I had terrible trouble with retention and hated that by the time it was time for a fill, I barely had any left. Then I found Chloe. I am so glad I gave it another try. The PV location is the best in Arizona! I’ve been to other locations one in Scottsdale and the other in North Phoenix. I was treated unfairly, by being a member they continue to charge me $45-$55 for a fill in and treated me like I was crazy about questioning staff & management. However, PV location answered my questions & stated as a member I was not supposed to be changed as a member. Thank God for PV I’m treated with high quality service from the staff to management! I’ve been to your location several times and Nam, my original lash technician was great. She explained everything she was doing and suitable styes. Her lashes stayed intact for two weeks. The 3rd technician was extremely slow and talkative but lashes stayed in place. The 4th technician was fast but her lashes started falling out as soon as I got home and all gone within four days. I question if she used enough “glue”. I’m considering stopping my membership since this seems like money down the drain if lashes are not guaranteed to stay put

I have been going to Amazing Lashes for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. I have tried other professionals and companies in the past 3 years and they were good, but my lashes have never done so well before. They don't clump or get hard and they last well into 3 weeks. Maddie (I think short for Madeline) is my first choice and always does an outstanding job. She's fast, but not so fast that the quality isn't good. My lashes are always full and beautiful. She's warm, caring and always makes me feel comfortable.

I love my lashes! I have become a member again! I stopped being a member because my natural lashes could not handle the weight of the extensions. My natural lashes would break or fall out, leaving me bald. I would come in periodically for special occasions. In October 2018, the receptionist informed me of 3D lashes which are much lighter. She also suggested a more cost effective way for me to get lashes and try this out for 3 months. Well, this December was the end of my 3months. My natural lashes stayed in tact! I signed up again. I'm thrilled that I can have extensions on a regular on-going basis. It is the one thing I do that makes a huge difference in my appearance. CHEERS!

Hi- My last few appointments with Kimiko have started late. The last two times, have been a 15-20 minute wait, which is unacceptable. This last time when I walked in I asked the receptionist if Kimiko was running on-time and if the prior client arrived on-time. She replied yes. After 10 minutes, I told the receptionist I was catching a flight and could not wait any longer and to please find out if Kimiko was almost done. She walked back to "check on her". After another 10 minutes and no follow up, solution or apology from the receptionist, I asked if Robin or another stylist was available. She said no but Kimiko should be out shortly. This was unacceptable customer service.

I absolutely love this company and most every one that work for this company. I come about every 2-3 weeks. I have found some stylist whom I absolutely love. Today my normal girl called in sick... I totally get it! We all get sick and I would much rather her stay home. So I was re scheduled with Robyn. This is my second interaction with her. I came back in March and had the WORST experience with her and chalked it up to she was having a bad day. Well today when I was assigned to her I thought I hope this goes better. And nope, actually worse then my first time. The first time she was so loud with her tools and made the worst noises with them ( I don’t mean to be dramatic but your ears are right by your lashes) and she wasn’t very gentle. This time was no exception... actually worse. The first time I saw her I was so upset with how they looked I went to a different amazing lash and had some one kind of fix them for me the next day. There is a note that I don’t do well with the gel pads and she said that she would just lower them so they wouldn’t irritate me. Okay I mean I wasn’t really given the option. Her attitude is so off-putting. It’s like she’s annoyed your there. I don’t need some one to kiss my bum but a little okay how do you like your lashes.... how’s your day wouldn’t be so hard would it? At one point she actually hit my shoulder with a case or some thing... I’m not to sure but it made me jump. She was so loud and so rough that i actually felt like I had done some thing so awful to this woman. She was fast thank god but now as I’m writing this my left eye is almost swollen shut. It hasn’t stopped watering since I left the salon. My entire under eye, eye lid and side of my eye are bright red. My right is fine. I even mentioned to her that it’s always my left that seems to get irritated. I left that salon feeling awful. My lashes look very nice but I know by tomorrow half of my left ones will have fallen out. The same thing happened last time I had the gel pads. This why there is a note to not use them! What concerns me even more is that she is a master stylist and I payed extra to see her... I left a very generous tip and I was very kind because me being mean or not tipping well won’t change the way this woman acts. I love getting my lashes done and it’s almost always a fabulous experience and I leave there looking beautiful but today just made me feel like maybe I need to take a break or look for some where else. I’m not really sure but I know that I won’t allow this to happen to me again and hopefully by writing this it won’t have to happen to any one else. I know I’m not the first woman who has had a bad experience with Robyn.

I have been going to this studio for almost a year now. I normally see the same stylist for my lashes, but she happened to be out of town when I had my appointment so they put me with someone else who I had never been with. I normally always go 2.5-3 weeks and ALWAYS get a refill. I have never needed a full set. This new girl told me I needed a full set and wasn't nice about it either. My lashes were like they normally were after three weeks and I've needed a full set prior so why now? The girl was not friendly when I spoke to her when she was doing my lashes, she actually hurt my eyes a few times too (which previously never happened) and to make matters worst instead of paying my normal $60 I had to hand over $90 instead because she gave me a full set.. which in fact wasn't even that great of a job and they are shorter in length than how I normally get them done. I am so disappointed with my service and will never go back to that girl again and am just disappointed in how things were handled.

I feel compelled to write this review because my lashes have never looked this good before. I went to Maddison yesterday and she did an amazing job, you can tell she really takes her time and cares about the end result. I have been to this location many times and I’m always happy with my lashes but Maddison has definitely exceeded my expectations. Day 2 and literally none of my lashes have fallen out yet - they still look at perfect as when she did them. Thank you Maddison!

I booked via the website and easily got confused as to whom or what I needed to book. I am use to some seriously full, long elegant lashes and by the sounds of it they do not even offer the hybrid lashes I currently was getting in washington.Anyhow ended up just getting classic single lash lashes fill due to my lack of understanding their process and them not having anyone available to do any type of volume lash. Unfortunately I could not really tell any before or after difference other than in the one bare spot I knew I had looked a little filled in. Made another appointment for one week to get their fullest 6d lashes with the top esthetician and will see if I feel any better.

I was just about to cancel my membership because of my experiences. Although I liked the look, the process was inconvenient, time-consuming, and a little painful. Here's why: My first appointment, took over 2.5 hours with the last 30 minutes consisting of the technician trying to unglue the lashes from my bottom lashes, the end result was a feather look versus a full look. The second time, I went to a location closer to work and although it took a long time, the end result was good, then the tech quit, next tech was terrible, the one after was good, then she also quit. I was about to ditch the whole process then my sister recommended her "super fast girl who didn't talk her ear off". I am so happy I listened! Robin is so fast, accurate, and the perfect amount of friendly. Now I am able to keep up with fills because I can go during my lunch hour. Robin is a true professional, I hope she never leaves!

I LOVE the volume 6D, very glamourous. i finally found a place that gives me the lashes I want!! I signed up that day for a membership. Quality work, at affordable prices. Updated: Hello again! Okay so the reason for my updated review is mostly due to some confusion, and one so-so experience. So for membership dues- you pay 59.99 a month, and that includes a lash refill, and membership prices. So feasibly every month you could get a \"free\" lash touch-up. However, if you dont go in that month, your credit rolls over to the next month. Which is nice but of course your lashes will need to be touched-up in a months time, if you have any left. I was too busy to make it in, so I needed a full set done. I learned my last months \"credits\" could go towards the price of the new set, and I could pay the difference of 40 or so dollars (membership prices for full lash set being 90). Luckily my appt ended up being on the day my membership fees were due. So I had $120 worth of credits (since I didn\'t go in the month before and now this month had been paid). This time getting a full set done, my stylist had quite the sniffly nose, would pause to wipe it, put hand sanitizer on and continue. She also paused to check her phone a couple of times throughout the service. I know life happens so if she needed to be on her phone I\'d totally get it if she told me she\'d be needing to check on it. Some of the lash removal process hurt as well (those old stubborn ones). I think I visibly flinched a few times. I\'m not sure if that\'s normal as I\'ve just let those stragglers fall off naturally in the past before a new full set was done. Anyway. So we finish up and I go to pay and I\'m told the cost is covered unless I\'d like to add gratuity. I said we could use the remaining credits I\'d have after the 90 towards that. I was told that\'s not possible, so I\'m not really sure where that $30 goes too, if a member set is $90, and I had paid $120? So I just left confused. I guess I wasn\'t as informed as I thought!

Everyone is very nice and they explain the process very well. I had Sarah do my lashes, and I couldn\'t be happier! I went to a studio in Austin amazing lash and loved what the stylist did with my lashes so she wrote it down on the card. When I came in to Paradise Valley I gave the card to the girl that did my lashes and said She’s not doing that way but what she was going to do I would like to which she proceeded to tell me she’s not gonna do it that way that because the industry is moving away from that style .2 but I’ll be happy with what she does. She told me she trains for amazing Lash and they’re not using the technique anymore. Needless to say I was not happy they were not bold enough the right eye Was better than the left. I was truly unhappy if amazing lash is changing their technique or lash size why was I able to get it in Austin two weeks prior to my visit in Paradise Valley truly unhappy with the service

Love it here! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The manager will sit down with you and make sure you understand everything, and will review the membership benefits at the end. My stylist, Nan, was super sweet and it only took an hour 45 to finish my full set! And they looked great! So shes talented. She also went over each style and all the lengths with me before hand, so I could really pick what I wanted. You can book online or over the phone, each pretty easy and they always get back to you. In fact I needed a last minute refill and they fit me in within two days. If it's your first time getting lashes, I definitely recommend this place. Or even if you're always had then, their membership offers are pretty hard to say no to!

Generally I am very pleased by this location. But I used the app for the first time and made an appointment for 3D lashes for last Friday at 4pm. I received a confirmation text and was set, I thought. Then I received a text the next day for 11am appointment for Friday. When I called, she told me she couldnt honor my 4pm appointment for 3D lashes because that girl did not do 3D and rescheduled me instead for Monday at 3:00. When I got there at 3:00 and was talking to the specialist, she told me she did not do 3D, and said I would need to reschedule if that was what I wanted. I'm in the middle of Tax Season, and do not live close by, this was not a option, so now I have little small lashes, and am not happy at all.

My lashes look amazing. I was having a hard time keeping my extensions on and I needed a place with hours that would work for someone extremely busy. I went to amazing lash studio and met Sara. She was wonderful! She was detailed, meticulous, nothing hurt, there was no strange smell from the adhesive and she was super gentle. She made my lashes gorgeous which is exactly what I asked for. Sara is my lash lady! She is the sweetest and does an awesome job! Whenever she does them, they seem to last longer. My sisters favorite is Robin (whom ive never had) I tried someone new one time because she wasn't available and there was a major difference. My eyes burned like hell for the rest of the day. Probably because she used a different glue and the next day i went to work and one by one they were dangling from my eyes and falling out. I went back and of course it was sara to the rescue! I had them email me the form to cancel my membership then i sent it back. When I decided not to cancel a couple weeks later, they told me my request didn't go thru because they needed additional info. What I didn't like is that no one contacted me to tell me this which shows a lack of communication. So I owed like 2 payments. Very frustrating. Also some of the front end office people can come off rude and snooty even when your just trying to be nice(not all of them). It comes off unwelcoming for business. Hope they get better on that end.

Had a wonderful experience for my first time getting lashes! They turned out wonderful and look so real! Jaime did a fabulous job on my lashes and will definitely be going back to have to do my fills! Highly recommend amazing lash studio!

I have naturally long lashes but as a natural blond, the tips are invisible and some lashes are totally blond, so I look totally washed out without mascara. I got a mailer with a promotion for lash extensions and after doing some research - and learning that all my girlfriends were already doing it, I thought I'd give it a try.  I went there for the first time 2 years ago and have been going back ever since. The front desk staff is friendly and my lash technician - Kimiko, the lead technician - not only does an amazing job but also takes time the explain what to expect, why some types of lash extensions are better than others etc.  Their goal is for you to have beautiful lashes while ensuring that your natural lashes are not damaged. I look forward to every session - it's very relaxing and I love catching up with Kimiko.
