Pricing was unexpected

When i went into the appointment i was expecting to pay for the base price, but when I got to checkout they added an additional fee for the mastery level of technician I had. It was a lot more than I was wanting to spend, and it was very unexpected since there was no prior information about the fee. I loved the end results though, and the technician did an amazing job. I wish there was a notification before the appointment to inform me that the price is going to be a lot higher than what is listed online.

Libby is awesome! So wonderful to chill while having my lashes applied. I couldn’t believe how sterile everything felt after corporate apparently made a move to de-personalize each lash tech’s workspace. What the heck.… Don’t the decision-makers realize this business is built on relationships and personalities? And you just took that all away. I’m not sure how that is supposed to make sense. I go to amazing lash because I enjoy the comfortable workspace not a blank and sterile environment set by corporate leaders. Very disappointing the powers that be have taken away the comfortable spaces and individualism of the lash techs who also enjoyed showing their Personalities in a professional manner.

Came in for a full set in december, immediately after I noticed alot of shedding (I've had extensions before and never had this problem so soon) I was at like 10% of lashes within a week. I called to notify them and they were able to accomodate me into getting a fresh set by Priscilla and omg I loved them. They were thick but not too thick, they weren't too long. They were perfect. Came back today for a fill with with not much to work with, yet she made my lashes look full and amazing again. I will say compared to where I use to get my lashes done, the retention doesn't seem as strong as I am used to. Before my lashes would between 40%-60% by week 2.5 or 3, this time around it's been a little less than 2 weeks and I had maybe 20% of lashes. I def don't blame the tech, I suspect it's the glue they use. Besides retention, customer service and the place is really nice.

It has been almost 2 years of service! I enjoy everyone there. The lash wash is a must! I do wish the overhead music was better. The current chaotic mix of outdated B rated hits needs more thought or scrapped and a new list introduced. Either way, the service is so great I can tolerate the music for an hour every 2 weeks.

I like using Amazing lash studio because I travel all over the country for my job so this chain is convenient. I doubt I’ll go anywhere else to get a lash lift and tint. The atmosphere is fantastic. Very clean and welcoming. The staff are extremely warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and special. I’m embarrassed I forgot my girl’s name, but she listened, connected, and made every effort to give me exactly what I asked for. My lashes have never looked this good, she nailed it. I will be back on a regular basis.

yesterday I was refused service at another Amazing Lash studio because my eyelashes were "too thin". Today I walked out with the BEST looking eyelashes that I have had in two years of eyelash service. No one said my lashes couldn't be treated with those at Amazing Lash at the Overland Park location. I thought about going back to the other one and showing them what a good eyelash treatment looked like. But I am not a hateful person and did not want the other technician to get fired.

This was my 1st visit here. The initial contact over the phone was great. The receptionist was very pleasant & very helpful. When I went for my appointment the receptionist was very nice & prompt made me feel welcome. My lash technician was a Level 1 technician. She was pleasant & overall did a good job. I did have to go back for a correction to my left eye. The outer edge lashes on my left eye did not come down as far as the lashes on my right eye & it was obvious. There was no problem getting me in for a correction. The receptionist I encountered on Sunday afternoon maybe needs to be versed a little in customer service. She was enough to make me not want to go back there again. I felt she was one step short of being rude. No greeting other than are you Vickie. When I was done no acknowledgement whatsoever. I don’t expect any long conversations etc. but a greeting of hi how are you & a goodbye have a nice day are usually customary especially when no one else is in the waiting area. She was borderline rude. Maybe some customer service training might be a good idea.

Excellent service despite allergic reaction requiring removal

I had lashes done three days ago —looked fantastic. But despite patch test ahead of time, had bad reaction within 12 hours. Walked in next am, couldn’t wait for appt due to severe reaction. They took care of me immediately, excellent and well-informed, very kind and concerned. Extremely sad I can’t tolerate the beautiful lashes but extremely impressed by the service. I would highly recommend: I have multiple allergies, so don’t expect most people would have any problems. And they DO look amazing and worth every cent (if you aren’t hypersensitive like me?). Great place.

What an “AMAZING” experience! Seriously from my phone call to set up an appointment, to walking out this evening. Kim was such a help getting me scheduled in day before my birthday! Then Madi took such great care of me. Madi went above and beyond my expectations. She made me feel so beautiful for my birthday! Madi is very professional, she listened to what I wanted and gave me true feedback and educated me on the different types of lashes and options to choose from, and how to maintain my eyelashes. Madi knows her LASHES! Not only did Madi enhance my eyelashes, she enhanced my entire face! It’s “AMAZING” what a new pair of lash extensions can do for your face/eyes! I received my very first set of lashes on Monday. I wasn't sure what to expect, and ended up not liking the length/shape of the lashes. Overall my experience was a positive one. However, this was my very first set of lash extensions and I had hoped to receive more guidance on what style/length would best suit me. I was pretty much left to my own to choose the style and length and really had no idea what I was doing. My lashes are a bit long for my liking. I’m hoping Perhaps I can get a trim and a bit of shaping to a more classic look.
