Hannah is my go to girl. I don’t know if I’ll be able to ever to go anyone else. I’m a talker so my first few times there (not with Hannah) were brutal. I love Hannah & the work that she does, however I've noticed the last few times I've scheduled, especially when booked for afternoon/evening time slots that she's not able to give me the full hour for the refill that I'm paying for. I'll admit, in the past I have run late, however I only got whatever amount of time that was left so that it didn't run over into her next appointment which was fine because I caused the late start. I've made sure to come in at least 5 min early since then, but I'm still not getting called until 7-10 min after the hour and I'm losing that time because she cuts me off at the top of the hour. I don't know if there's a disconnect between the technology used to notify stylists when their customers arrive or what, but it's quite frustrating to fix the issue on my end but still only get about 45 minutes of the hour I've paid for. Wednesday evening I arrived at 6:50 PM, wasn't called back until 7:08 or so, and then was kicked out right at 8:00 PM. I understand staff wanting to get to leave on time after a long day, but it shouldn't come at the cost of giving clients their full allotted amount of time. I'm not trying to be nitpicky or anything, but this has happened almost every time I come in unless I'm able to get the very first appointment of the day on the weekends with Hannah. I would appreciate getting all of what I'm paying for, as it's not fair for me to get shorted because of whatever other things might be going on, especially when I've been late and still "finished" at the top of the hour...doesn't make sense to me from my perspective that if you're late you lose that time so the stylist can get to their next appointment on time and not keep the next guest waiting; but then I arrive up to 10 minutes early, get called up to 10 min after the hour only to have to leave at the top of the hour...feels like I'm not getting the courtesy of on time start time when I know I've been told in the past that running late cuts into my time with the stylist (which is fair as it is my fault we didn't get started on time) but when I arrive in plenty of time I'm STILL losing that 10 min or so of my appointment slot. I hope this makes sense,, as I'm not so much complaining, as voicing my concerns about getting my full hour for my refills. I'm not getting the fullness that I was getting because of whatever is going on prior to my on time arrival.

I went in for a refill on Saturday the 22nd and received great service, however when I got up Sunday morning most of my lashes were gone. I contacted the Studio and they got me back in same day for an adjustment! Amari & Cierra are both masters at their craft and once again I feel so beautiful and confident in my skin! I'm a newer customer, however after the excellent service I keep receiving, I'm a life long customer!

I've been in twice now and Amari was my stylist. She's gentle and thorough, and talks with me during the refill/full set. I love coming in and relaxing with my eyes closed while she makes me feel beautiful and like my best self. However, since my refill yesterday morning, most of my lashes have already begun to come off. I purchased the lash bath, the brush, and a sleep mask to help maintain the longevity of my lashes, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm wondering if the oils my skin produces might not be conducive to longevity, or if I'm doing something wrong. I would like to come in and have an adjustment made to see if that helps maintain their longevity & beauty.

N’Dera (I really hope I spelled their name correctly) was super sweet and explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what they were doing. I’ll definitely be asking for N’Dera when I go back!

I called a few days after getting my lashes applied because they were coming out. The receptionist stated a few reasons as to why they could have fallen out. She was very accommodating and offered many solutions. Upon my arrival... I met with N'Dera and she stated that she had read the notes and would to try a different adhesive and recommend an overlay. Today was my first visit at the Amazing Lash salon in Pflugerville. My normal lash lady is out on maternity leave, so I decided to give this a shot. I was greeted by the nicest, most well put together hostess, I think her name was Keena(sp?). She walked me through the new client paperwork and had a smile on her face the whole time. While I was waiting for my appointment, I witnessed her handle a customer who was a bit disgruntled over credits with nothing but professionalism and kindness, really, this woman is a gem. I was just as impressed with my Lash Stylist, Juliette. She was quick, and precise. As soon as she directed me to her room, she asked if I wanted a blanket, and asked me how I liked my lashes. She then suggested the style, and we got to work. The overall outcome was dramatic yet natural and I couldn’t be happier. I will be coming back, and have already gotten compliments on her work.

I made an appointment for a Thursday, the day before I left for vacation. When I left, I was pleased with the style. I did notice that when I got home, a couple lashes had fallen out. No biggie. By Saturday, almost ALL of the lashes on my right eye had fallen off. So, I called the store to see what could be done. Honestly, I was prepared for a fight. The manager promptly called me back the next day and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to give me a new set when I came back and to partner me up with the master stylist. I went for the follow up visit and their promise was kept. By the time I came back, it was 3 weeks later and ALL of the lashes had fallen off by then. The master stylist did an even better job and they looked even better than before. I've now had them for almost a week and I haven't lost a lash. I can't give 5 stars because my experience wasn't perfect, but I will give 4. Their response to my issue was proper and they rose to the occasion to make it right for me. Thanks ladies! I'll be making my fill appointment soon.

Honestly the lashes are a hundred times better then my own. But I really wanted mega volume and they didn’t offer it here, but still went forward with appointment due to the places I wanted to go being booked out till the following week. VERY Happy expensive here. But a trusted company. The worst part was the bed you lay on for 2 hours.. so hard and not comfortable at all! Back still hurting the next day from it.

All I would like to share is Amazing Lashes should use a better products to make the lashes last longer, I been using this service for almost 3 years and I can say that I'm happy with the stylist I have which is Annie Munoz, unfortunately when she is not available to do my lashes, I just waste money and time because none of the stylist that work there can't do my lashes the way she does mine, that location need to have more stylist like Annie, she is fast and she knows how to do the lashes correctly. The rest of the girls just do it like whatever. I did my fill on the December 28th 2020 and I the 31 my lashes was gone, I had to go today 1/5/2021 for a fill correction. Even I asked in advance if that person are close to Annie on the way she works, they said yes she is. Liar. I'm thinking of cancel my membership. Because if Annie decided to leave one day nobody won't be able to do my lashes like her. My honest review. Please we need Birthday present, discount or free items.

I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio for over a month now and after the initial full set, signed up for the monthly maintenance plan. So far I have had three sessions with Adi!! She is my go to lash technician! She did an amazing job with my initial full set and all the lash fills thereafter. And she’s so sweet and gentle with your lashes and just her process overall. I’ve been to several places to get lash extensions and am so grateful to have found Amazing Lash Studio but most importantly Adi. A really good lash technician is hard to find, but I hit the jackpot with her. I haven’t experienced any other technician at Amazing Lash Studio but when I’m on my way out I do hear other customer’s excited about their new look. It’s amazing how full lengthy lashes can boost your appearance. They enhance your facial features tremendously. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio for all your lash extension needs. I had great service at the front desk as always. I went to a different stylist today for my lashes. She was very nice, but my lashes were way fuller on one eye. I asked her to make them even, so she added a few more to my left eye. Very nice and she tried to be accommodating, but she needs to make sure the lashes are a balanced look on the eyes before finishing. I understand sometimes one eye has more lashes than the other, but you don't fill one eye up twice as full as the other that is lacking. Looks like I have mascara on one and not the other. Still luv salon and all ladies there.

I used to go to the round rock location but I stopped going there because of how many rules they had and how they weren’t ever willing to work with customers. I switched to this location and from the moment I went there they answered all my questions. They are very flexible and actually care about their members unlike the round rock location. These guys really care about how you feel about your lashes. Listen if you pay for it, you want it done right. And they’re about it. I’ve gone in and had a miss bap the next day (usually my fault) and they get you in ASAP to make you happy. Amber slays. And that’s that. Get your lashes done.

The customer service was great. Now to the lashes. I believe my stylist need more training. I came to another studio because I'm from Houston and needed a refill. I had on previous lashes and wanted a different type of lash. In Houston if I switch lashes they remove the old and put new. They also apply some tape so your upper lid don't stick to the lower lid. Well I got a.new style over the old so therefore my lashes looked a mess. So I was rescheduled to come back the next day. I thought the next day she would have started over.bubredoing them. Nope didn't happen. I have more gaps as the previous day. Its just not good I will deal with them until I get home back in Houston.

I came back to Amazing lash to get my Volumes that I like, I had taken a break for a few months. During the process of getting them back on, it was just a little more tougher than I remember and burned more than normal. It didn’t feel right, and then at the end of my installation I looked at my lashes and I did like them, they’re just not as full as I remember them being, and I went back and checked photos to see if it was in my head, but they’re not. They’re still very pretty but they aren’t the 6d glam I remember. My experience was not horrible, the technician was very nice, it just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.
