Love you master lash technicians. The monthly fee for volume and mega lashes is exorbitant. Your waiting lounge is not bustling with clients and I'm sure it's because of the prices. I will need to cancel my membership soon due to the biweekly costs of $130 per refill and $259 a month. My last lash technician was only $80 for a refill and $110 for a full set. I wanna stay but my wallet and household is hurting.

I was really happy with the service. It was discussed over the phone about the pricing. The tech did make me aware i would not like the lashes that was referred. So she did volumes. It was a little more. I am very satisfied. She also made me aware she may not be there for my next appointment. She made me feel very comfortable that the other techs will do a great job.

I have not met a tech that wasn’t GREAT!! But lemme tell you about Kyla G she is my new tech I have seen her my last two visits. And for a junior tech she puts that wrk in lemme tell you!! The first time was my bad because I had a lot of fall out but she worked her magic gave me her full attention and didn’t let me leave until she was done. But LADIES lemme tell u I don’t think one fan fell off in 2 weeks I wish I could attach a photo on her AMAZING WORK!! This time I was in and out AND THATS HOW IT SHOULD BE!! My lashes came out great compared to other techs doing my lashes. I’m not a huge fan of having to pay $40 extra for a “master” tech. Also the staff is very loud talking and laughing while I was getting my lashes done. I thought it would be more peaceful and quiet will I got my service. It’s a mini nap if you think about it. My lash tech was good, she was quiet and fast and she got my lashes almost how I wanted them. I’ll be sure to tell her to add more lashes for the more sexy look. Overall I’m happy with my experience and will be returning.

This was my first time in this studio at Park Towne. I go to Amazing Lash all the time, not only in North Carolina but in other states as well. I prefaced with that, because I have dealt with many front desk employees and lash artists. Yesterday at Park Towne was the first time I have ever encountered such professionalism as soon as I walked in the door! Not only did she greet me by name, but had already viewed my previous history…impressive! My session started immediately with no wait time, and the lash artist, Leah, came to get me. She was such a delight also! My lashes look absolutely beautiful! They are perfectly placed in my natural curl and are filled in to perfection. And she was such a pleasure to speak with as well and feel so comfortable around! I definitely give 5 stars and a great review, and these two gems are why.

I love the service, and they do good work, howoever being on the monthly plan really is no benefit because you still pay more to get the actual look you want from the lashes. You pay 120.00 a month and another 45.00 in addition to the monthly service twice a month $210 is quite pricey and the lashes are not staying on like they should.

I love my lashes and Cory did a great job. I got a full set of Classic on Saturday and then realized I got the wrong style per my daughter. I was supposed to get “glam”. I came back in on Sunday for a correction and I had problems with the glue. My eyes kept watering. Later in the afternoon on my way back to Winston Salem my left eye started really bothering me. It feels Scratched and bruised...? I don’t know why. Cory has to wipe my eyes with saline and use the fan a lot , so maybe the pressure of air blowing irritated my eye. As always my lashes look great. However, I am very concerned about the safety measures in place. My beautician had a mask on at the start of the service, but by the time my lashes were complete it was clear that her mask wasn’t being worn over her nose while she was performing my services. Her nose was sniffiling through the duration of the service. I did not see her clean any of her tools after my service. And I saw her put the pack of lashes that she had been working from with the tweasers that touched my eyes with other lashes, presumably to be used later on, on a different patient. We also closed the door for the service, in retrospect I should have asked for the door to stay open to ask the air to circulate more. After leaving, I feel very unsure of my decision to get lashes while being in a pandemic.

Unfortunately I just got them done last week at a studio in Atlanta but my right eye already looked like I needed to get them redone. Not happy with that experience. My eyes feels like I’ve been punched in the eyes especially my left eye. This was my 3rd time coming there and I’m currently in a lot of pain. I took medicine took medicine for pain and it didn’t help I may need to go to urgent care if this excruciating pain persists. My lash take was very sweet. But my eyes hurt so bad. And I’m not even in town to get these lashes taken off. I can feel the glue on my lashes and my lashes feels crunchy. I hope I can last until Wednesday before I get you guys to remove my lashes.

Got a full set and was disappointed that the next day, about 1/4 of the lashes on my right eye fell out. I called the salon and they got me in quickly that day to correct at no charge. I appreciated the response! Overall, I loveee my lashes. I'm a mother to two small children and I love being able to put on a little bronzer and undereye concealer and look fabulous.

First, I love my lashes and I get lots of compliments on them. When I first became a member about 2-3 years ago, I used to wear clusters and was looking for something more natural looking. I realized that the clusters were ruining my natural lashes, and began to look bad in photos. So I searched and found ALS. I had my first set done and honestly I was not use to the look, it wasn’t as full as I was used to with the clusters but my stylist told me when I first joined that because of the eyelash damage over the years, that in time my own natural lashes would grow in and they did! Well as they filled in so did the look of my ALS lashes. My lashes grew stronger and I was able to step up to 6Ds!!!! And I love them!. I used to wear lots of eye shadow and eye makeup and mascara and now I don't. Unless I’m going out for an event. I absolutely adore my new master stylist Bets, she does terrific work every time. When my husband comments on how amazing my lashes look, and that I look 10 years younger (Hollar) it really says something. Keep up the great work Bets!!!

Loved my lashes initially so decided to go ahead and purchase the monthly membership. Pros: Great customer service, very professional and clean. Cons: Within 1.5 weeks all of my lashes had fallen out!! If I were to go into my 2 week fill in I would have to pay for a full set again. Now I have $60.00 sitting in the amazing lash studio account (monthly membership fee) with no purpose to use.

I have only been a customer since February of 2019. And I have enjoyed every visit and never been disappointed, until this last visit. Immediately after my appointment at the desk while o was paying for some products 2 lashes came off inside my eye. And they have been falling off this one eye constantly. I still had lashes on when I arrived. I take really good care of my lashes, I did not have the fullness I asked for and received on my last visit. And I was there for 2hours 15 minutes and did not have the fullness that I normally receive. I purchased a product to help with wear and tear in the lashes. But so many have fallen off I look like I did before my fill in. And actually I always just use two refills for a full set because I don't get to come in every two weeks. And because of my occupation I cant get to ither shops because of appointments. But they normally do well for the month or so that I'm out on the road. I don't mean to complain, but was not satisfied with this last visit, but Charlotte's customer service was on point. She was very nice, considerate and informational... I just was not happy with how many lashes I have lost in 6 days. This has never happened before. Again I apologize for having to give a negative review, especially since I've never took the time to give a positive review.

Aria, at your Woodlawn location, is hands down the best lash stylist in Charlotte ! I was honestly very displeased with some of my experiences at amazing lashes until her. Prior to Aria, my lashes had inconsistent retention, at times only lasting me a week and a half and were just your basic lash. I was ready to end my membership when a front desk associate told me to give them one more try and placed me with Aria. GAMECHANGER! She is so talented ! My eyelashes always look amazing (thanks to her recommendation on switching some things up), have great retention, and she does them so fast! I have people comment on them all the time ! I had a scheduling error (due to my mistake) prior to a vacation, the receptionist offered me an apt with another employee but I stressed how important it was to me for Aria to do it before such a big event. Aria went above and beyond to make sure squeezed me in because I flew out the next day . She is the all around package for what you want in a lash stylist ! I will never let anyone else touch my lashes!

Juah is GREAT! She is quick, thorough, and aims to please. Please keep her! All of my previous technicians have left. My only complaint is that you all don't offer lash lengths shorter than 8s. I am almost 60 years old, still take pride in my appearance, but DO NOT want to "look" like I have lash extensions or "butter fly wings" on my lashes. Juah makes the 8s and 9s work, but a gradual build from the inside of my lid to the outside using 7s, 8s, and 9s would be PERFECT!! PLEASE STOCK 7S!!!! PLEASE???? Thank you!

Jennifer made sure I understood the forms and made the checkin and payment process easy. My technician Nikki was personable, friendly, and very helpful. I see Nyla regularly and she is awesome! I may have misspelled her name so I apologize in advance but she is absolutely so sweet and I always leave so pleased with my visit. I feel like it’s a therapy session as well as receiving amazing lashes! Love this place and I’ve been here for about 2 years now. I currently drive from Lincolnton to Charlotte , which is about an hour drive with traffic. So that speaks for itself how awesome this place truly is.
