Danielle always does an amazing job. I just wish the membership would be more usable in case of an emergency- I was unable to come in for 4 weeks because my granddaughter was born at 32 weeks. I guess I missed using my credit for one month and then to get my lashes back in shape- it took a full set. Unbeknownst to me, that used my credit for the month so I had to pay regular price (with a minimal discount) for my service. When this is the case, it would be nice to have been informed at the time I made my appointment so that I could decide if the additional cost was in my budget at the time. My concern is more with the business practices as Danielle always takes care of me.

Let me just start with I LOVE Danielle. She is my favorite, is always attentive and just takes the time needed to complete my lashes with care, love and attention….now, when she is not available and I’m moved off her schedule, that’s a whole mess I don’t ever want to do again. I had someone else for a few appointments and my lashes were so clumpy, glued to multiple of my lashes and were falling out by the pile. I was so not happy and went in yesterday for a fill and Danielle took the time to make sure all the bad ones were off, took her time to ensure the new ones places were perfect and held space for the disappointment that we both felt. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen again, not something anyone should ever experience when paying for a service and not being able to enjoy them for more than a few days. Here’s to hoping….

Currently, I’m on the $159.00 plan. Because I have very few eyelashes due to chemo treatment. I can’t get the full volume that I wanted. It was suggested that I go with featherweight. I did and they are beautiful. However it’s quite expensive every month. I pay an additional $45 each Refill, which is biweekly. That’s $249.00 plus because it’s a master stylist it’s an additional $10. With tip and all I am now paying over $300.00 a month.

Have been getting my eyelashes done at Amazing Lash Studio for probably five or more years now; since shortly after they first opened the Oro Valley location. I’ve gotten eyelashes at a number of other places, but these are the best by far. The people at the front desk are all very nice and the owner is fabulous as well. I prefer to go to the master stylists, which costs a little bit more, but I feel it’s worth it because I have lots and lots of teeny tiny, baby eyelashes and it takes a master to get them all lashed.

I was at Amazing Lash on Oracle for a lash fill appointment on Saturday. I saw Danielle for my service, and had a great experience. I was brought back promptly and the room was clean and ready, with a cozy blanket for me. (So nice for my 9am appt time, it was chilly outside!) Danielle was always aware of my comfort and needs. She asked periodically if I was doing ok or needed anything. She explained the process in detail, and happily answered any questions I had. She was so sweet and fun to chat with. The hour speed by and I was very relaxed. After my service she brought a mirror to show me how full and pretty she made my lashes. She genuinely cared if I was happy and wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything bothering me or out of place. The check in/check out process was smooth and quick as well. There is always someone to warmly greet me on my way in, and efficiently help me on my way out. While I’ve had very good experiences with all the lash stylists at Amazing Lash, I will certainly request Danielle for my next appointment. Thank you for AL for always talking such good care of me!

I have previously gone to another lash salon that I wasn't really happy with and wanted to find somewhere new! After a quick google search I came across Amazing Lash Studio which is a convenient drive from my house. I was impressed right away after I made my online appointment that someone called me from the salon to confirm my appointment details and they were super friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a discount for my first full set with them. I got text reminders for my appointment which are always nice to get. My first impression walking into the salon was that it was so beautiful and clean! The staff was very friendly. I like that they have you wash your lashes before your service. Then I was impressed again when I got my own private relaxing room to lay down on a bed and listen to sling music while my lashes were applied. My technician was so nice and helped me pick out the lashes that I wanted! I am super happy with how they turned out. I also love that they sell lash wash and lash wands at the salon and send you an email with aftercare instructions. Needless to say I will be going back. I signed up for the membership I was so happy!

Mia that I had was a rockstar, I am looking forward to having my lashes! My daughter that was seeing at the same time as me Cybil Bailey, did not have such a great experience. Her session didn’t communicate but she was doing before she did it she did not ask what type of lash Cybil wanted did not explain what she was doing each of the steps did not say here’s a bit of air that it’s going to hit your face, she didn’t tell Cybils about the care and give her the card that was for the 24 hours and after the 24 hours. Just got as good as experience as I had. So I’m sorry that Cybil didn’t have Mia.

My lashes went through a weird shed of approx 95%off my extensions. Heartbreaking, right?!?! I was resigned to the idea of probably having to remove the remaining lashes and doubling up on lash serum for my next appt. Natalie said I had enough natural lashes to lash with a lighter weight volume so they wouldn’t be bare. Even though they’re much less noticeable, they look fabulous! She did a fabulous job! When the rest of my natural lashes grow out, we will go back to the full volume. I’m so happy with how she helped find a solution to my dilemma!!!

She was sweet, friendly, and a great listener. I have been a loyal client for years, and enjoy trying out different looks sometimes. She helped me find a new lash style (a tad shorter in the 6D volume) which actually created a more full look. I’m thrilled with the outcome, and trusted Danielle’s knowledge about eye shape and lash styles. Her station was clean and well organized, she made the taping process painless and quick, and she explained each step of the process along the way. She asked questions at first and along the way to make sure I was happy with my lash extensions, and got the exact look I wanted. I have seen several other stylists too (Danielle, Kat, Kristy) and love how much they genuinely care that their clients are happy. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable, that I know what they are doing each step of the way, and that they listen to my needs. The location is always very clean and organized (such a cute lobby area too!) and they seem to take health and safety protocols seriously. I will be 78 this year and thanks to Amazing Lashes I still Look pretty good. At this age, due to Chemo for cancer treatment most of my lashes fell out. Glue on lashes do not look natural and I do not want to put them on every morning. Amazing lashes puts them on individually and they look and feel like mine. I look better in photos and when I get up in the morning. I fell asleep while she put them on me. Ask for Danielle, as she has a very light touch and you get relaxation too. Cleanliness is very important in these times and the studio is very clean and pays attention to all cleaning protocols. Treat yourself to relaxation and beautiful lashes too. Thank you Danielle!

My clinician, Mia, is fantastic. She listens with interest and understanding and my lashes last while looking great. No need for mascara! The front office people are inviting, professional, and friendly. Lashes have become an enjoyable part of my personal care.
