She recognized that I wasn't totally happy with the length of my lashes and promptly set up another appointment for a complimentary fix. I can’t believe that I got conjunctivitis after I went to this place. This has been the worst experience ever. I paid “extra” for a “master” who did an awful job and wouldn’t even talk to me. I literally had to ask her about the expectations of the procedure and how to take care of it. I will not be coming to this place again, particularly after getting conjunctivitis!!! That tells me that whatever instruments she used were not properly cleaned. Beware of Daniela - avoid her at all cost.

The front staff at the Woodbridge location, Tierra and Haleema are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, dedicated hard workers, and provide excellent customer service and relations. Tierra went in depth about eyelashes and how I can improve and care for my eyelashes similar to other customers who have similar eyelash issues and even gave me an unexpected discount. They went above and beyond and there is another Tiara at the front desk who is also very friendly and professional, and they all do a great job of keeping the store clean and fresh. The lash stylist, Moni did a great job and was patient because my eyes kept watering during the service (not allergic and nothing got in my eye). I will definitely continue to come back to the Woodbridge location.

My lash tech took her time in removing these poorly installed lashes and comforted me while doing so. We joked and even know it was kind of painful (not the techs fault) I thoroughly enjoyed the experience because of the kindness of my tech. Will definitely come back.

Caylin did an AWESOME job! From the moment she greeted me and escorted me to the room she was very professional. This is my second time visiting and I have a suggestion because the same thing happened each time. Neither tech took ownership of their room. When a client enters she should be given instructions; where she can put her belongings, where to lay down and what’s going to happen. The client shouldn’t have to stand there and ask these questions. The overall service was good except for the kind to tape being used to keep the top lid secure. It felt like I was getting an eyebrow wax as it was being removed. Please use a different kind of tape. As a business owner and Instructor in the beauty business, these are areas I teach.

The establishment overall is extremely professional, punctual and always communicating ahead of time on schedule changes with their staff. I went here for the first time and from the moment i stepped in i waa greeted by warm smiling faces. The lobby was very clean and neat and the girls at the desk were very kind and welcoming. One of the young ladies explained to me the process and asked if i had any questions. Figured I would add a funny title since my experience was different than most! I literally got rear ended (pretty badly) on my way to my appointment and all of the girls were beyond nice about my situation. I called to let them know I would be on time, but wouldn’t be there the recommended 15 min early because of the accident. When I walked in, every girl knew about the situation and all asked if I was ok. It was so genuine, they sounded truly concerned about someone they didn’t even know, and made me feel like not just another client. Sandy really helped me to relax since I was a little amped up from everything. She recommended a blanket so I could get cozy and promised it was ok if I fell asleep and snored ha! Not too long after that, I was walking out of the studio with perfect lashes. I can’t thank everyone enough!

I am very happy with the results and Georgia was great. I was surprised to find out at check out that a different kind of lash was used and that would cost $60-$70 more. I would expect to be told that prior to using a more costly lash. My $99 special was a lot more than expected.

I was offered a complementary brow waxing and happily obliged. While the young lady (Alyssa) was nice, she made me super nervous because SHE seemed nervous and hesitant. I was anxious with every rip of the wax wondering what I was going to look like. While I'm relieved that my brows look ok, I think she needs a bit more practice and boost up her confidence.

RJ is the best! I went in on a whim and really didn’t even need lashes because I have a lot of natural ones, but RJ just makes those pop even more! I’m obsessed and possibly sold for life! I was pretty upset coming from the Burke location because o had to drive all the way from Woodbridge to that location and it was meh at best. They didnt put a ton of glue on which made me super happy: I used to go to the nail salon for my lashes and my eyes would burn like hell afterwards. My visit last Sunday was pleasant as is every visit to the studio. All the greeters at the front desk are so welcoming. I was having issues with my lashes staying on since my first visit. Although when I left the studio after each session my lashes were amazing. My lashes would start to fall out the next day and continue each day afterwards. Amazing Lash switch me to a Master and so far I've only seen 1 lash come out. The Master Technician did an amazing job!

$200 for 2 days of lashes! I signed up for the non-member introductory price $89.99. At my Friday appt, on top of the intro price I paid an additional $45 or $49 for '6d lashes'- the total cost was $154. They looked pretty okay though not as thick as in the pictures. There were about 4 forms to fill out; if I recall, 3 that indicated Amazing Lash would not be responsible For Anything. 1st red flag, I did not heed. The paperwork made me ask about the key ingredients in the lash product and the glue. No one could clearly tell me. 2nd red flag I did not heed. I chose to proceed with the service. By Saturday morning, my left eye was very red. On Sunday, it was worse. I wanted to remove the lashes myself, but I called for an appt with Amazing Lash. They were removed at a different Amazing Lash Monday morning for $40! I was able to get a Dr's appt the same day to get my eye checked out. However, I had to remove the lashes before my appt. I mention this point because at the appt I asked what was in the lash removal solution and I was told No One Knew. The employees were not allowed to know. I asked what the bottle wrapper indicated, I was told the bottle wrapper did not reflect ingredients. Well, how could I tell the Dr what materials were near my eye to facilitate diagnosis (thinking maybe an allergy). I went to my Dr's appt There was no need for knowledge of the ingredients after all. It turned out I had conjunctivitis (pink eye!) from bacteria! I assure you I did not have this prior to the lash installment-as we all know they would not have installed the lashes with a present illness. The $40 was not comped or discounted; and, they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I explained I paid $200 for 2 days of lashes/ got an infection so no tip. The attendant said, "Have a good day" in a snide, sarcastic way. I'm the one with the red eye and out $200! I just walked away. No need to respond because I won't be back. And I will not recommend any of my friends, family or colleagues. No more quick mill lashes.

I can't rave enough about Jaelyn she is really friendly, efficient and just flat out amazing (I lucked out on my first go round..yes I read some reviews first)and she is my go to! On the first appt she took her time explaining everything and was patient with my questions and I learned very quickly to trust her judgement. I've had so many compliments on my lashes and even the staff has thought I had the upgraded ones (Jaelyn is THAT good). The facility itself is clean and the staff is friendly so I definitely recommend.

first time individual lash wearer and first time Amazing Lash Studio customer. As I entered the studio, I was greeted by a wonderful young lady name Carli who took her time with me. She's very patient and answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable and made suggestions. I wasn't sure what to expect but she walked me through the process. I filled out the ALS form and made an appointment the same day and any questions I had she answered. I'm on day 3 and honestly if you are a first timer it will take some getting use to them on but nothing major. It felt like I had a or seeing a unibrow lol. But, they said it's because it just because I'm not use to it. I just wanted something with a lil more pop, lightweight, and naturally enhance my own. Carli and Imani help me choose my lashes. And, Imani (my lash specialist) she's great and could not even feel her putting on my lashes which she said that is exactly what I should be experiencing! Both ladies are very enthusiatic about this service and customer service is wonderful! I guess I'll have to add this to my budget as part of a beauty regime lol! For all those first timers, try it at least once. I was anti-false lashes but when it's done properly it will enhance you and your eyes not look back alley-ish. I've seen way too many janky lashes unless that's the look you are going for. Thats my opinion!

I wanted to take a moment to tell you about Amazing Lash Studios. I am a recent cancer patient who lost all of her hair due to chemo. I stopped into the studio and inquired about lash services. What captured me at the door was how clean and friendly the staff was. After a detail explanation of their services, I met a few lash stylist and master stylist. My stylist became Sandy. Now I was expecting to be sold the most expensive set of lashes and so forth, but instead, Sandy listened to my history and then suggested what was best for my weak lashes and has guided me along the way to grow them with some of the special products Amazing Lash Studio has. I have been stopped on several military bases, traveling in the airport, at family gatherings commenting on my lashes. When I tell them they are not mine they are QUICK to ask, "Where do you go to get them?" I have given Amazing lashes name to at least 50 ladies! Thanks for making me feel beautiful even when I put on no make or mascara. Excellent service Sandy....thanks!!!!!!

The stylist Raichel did a good job installing the lashes; however, she did not completely consult with me on what I wanted nor did she explain the various options. The front desk associate explained what she thought I wanted and that is what the stylist installed. Because the stylist didn’t thoroughly review with me, I ended up spending $243 and taking time off work to get what I really wanted. They offered me a credit and a lackluster apology after my lashes were done the way I wanted. I’m hoping going forward this goes more smoothly.

Everyone I came across was beyond nice and professional. I brought my daughter not knowing the company policy. I got upset but the policy made sense. They where able to reschedule me for an appointment later on which was awesome. I came back without my daughter. I met my lash tech and she was very friendly. She did tell me that she has only been doing it for a week and I panicked. I showed her what I wanted and she said she wasn’t trained to do that style. I wanted to leave at that point. My excitement went away and I become worried. She told me what she could do I told what I wanted. I didn’t feel like she listened. But I wanted to give her a chance. I fell asleep while she was working. Super gentle and relaxing. At the end it wasn’t what I expected at all. I’m sure she did her best. I explained everything to the front desk they gave me 10 off and will redo them in a few days. Which was awesome I felt better leaving.

I have been not responded to the service I have received over the last several months from Jen and Sandy C. I was going to Jen first and due to her schedule, I was seen Sandy. I would like to commend both of these ladies. I am a recent cancer patient going through chemotherapy. These ladies listen to my story and concerns, advised what was best for my weak and/or non existing lashes and helped me grow them. Sandy continues to advise of growth, reminds me to use your product in the slender silver tub and reminds me that my lashes are not ready for the indivisible lengthy lashes. Both of these ladies could have sold me anything and being new to the lash world, I would not have known the damage - at least not right away. I appreciate that both Jen and Sandy looked at my lashes as theirs and advise what was best for this cancer patient - nice not to be a $$$ sign to a business. Let me not forget your staff that greets us with a smiling face, and sends us out the door with cheer. Cam was great! It was my first time. I mentioned how nervous and excited I was at the same time. She reassured me there was nothing to be nervous about. She listened to my thoughts and concerns. The outcome was amazing! The initial check in was decent, the lash tech was great!, no complaints about her what so ever! But the FDA who checked me in & out was rude, it was my first time and I’ve worked in a membership based company so i know how it goes, but she was very pushy, and then once she realized i wasn’t going to sign up she just was plain out rude! WAs taking another guest in the middle of our transaction, and i was actually thinking about signing up but definitely not now! Imara the lash tech gets all the praise, the front desk is sadly the face of the company, so they should do better.

Sandy did an amazing job! She fixed the problem that I faced when I went there last week. I had lashes installed on Saturday, August 24th and removed Monday, September 26th because of a severe allergic reaction. I informed both the front desk and lash technician that I had sensitive skin and allergies prior to installation. I found out the day that I had the lashes removed that the sensitive glue was not used. I really don't understand why. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for the full set on lashes. Today was my first session at Amazing Lashes and the technician did a good job. She was super sweet and took her time. Overall my lashes turned out very nice and natural. I know for next time the type of style or shape to choose and the distinct look that I am going for. I got an eyelash perm for the second time and love the results. I have gotten fluttery 3d lashes from this studio as well, and loved the process and result, but I’m horrible at upkeeping well. (Warmth, water, side sleeping are not my lashes friends). The perm for me seems to be my happy medium. Gives me a subtle lift, and that works for me - a rare to wear makeup gal anyway. Can’t wait til (if, but hopefully) they add lash tinting as well. I’m sure for an event, and many women day to day, lash extensions are the way to go. But I’m so glad they started offering this as well. My stylist was also kind, gentle, and asked if I was comfortable through the process. I’ll definitely be back.

I like amazing lash studios overall because it’s a franchise and you know they have standards and are professional and trained. But I’ve been to two different lash studios and had issues at check out because they assume things and don’t consult you. Again overall if you want your lashes done go there just be careful to make sure they charge you for what you want to be charged.

Front staff is friendly, but been here twice and always an issue. 1st time check in lady left for a break and never gave me proper information about lashes or paperwork. 2nd time they tried to ivercharge by $10 and I spent what felt like forever digging for proof of what the amount was when I booked for a refill. Website is wonky wnd needs improvement. Lashes weren't ready and my stylist had to track them down. Stylist does good work (slow but good) but i just cant like this place. Feels very franchised and not organized properly.

Front desk greeter checked me in and said she'd get paper work and then disappeared. Technician did a good job on lashes but 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous. I was stuck in between two types of lashes that I wanted which I discussed with my mini-consult that I had. She provided me the option of gel pads which were more comforting to my eyes and skin. Honestly I was hella hesitant to start a membership here but after looking at few places and the quality of work it was a no brainer. First of all this I want to say that the tech who did my eyelashes was super nice very professional, but the people who does scheduling is the worse , I waited 32 minutes after my appointment time and because of that I ended up canceling my other appointment because people has to respect timing. Also during my procedure the people at the front desk keep coming to the room and asking how long before she finish, she was being rush she couldn’t do her job good w me because 5 times they got in the room asking to hurry up, just 10 minutes after she started w me, my eyelashes look horrible uneven, I feel sorry for the tech I don’t even how is able to deal w that situation. I think a should be a better way to manage the scheduling part also those girls from Front desk need to be more professional, I do not recommend this place to anyone it’s the worse experience I ever had.

I’ve been going to Amazing Lash for a few months now, and I’ve never been happier with my lashes! And I’ve been lots of places. I went to an individual, prior to AL, who caused major damage to my natural lashes. When I showed up to AL for the first time, I looked like a hairless cat! Lol. They assured me they could fix it, and their patience and expertise is second to none. They advised me which products to use to repair my broken lashes, and within 3-4 weeks, I was back where I wanted to be with length/thickness! I usually don’t buy many products but decided it was necessary to repair my lashes. I got NatureLash - it helped my natural lashes bounce back. Think of it as less expensive, non-prescription Latisse. I also sprung for the extension-safe mascara and lash conditioner (can’t think of the name). The lash conditioner is liquid gold, ladies! I was skeptical, but it extends the life of my extensions by a week AT LEAST. The conditioner also has a gentle adhesive, which helps those feather babies stay put a little longer. Plus it adds shine! Fawn is super sweet and knowledgeable! She is a ray of sunshine every time I walk in. My tech, Zacara, is bomb (I was hesitant to share her name bc I don’t want you girls stealing my appt slot, LOL). Zacara is patient - she listens to what I want lash-wise and humors my morning conversations. She is a sweetheart. I’m not sure what she does, but she makes my lashes POP and last. I leave every appt with a huge grin and boost of confidence. You rock, Zacara! ? Lastly, check out the membership. Again, I’m always skeptical. Due to the damage, my first appt was pricey bc I needed a lot of work. However, the $69.99 monthly membership is WORTH IT. I need refills every 3 weeks, so I will have to add a couple each year, but this price can’t be beat in quality. PLUS, AL offers a 3-day correction. I once had entire section of lashes to fall out (not sure what happened...I may have rubbed in my sleep, exposed to water/steam too soon, etc) - I called AL in a tizzy due to upcoming travel when they advised me of their 3-day policy and got me in for a correction the same day. Give Amazing Lash a shot - you will be happy that you did! Tell them Dareth sent you. ?

I had a lash lift, which i’d been curious about (I’ve also had beautiful 3d natural feathery extension lashes done here a few months back as well). I was greeted pleasantly. Taken back on time of my appt. Asked about my skin sensitivities and if I had an issue with things covering my face. I was guided on the process. All went well as far as I felt for my first lash lift. I have shorter lashes - chose the “biggest curl”- and ended with, well, a lift. My lashes didn’t suddenly double in length nor get a curlicue. They are just more ....up. As far as I feel right now, this is perfect for me. I loved the lash extensions, but I am also not much of a makeup or “makeup look” girl. I’ll see how long it lasts and will likely get this again. Maybe play between extensions and lifts. (Hope to see lash tints added as well at some point :). All was great.

This is my second time getting my lashes done here and I’m VERY HAPPY!!! The ladies at the front (Brianna and Fawn) are always accommodating to my schedule and try to find time with my preferred technician. My lash technician Anne is AMAZING!! She was able to add volume using the 6D set to my very thin, sparse, and light colored lashes!!!! She’s honestly a miracle worker! I no longer need to worry about strip lashes and them coming off in water or when I go out. I’m thrilled with the fact that she is a licensed esthetician so her sanitation and prep of her area is always on point. As an esty myself, I look for those things. Overall I cannot say enough great things about Anne, about Amazing Lash Woodbridge as a whole. I’m excited for my next appointment in a few weeks!!!

My first experience with this place was good. I had a full set and got the membership. My technician was Starr and she was great. I made an appoint for 3 weeks to get my free refill. I arrived on time Tuesday. An hour was spent on my right eye but the technician ran out of time on my left eye. She was rushing to do her full set appointment that was next and said she was 7 minutes over. I had tape ripped from my eyes and knew I was being rushed out of the room. I paid good money for my initial install and expected to be treated the same way for my refill, which I was not. I guess since it was free Customer Satisfaction does not matter to this establishment. I will never return and am cancelling my membership.

I’ve been coming to amazing lash about a year now, every two weeks. I love my lashes and how they look on me. I didn’t find Erika until maybe 4 months ago. I’m glad I did though. VERY SKEPTICAL .. yup that described how I was about getting eyelash extensions especially after a bad experience with another salon. I wanted eyelashes that felt natural, not heavy on my eyelids with the glue. I thought all salons used the same methods so of course - I stopped wanting to get eyelash extensions for years. I can PROUDLY say that I finally got over my anxiety and decided to give it a go again. I FEEL BEAUTIFUL ... and my eyelashes feels oh so natural. Thank you ... Taylre (sp?) was very gentle with my eyes. I fell asleep so I hope I wasn’t snoring ... lol Thanks for me feel BEAUTIFUL ... not too exaggerated but just enough.

I was glad that they were able to work with what I had instead of removing them and giving me a brand new set of lashes (which would have taken too much time). I came in for a refill and the procedure went well but it did seem like it took longer than usual. I normally go to the Burke office because this studio is very busy and hard to get an appt. since I live nearby I decided to wait until a slot opened at stone bridge - but mistake! At first I noticed a slight difference but thought “once the settle in place they should look better.” Nope. I have gaps now and the lashes are crooked. It’s only been s few days. Help!

I came in for a refill and the procedure went well but it did seem like it took longer than usual. I normally go to the Burke office because this studio is very busy and hard to get an appt. since I live nearby I decided to wait until a slot opened at stone bridge - but mistake! At first I noticed a slight difference but thought “once the settle in place they should look better.” Nope. I have gaps now and the lashes are crooked. It’s only been s few days. Help!

My overall experience was great! Several days after getting my lashes done, I had an appointment at the hair salon to color my hair. The stylist forgot to screw the top on the color bottle and just before she approached me I happened to shut my eyes. The bottle of hair dye cascaded down my face over my right eyelid and drenched my lashes with Chemicals. Now this is what is amazing, Jen my lash goddess ? has me using all the products at home so I was able to brush the people trying to help me away, run warm water and use the pink makeup cloth to clear my eyelashes of the dye. Not only were my eyes okay( thank you) but my lashes were perfect. I don‘t believe one lash came off so bravo to the glue you use. In addition, after over a year of using the nature lash my stubby lashes and bald spots lol are gone. Brooke always asks if I need products which has already been reinforced by Jenn who has already asked me before I leave the room. I have the fan, lash coating, mascara, gel and will not be skipping any appointments. I love the studio in Woodbridge! Thank you ladies for your professionalism!

I ❤️ My volume lashes. They look so natural and I don’t feel like I need to wear any eye makeup. I feel a sense of confidence with my volume lashes when I’m talking to people that I usually don’t feel with mascara. My lash consultant, Lena, was so helpful to determine the length, style, and type of lashes that would be the best fit for my current lashes and preference. I didn’t realize how involved and intricate the process is to apply lashes. Lena was so very sweet and informative with explaining each style and aftercare for my lashes.

I was on my way to my 9 am appointment and I received a call to tell me that my lash technician was not coming into work and my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was extremely frustrated because I have had other experiences like this and it’s unacceptable and unprofessional. She has been late also. I am taking time off from work to accommodate her crazy work schedule. I was going on Saturday and now she only works 2 days a week and not in the weekend at all. Again, just inconvenient. I should have been notified the night before or at the latest, early in the morning that my appointment was cancelled. To be called while I am already in transit is completely unprofessional.

I have been going to Kayla at the Amazing Lash Studio in Woodbridge since she began there in November, and I have NOT been disappointed! I would first like to say that Valarie is great! I think she's one of the best lash techs in there. Now, the NEW GLUE sucks. I had to go back only a week after getting a refill to get a corrections, which turned into a refill because almost all of my lashes were gone. I take really good care of my lashes and for 4 months, I did not have to return for a correction just a fill every 3 weeks and the majority of my lashes were still in tact. I suggest, they find another glue or I will be coming back every week to get a correction because they fall out within weeks.

I've already recommended this place to all of my friends who are looking into getting extensions. I typically wear strip lashes all the time so I was worried these wouldn't make much of a difference but when I opened my eyes and saw the lashes I was in shock! I have never had lash extension before and I was excited and nervous. From the moment I walked into the studio I was made to feel welcome. Someone was always at the desk to great me. I do recommend that if you're someone who tends to get chilly, lay the blanket over you or have it near by to cover up with. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to lay still with my eyes closed the whole time but I did! They gave great tips on how to avoid damaging the lashes. My biggest concern was that I am a stomach/side/face palm sleeper and I was worried that I would wake up with lashes everywhere but I found my airplane neck pillow and slept with that. She discussed the different styles and helped me decide which would work best for what I wanted. The office is nice and clean, and everyone was very friendly. I think I fell asleep during my extensions because I'm pretty sure I started snoring (which then woke me up LOL). I was given proper after-care instructions and their recommendations. I decided to do the membership so I will definitely be back!
