I've been booking appointments with Sheyla for a few months now, and I have to say, her attention to detail is unparalleled; she listens to all my concerns and preferences, ensuring that every lash application is nothing short of perfection. Sheyla has an exceptional ability to create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Her customer service is excellent. She remembers little details I mentioned in passing and asks me how I've been doing since our last appointment. Her soft touch is so relaxing, I find myself falling asleep without fail every time she works her magic on my lashes. Each session has been a great experience. I cannot recommend Sheyla highly enough! If you're searching for a lash tech who delivers flawless results and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the process, look no further.

My lash stylist, Brittany was very honest about some places on my lash line where my eye lashes had not regrown. She gave me her honest opinion about waiting until my lashes had regrown to ensure my lashes looked the way I wanted them to look and I be appreciate that so much! I still had to pay because I had not canceled my appointment and we’re paying for our stylists time (if we cancel, they lose that money) so I think this is understandable. I rescheduled for later next month to give my lashes time to regrow. I’m so grateful for her honesty♥️ if you want friendly, honest service, I recommend going to Amazing Lash studio and please ask for Brittany!

I had an appointment with Brenda, but she needed additional time with her previous client, so Claire was able to assist me instead. Claire did a wonderful job, she was very gentle, patient with my sensitive eyes, and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I had a great time getting my refill with Skye. She made me feel comfortable while keeping it professional. The only issue I have is the PARKING LOT. The studio is in the middle of a busy plaza so parking spot can be hard to find

I have to admit that I did not have the best experience the first time I came in for a full set. But when I voiced my frustration, the staff did everything in their power to make sure they corrected what I did not like about the lashes. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am pleased with my new lashes, and I definitely am. In fact, these lashes last longer than most Lashes I’ve had before. Thank you to the staff for being so understanding and accommodating.

Well, I had a total of 2 visits in one appointment. First time we had a few unfortunate hiccups, however, the staff was very helpful and made sure the issues were addressed right away and solved. I went for a second appointment and things went pretty good. I ended up having a closer look to the lashes I was more used to. But definitely, I gotta give it to the ladies who put all the effort in making sure the client is happy at the end of the day, otherwise, they will go out of their way to make it happen. :) Kuddos to the staff at this location and to the trainer who was able to give me the lashes I was looking for.

Had previously got my first set of lashes and was not satisfied with the work there was some obvious flaws. I was given a courtesy call and let them know. I then was scheduled an appointment for an adjustment with Liz. She did and amazing job will definitely keep going back and keeping my refill subscription.
