on them!!!!

My lashes are good. Capris does a very good job. The salon is way too cold though. It’s so hard to lay there for 2 hours and freeze. There used to at least be blankets and there aren’t anymore. I may need to find another place if something doesn’t change.

I enjoyed feeling welcomed by the receptionist. Once I was invited to a room I felt very comfortable with my lash tech. She answered all of my questions and proceeded to give me a full set of Natural Classics. Once I got home I realized that the lashes were placed very far away from my lash line, I hope they have good retention. I did purchase the twice monthly membership but I still look forward to seeing how long these lashes last. Overall, my experience was good but I am anxious to see how long these lashes will last given the fact that they were placed very far from my lash line.

I probably won’t use any other technician at Amazing Lash Orland. I had a no so great experience right before my birthday that left me lashless for my big day. The next set I received was ok but not great. However, Ariana did my refill and restored me almost completely back to my first set. She’s gifted, creative and adaptable. I’m not sure what makes someone a master technician but she definitely qualifies. Thanks Ariana.

I love this place, I usually go to Paige who does an amazing job & make my lashes look so incredible full. I was so worried about getting my lashes done because my real lashes are so thin but Paige does an amazing job everytime in making my lashes look look & so full. Another bonus is that her technique is so good that my lashes last for a good time frame. Amazing lash in Orland is very clean & very professional. All of the staff is very friendly.

My last feedback was not good. Although I’d like to think I’m an understanding person. I did not want to write the entire establishment off, and felt you all deserved another chance. Cassie, the manager was extremely helpful. Cassie understood, listened and really grasped what I was looking for. She made my eyelashes look BEAUTIFUL! They look so natural, EXACTLY what I wanted. They are comfortable too! I forget I have them (what I wanted all along). I’m very glad I went back- I found a new eyelash stylist with Cassie. Saw Maggie for my refill and the experience couldn’t have been better. First time having my lashes done where I was able to just relax (I’ve had them done for 3+ years - covid). The ambiance was truly AMAZING, I think other locations should take a few pointers! The music was relaxing, there weren’t distracting noises, and the overall visit from start to finish was ideal! Overall, my experience was great. The staff was friendly. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and my technician Xuxa made sure I got the style that I was looking for. My eyelashes look amazing. However, when I got home a few already fell off within the first hour of me getting them done. So now one side at the end is more fuller than the other. I’ve given this studio about 4-5 chances but simply cannot afford coming in every 8 days for a refill . Even had to get a full new set when I waited more then 8 days . It actually too 2 hours to complete the service but it was worth it. Bree did a great job, she did exact what I asked . I was super nervous for this, it being my first time but Bree was amazing and very knowledgeable of the service and her craft. The only thing I recommend is that the business itself stay stocked with important products. First timers like me are already nervous but when you run out of products that are essential to the upkeep of the lashes it makes the newcomer even more nervous.

I had Cassie, a master stylist. My experience with her was pleasant she was very kind. This was my first time getting lashes and I was extremely pleased. She did a great job. A few concerns, 1 I didnt know that I had a master stylist and the charge and extra $25.00 to see one, im sure it was jus an over site but one I wasn't pleased with. And 2 I jus got them done today and I am seeing shedding already. I dont know if that is normal or not but for $160.00 i truly don't want to see any loose lashes.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. This was my first time getting my eyelashes done. And I absolutely love them! The woman who did them did a phenomenal job! The only thing I disliked was that this was my first time going to get them done. Paid by my sisters as a wedding gift. For a first time customer walking in there blind to how things work , I expected to pay $89 as that’s what I was told should be the price for a first timer. Only to find out later that it was 124$ because I got a specific type of style. But as I said I was a first timer. Took the woman’s advice as to what I should get. Never once did they mention it would be more expensive. If I has known I wouldn’t have gotten them done that way as I wasn’t paying for it so I felt like a jerk telling my sisters it was 60$ more than expected after tip. I still am very happy with my experience. I just hope they inform future clients that certain things cost more than others so it’s not a surprise at the end when going to pay.
