I’m not pleased with the way pricing is presented at the Owings Mills location. I set an appointment for my daughter to receive a promotion. I received several notifications to remind me of her appointment. Once we arrived, I was politely dismissed to leave for 2 hours. Apparently the technician discussed the volume of the lashes with my daughter and allowed her to choose without discussing the additional cost associated. And at no time during calls or in emails was I informed of the different volume levels and cost associated. When I arrived to pay, I was quoted a fee almost double the amount in the advertised price. Please be clear with customers regarding pricing prior to services being administered. In the end, they were willing to charge me their member price. The lashes were lovely, but I walked away very disappointed and unwilling to return because of the perceived deceptive sales tactic.

But the lash technician applied a solution to the lashes, had me close my eyes, then after a while began removing the lash extensions. They came right off, no pulling/tugging, and didn't hurt one bit. I love the way I look with lash extensions, but also want to give my own natural lashes a chance to grow.

There are a couple things that were a bit troublesome. When I arrived, my appointment was not on the schedule. The young lady at the desk was nice and placed me with the next available (30 minutes no big deal). My lab tech asked me what I wanted and since I don’t have lashes done often, I really didn’t know what I wanted and left it in her hands to make me look my best in them. That said when the service was completed I looked in the mirror and the application was incomplete. The lashes didn’t extend to the outer canthus of the eye. The lashes on one eye was fuller than the other. I asked if she could full the areas in the outer to make it at least more uniform she did so but the application was incomplete. Today those lashes came off. I followed all the after care instructions and many of the lashes have fallen off. I could see that bin of my own lashes were attached. I just thought there could have been a little more attention to the details. Upon check out I purchased some products because I like to support. I received a discount and thought that was good however, the price of my introductory special was charged at $20 higher than it was supposed to be despite me mentioning this several times. I did rebook because I want to build a relationship with the business and send friends and family your way. Hoping for better outcomes in the future.

PROS: Nice ambience, clean presentation and detailed intro re my service. CONS: I did arrive a bit earlier for my appointment as requested, but had to wait almost 15-minutes to be registered as one person at the desk was servicing a call while the other was servicing a client. While the room where I was being serviced was calm and quiet, the door remained open and there were episodic instances of loud noises in the hall, which prevented me from enjoying a spa like experience as a first-time customer.

Alexis did my initial set, keep in mind this is the first time I ever had my lashes done professionally….so it was hard to know really what exactly I wanted. I got hybrid and I liked them, they were done well but I ended up wanting even more volume so Morgan filled them a little more with what she could…left loving them. On my fill I will get all volume. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The front desk ladies are amazing.

I love that Amazing Lash has a regular payment program! I feel free of the time and hassle of paying each time I go. The Lash Experts are great at what they do. I have noticed that this is one place where staff turnover is low - a good indicator that they are a good place to work, too. This trickles down to the customers! The only drawback is that the music is too loud and a lousy selection. The site appears to have no control and can not adjust either the volume or the selection. I guess I am getting used to it.

The technician wasn’t too friendly but I understand because we didn’t have a connection before then. I have since then built relationships with the surrounding areas. Amazing lash studio has several talented stylist. I'm Always happy with my lashes. The only complaint I would have, is that I could smell and almost taste "ewww!" my stylist doritos breath!! When a stylist is working so close to anyone - they really need to check thier breath. I would encourage the manager to remind her stylist that no one wants to smell thier lunch.

I thought the staff was nice and polite. They were informative and answered all my questions. They have all customers wash their face before the process. That was a plus. The procedure took 1 hour the lash tech Aivory was pleasant. I would return for a special occasion. Other than that I don't see myself paying a $70/month membership fee for one visit. I believe it includes discounted prices for bi-weekly fill-ins. I would definitely recommend because it was a good experience the facility was clean as well.

Professional, clean, expert all describe this studio. They are efficient and such a bargain. There are many choices for lash styles and so reasonable compared to most studios. The lashes look great for 2-3 weeks depending on how much you sweat, rub etc. 5 *****

I have been going to Amazing lash for a few months now. I have been to a few of their stylists as well. I started this because i have very light lashes and look like i am tired without mascara. I love love love my lashes! I have not had to wear mascara with them one time! The stylists are knowledgeable and friendly and will guide you to what could be best for you. In my opinion, I believe she is the best person working the front desk. My experience at Amazing Lashes was a remarkable one?! The facility was clean and my lash technician (Carolina) was very informative, knowledgeable, and personable. We had a really great conversation so the time went so quick. I was so pleased with her professional advice when I saw the results. My lashes are very natural looking But gives me that Pop I was looking for.

I am very pleased with the service at this studio. I have had lash extensions for almost 10 years, and due to moving have used 5 different services. Amazing Lash is without a doubt the best and my stylist is amazing. She is efficient, friendly, professional, and gentle. The lashes are the most comfortable and last the longest of any I've used. The products are also very helpful, especially the lash coating. I will continue to use this studio and the products.

From scheduling to check in,lash application and check out, everyone was really friendly and helpful. I love my lashes and it didn’t take nearly as long as I thought. The stylist was very thorough in explaining aftercare and options and did not push me into buying things I didn’t want or need. Very happy with everything especially the price!

Excellent work at the shop in Foundry Row in Maryland. I don’t like the pay system when it’s deducted from my checking account. The whole credit point thing is confusing. I try to go once a month but if they schedule me twice a month it’s over a hundred dollars. I only need lashes once a month. They last a long time. Best lash work I’ve experienced.
