I had the best experience at amazing lash! I was skeptical to get my lashes done during covid times but the staff did such a great job and I was in my own room at all time and felt very safe! My technician wore gloves and her mask the whole time which put me at ease. Usually when I go get my lashes done, at the end I have to pry my eyes open because the bottom lash lines sticks to new lashes (which is incredibly painful and makes my eyes water thus ruining the new lashes) but absolutely none of that! So happy I came here!

The Royal location is so convenient for me. Before cataract surgery last September I had been getting my extensions here for a long time. I have returned. Kathy did a patch test that went well, then extensions several days later. Kathy is professional, so pleasant and sincere in her wanting to do the best job for the client. The front desk girls are very nice and welcoming which is so important. The sewer smell in the hallway is still there, I remember that. That is the City of Dallas problem. The day I was there, a Sunday, there was a lot of laughing noise coming from technicians that were not busy at the time in the hall. I am all for fun, however, this went on for too long while clients were trying to relax. I think maintaining a calm spa feel is important. I definitely will be returning to Kathy. I was a regular client of another technician, but her moodiness was unpredictable, and did not want that environment starting fresh here again. Kathy and front desk are STARS.

I got my lashes done for the first time by someone whom I felt didn’t do a very good job, she left one eye fuller and thicker than the other. I asked for a correction and I was paired in with Amanda who left me with beautiful full EVEN lashes and I love her so much she’s the only stylist allowed to touch my lashes. I truly enjoyed my experience and would give a 5 star review, but in booking the 79.00 full set of lashes, as it had been too long in between visits with my regular person up in Michigan, I was upcharged upon checking out by double because unbeknownst to me I had asked for a mixture of lashes which resulted in doubling the price without being told at the onset.I wish I had been given the info at the beginning.

The technician was very friendly and gentle, and the salon / room was very clean. I don't know if it was the glue, or if she didn't use enough, but several of the individual lashes fell off that day. I could tell they were the new ones because my lash wasn't attached at the base. Also there were gaps in my lashes and it wasn't very full. I'm actually having to use mascara to fill them in. I do like their extended hours, that is very helpful with my schedule. I will try them once more.

I have allergy issues with the glue so I have to use the sensitive glue. I got a full set at another location the day before my visit here and they looked terrible and the glue was blamed. The girl who fixed them at your store is a miracle worker!!!! She was patient and a total perfectionist and I love them, plus she had no issues with the sensitive glue. I have been a client of Amazing Lash for a few years. I went to this location for a full set because they were able to get me in with short notices (4 days). After she completed my lashes I informed her they were not as full as previous with a full set. The stylist instructed me to inform the front desk. I spoke to I'm assuming the manager she stated they looked full to her. She then stated the standard lawyers were used. If they used a different Lash then it was not annotated. To make a long story short I will not go back to this location nor do I recommend using it. In the past Amazing Lash have corrected the problem.

My experience was horrible. I am new to Dallas. My initial appointment was not done properly. I attempted to give the studio another opportunity to re-do my lashes. Only to be contacted to be re-schedule and then only to arrive "3" minutes over their "7" minutes window of wait time during prime time tragic rush hour at 6pm. After I expressed to the receptionist, Michelle, that I get off at 6pm and would risk my life driving like a bat out of hell to get there. I paid for services that was not rendered, spoken to in a very unpleasant tone and scold for being late after being re-schedule. I will never use any of their Studios EVEr based on my experience at this location. Finally, the receptionist apologized after scolding me because she stated, "she had a bad day and other customers not clients screamed at her. Clearly, she does not understand clients vs customers and the quality of GREAT customer no client service and client retainage.

Yesterday was my first visit to this studio. I went on recommendation from a friend. The appointment was entirely too long - two hours! I've had lashes for most of this year and have never ever had an appointment last this long. Secondly, the technician was not gentle. Now, the bigger issue. When my appointment was finally done, my right eye was extremely red. I didn't think too much of it at the time and figured it would clear up fairly quickly. I even tipped the technician $20 because I did like the lashes, and signed up for a membership (although I will never use her again). However, today my right eye is still red and there is some pain when I blink. Again, I've never ever experienced any issues whatsoever with my lashes in the past. I am extremely concerned. I've sent a formal complaint to their email address and also want it noted here. I am waiting on a call back now.

I booked the appointment on Monday June 19 through the receptionist for a lash refill appointment with Kayla on Friday at 4:30 pm. I wanted an appointment sooner, but that was the first time Kayla had available that I could make. I confirmed the appointment via text the day before. It was my first time at this location so I was hopeful it would be a good experience. I got to the location at 4:20 and filled out the paperwork. Then I waited, and waited, and waited. I started getting worried because it was cutting into my appointment time and at 4:45 still no one had called me back. Finally at 4:50 a lash tech named Jackie called me back. I told her that I had specifically made the appointment with Kayla (per another friends suggestion). They got Kayla and she said she had another appointment coming at 5:20 so she had less than 30 minutes to fill my lashes. The $60 refill had already been withdrawn from my credit card. They took only $10 off for the unprofessional, late, and obviously incorrectly booked appointment. Kayla did a great job with the 30 minutes she had but I was incredulous that they still charged me $50. I've had lashes for the last two years and love them, and have spent a lot on them! I just want honest, timely service!

The music is rave music- so horrible. I get a headache every time I go in. The manager is probably one of the rudest people ever. I'm only giving this review 2 stars because of the beyond poor customer service. My lash stylist, Kayla, was amazing and definitely gets 5 stars but the staff at the front desk were horrible. Worst customer service I may have ever received. I walked in expecting a warm friendly greeting considering all the great reviews and comments but received just the opposite. No smile. No "hi how are you?" Just a blank look on both of the girls faces with one of them asking me my name to look up my appointment. I was stunned. As a first time customer about to shell out $90 on a service the least I expected was a greeting. I recommend the girls working the front desk receive training on how to smile and extensive training in customer service.. Do not plan on coming back.

This time I believe I saw Rhee, and she was amazing! I had such a good time. I really enjoyed. The front desk associates are amazing and extremely patient. My first full set was okay. It wasn't even in both sides, one side took Lo ever and had more lashes. It's wasn't bad but just ok. But then in a matter of days the lashes began to fall out heavily even with proper care. So I called about three or four days laterand they brought me in about for a mini fill. That was nice, but then all the other lashes continued to fall out until they were mostly gone around the end of week two. It was frustrating because I wanted to rebook and subscribe, but my skepticism turned into a lack of trust after what happened. I have worn lash extensions before, and they lasted at least around four weeks so this experience let me down.

From the very first visit she was very sweet and comforting. She made me feel like i have known her or been coming to her for years! She always does a great job. I've had lashes before and I know how to take care of them. They started falling out in less than a week! I bought their wand for $20 (dumb of me. just go to Sally's and buy a bag of wands for $5) the wand broke in less than 2 weeks! Highly disappointed and will never go back there again.

The girl must have had me as her first client. I just have lashes in the middle of my eye. There aren't any lashes about 1/4" on either side of my eyes. She put some on the outside but said they wouldn't list straight, so she cut them off along with my real eyelashes. Now I have nothing to put mascara on. One positive thing, they are falling out pretty fast so I can have my lashes back soon, that is what is left of them !

Adrianna was great!! I highly reccomend her as she is professional, respectful of your time, and extremely good at applying lashes and tailoring them to your desired look. I used to go every two weeks and have my lashes done by Adrianna, however, I haven't been to this location since the front desk person that day, Caitlin, yelled at me and threatened to charge me extra due to a death in my family (even after I gave them notice letting them know I would not be able to make it), however prior to that I have always had a great experience. I didn't appreciate that and haven't been back to this studio since. In the studio's defense, they have called periodically to "book another appointment" since noticing that I haven't been in and started visiting a new studio.

Adriana has been great for the past year! I have zero complaints about my current stylist. In fact I have referred at least 2 new clients to her, and recommended Adriana to many more. With that, I have to warn friends that the overall experience at the store isn't nearly as pleasant as anywhere else I have had my lashes done over the past 5 years. It's cold, and their beds are like laying on a doctor's table. I have complained about the music just about every time I have been in the store. It's not relaxing, and in fact disturbingly annoying. I have been told it's a corporate decision on what is played. I don't feel like corporate is in tune with their customers if hard rock and heavy metal is the music of choice. Also, I am also very disappointed Amazing Lash is increasing Adriana's rate $10 per fill, because they have decided she is now a master stylist. This now puts me at $70 a fill for synthetic mink refills. Originally advertised at $45--then a $15 up charge for the synthetic mink. That seems like a steep immediate increase. I do agree she is better than anyone else at the store-- I haven't been satisfied with any other stylists at amazing lash. If Amazing Lash will only provide mediocre stylists at the price originally advertised, I unfortunately will have to find another place to have my lashes done. There are so many other options in the area that are competitive in price, and do an excellent job. I can certainly find a better deal for the same, with a much better salon experience!

After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing other customers called in, I decide to figure out what I was waiting for. I was told they had made an error on my booking and was scheduled until July 3rd. I was very upset as I was being apologized to, yet I was being told they could not take me in. made an appointment with this location yesterday and asked to push the appointment back 30 minutes. i was told this was perfectly fine by 2 different receptionists. about 10 minutes later i called to cancel my appointment due to a previous engagement running over my time. Receptionist AND MANAGER both confirmed my cancellation, said it was no problem, and hung up the phone. an hour later, I get a phone call from the receptionist saying that she is knew and didn't remember that she was supposed to charge me for a cancellation fee (that i was not aware of, seeing as though a manager and receptionist confirmed my cancellation without any mention of a cancellation fee). I told her with all due respect its not my fault that she doesn't remember how to do her job. Not to mention the manager of the store didn't say anything about ANY type of cancellation fee when i spoke with her. After a few minutes of arguing I was so frustrated I just said fine ill pay the stupid fee and she said OK I'll use the card on file and hung up on me. 3 and a half hours later, I am all the way home and i get a 3rd phone call from the receptionist. She said that she thought i had a card on file and it turns out she accidentally deleted it when she pulled it up and asked me to give her a new credit card number. I was furious at this point and said AGAIN what you did was not my fault, I shouldn't have to be dealing with this and this girl clearly doesn't know how to do her job. It made me entirely to frustrated when I am paying this company monthly for "good service" NOT a happy person at the moment.

At first I was unsure of getting my lashes done. I've tried the strips and even went and got them done elsewhere. I was not happy with either. They were heavy and the glue didn't last. They just felt clumpy and uncomfortable. Then a co-worker went to Amazing Lash and I couldn't believe the results. I had to try it. Took too long I usually have a new set applied in an hour this took almost two hours. new stylist didn't apply new set as requested I wanted natural with volume I got sparse and long. Stylists' long hair hit me in the eyeball, tape was applied up to my eyebrows and then it was difficult to take it off, lamp was dropped on my face! Worse experience ever

Marissa Hancock is excellent. She has delicate hands, but is fast. Her lashes stay on 2-3 weeks and only require a mild fill. The lashes appear natural and have just the right amount of glue. She is pleasant to talk to.The location seems to go through managers almost monthly and is not always honest about Marissa's availability, but my stylist makes the drive to Royal lane on the toll road worth it.

I got my eyelashes extended yesterday and so far the effect has been amazing. Everyone loves them and so do I. I have very light blonde eyelashes and the full dark lashes just brings out my eyes without any make up. I used to have to wear make up every time I walked out the door to go somewhere and now I am free from that burden! It feels great. The people who met me and then the attendant who actually applied the lashes were very sweet and addressed all of my concerns prior to getting started. I wasn't nervous at all!

I would not go here again. The receptionist told me that my first set will take an hour and 30 mins. It ended up being 2 hours and a half! I was late for another appointment with a client! I didn't think this process would hurt but my lady was hurting me, where I said "ouch" a couple of times! I had a weird feeling so I asked her how long has she been doing this, she said one month! You can imagine how scared I was. Also it's important to note that she didn't even said thank you to me when I left the room! That's not all...Once I got home, a few of the lashes on my right eye got glued onto my lower lashes and omg it hurts so badly. It's bothering me like CRAZY and so I had to rip a a hair off since I could barely open my eye and it was poking my eye. I'm about to go out of town for a trip and I did not expect having to deal with my right eye irritating, itchy and poked at by these synthetic hair! I'm so unhappy and upset! :(

I regurlarly see Marissa who is wonderful.. but this last visit had to go 3 weeks because the front desk lied and told me she wasn't working the weekend I'd typically see her.. I am a regular and been seeing her for 6 months.. regular customers should not be lied to just because a fill with the membership is less profit. I'd recommend Marissa Hancock any day, but the management at Amazing lash preston royal keeps changing and is something that could really use a makeover.

I was really disappointed with how my lashes turned out. I am in from out of town and have grown accustomed to leaving a fill with full lashes and I left here with lashes that didn't look much different than before I walked in and that was after I asked to add more to what she thought was a complete job. They do not out lashes on every lash and are not very thorough. While the studio was clean the tech did not sanitize her hands before touch my eyes and after one sleep I have had numerous lashes fall out due to what I think was a lack of sealant and glue. Was hoping for a better outcome. That being said staff was very friendly and again the studio was clean. Just not stratified with the results or level of expertise. Not close to what I am used to.

I was not impressed with the service at this location at all. I was recommended to get a full set that took almost 4 hrs which is un heard of. They credit me to come back today and still dis satisfied. I'm a member from Houston location and the 2 stylists there was Great. They gave me the look I asked for. I'm aware my lashes are thinner than most ladies but when you are a member and paying Yr money I aspect to be at least satisfied. Im really not happy with my eyelash they look a mess and if you really trained your staff like Houston location did you will have mire happy clients. Why would they not make me aware that the longer they are the less fuller they would be my lashes look like I let a 2 year play with my eyes not elegant like you advertise. This was my first visit here. It was a bitter sweet visit. There was a new girl that did my lashes and they were not filled in properly. I could barely tell that I had lashes on. I was disappointment at the outcome. As soon as I got up from the table, lashes were falling off. I woke up the next morning and about 7 more had fell out. I called the place immediately when nthey opened and explained the outcome. The person on the phone insisted that I come back and allow a senior person to correct them. Amanda, a senior person did a great job filling in my lashes. I plan on coming back to her. She did a great job on my correction from the previous day.
