This was my first time getting lashes. The app was easy to use to reserve an appointment. When I arrived the entire team at the desk was lovely and patient with me getting signed in. They explained the process and showed my a list of lashes and made recommendations as well. Sarah applied my lashes and was wonderful! She showed me several types of lashes and adding made recommendations. The process took about an hour and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When checking out again they explained products and made suggestions. My lashes are gorgeous! And I live how they turned out! Definitely will be returning to this studio to maintain my lashes!

This is the first place I've gotten lash extensions from, and it's been a great experience. I've had two issues, but both were able to be resolved, one with a correction appointment. Just know that if you have an issue, corrections can only be done within three days of your service (I wasn't aware of this previously). I highly recommend Miss Stephanie, though she's no longer here (she was my favorite!). Miss Nora is awesome and has the best quality work.

Yesterday, while inside the salon the ladies working the front desk were challenged by an emergency situation with a stylist. They were forced to reschedule all of their clients. I witnessed these ladies going above and beyond to accommodate each client. One client in particular was extremely difficult, but the front desk ladies handled the situation with patience and grace. We live in a world today where people believe they are more entitled or more important than others. That client clearly had this mentality. It was humbling to see and hear how professional these ladies were in dealing with a difficult situation and client. Thank you for remembering that we are all human, and things happen and situations arise. In these moments a little patience and understanding can go a very long way.

I have not requested the volume since coming to amazing lash, my stylist said she did volume last time I came two weeks ago and asked if I wanted them like that this time. I did not notice my lashes being fuller last time.. or different then the other 4-5 times I have got them done with you all.. I do notice that they are not as full and to me honestly it looks like they are about a week old already because they are pretty sparce... especially the outside corners...

Vinh is very professional and did an amazing job on my refill. He took his to to make sure the lashes bonded and filled them to both ends. They actually look like a first full set. He even gave instruction on how to maintain them. The front desk you g lady was happy, energetic and actually greeted me and explained a few questions. She offered suggestions and went above and beyond, so much so that I change locations. The AL studio by my house is less than a mile but they are not welcoming and I felt more like a bother than a welcomed customer. The Pasadena location is friendly and welcoming. I almost canceled my membership had it not been for this location.

Thank you for fixing the issues from last visit. By the time i came back, it had been just over a week since i got a supposed “full set.” My lashes were so bare from all the fall out. Still not convinced that was a full set and Stephany agreed. Stephany is fantastic and got me all fixed up. My only issue is the charges from the previous visit since i shouldn’t have been charged what i was.

The lady at the front desk is courteous and helpful. My technician was also very nice. My only complaint is that some technicians are better than others when it comes to keeping the adhesive from irritating your eyes during application. It doesn’t matter if they are the Senior or the Master tech. Some are just better than others.

Ok, it’s wedding weekend and my normal lash lady at a small locally owed salon is on vacation! I panicked! I am not a chain kinda girl, so I was extremely nervous booking. When I arrived the lady at the front was AMAZING, she explained their lashes asked questions, and really made me feel comfortable. I go into the lash room and the tech asked me what kind of lashes I told her and she got to work. To be honest she never told me her name or even asked mine- it was silent the whole time. She did my lashes told me to look at them told me no water for 48 hours and that was it. No personal touch. No conversation, nothing! Back out to pay there was the bubbly front desk lady, she told me about after care, membership, and how everything was. My lashes are amazing, I just wish it was a little more personal. I love my lashes and I may be back, the front desk lady made it a good experience, but maybe some music or personalization in the lash room would be nice.

I had a fantastic experience! Everything from my first phone call to my check out was fast and friendly. I had been going to baybrook for a year now and was just about to cancel my membership but wanted to use up my remaining credit. After booking at Pasadena because baybrook was closed, I’ve kept my membership, just moved to their location. Fabulous and friendly staff, my technician wasn’t too fast and gave me lashes that lasted longer than the sets I received at the other location. Don’t stop doing what y’all are doing- it’s working and it shows! Highly recommend y’all to everyone I know.

I love the Pasadena/Crenshaw location. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My lash technician is Vi, whom I love. She is a true professional. Vi just recently became a "Master Tech", which means I have to pay an additional $10.00, plus a tip. I still don't understand why the company doesn't pay the "Master Tech" more, so people like me can continue to come in. Really don't know how much longer I will be able to pay the additional funds.

Decided to get lash extensions after many of my friends were getting them and the lashes looked so good on them. Chose Amazing Lash for their reasonable prices and somewhat favorable reviews. I was very happy with the results initially, until I went in for a "refill". The new lashes were added to the existing extensions, which made my lashes feel very heavy and were too long. I called and spoke to the manager to inform her I was not happy and was told to come back for a total removal and re-do, at no charge. I am very happy with the end result and was very impressed with the actions of the manager at the Pasadena/Crenshaw location. I will continue using this facility.

I found the Amazing lash studio-Pasadena and decided to check it out. The staff made me and my friend feel very welcomed. They were knowledgeable about the product and extremely friendly. My friend and I both got the lash extensions and are very pleased.

In a nutshell Maria fixed my lashes after a previous botched job by someone in training. They were nice enough to waive the removal fee, and I went back 2 days later and got a full set + 6D volume. They're perfect and Maria knows what she's doing!

This was my first time coming in to get my lashes done and it was a pleasant experience. The lady in the lobby was super friendly and informative. She shared all important details about their prices and products and did not pressure me to make a purchase. Getting my lashes done seemed like a quick process, but the lady took her time.
