I was a little scared as this was my first lashes, although the receptionist was very accommodating and its nothing scary it's very relaxing and they even have makeup remover for you. Monica is amazing I canceled my membership because I wasn’t pleased with some of the results from other technicians but the quality of her work has made me reconsider my decision. However, I still have concerns regards the pricing - I had a fill with 3D lashes and it was 85.00 —that’s crazy. Without tip. Do the math if you come at the intervals required fir maintenance... One is the reasons I terminated my contract was because of the pricing. We’re not in Beverly Hills- it’s the OC and I don’t think the rationale for pricing should be based on what other pricey salons charge. I want to feel good not only for the quality of the job, but also that the price point is reasonable. I think the traffic in the salon would be better if they considered how expensive they are. I don’t cheap out on tipping just because the salon charges 85.00 for 3D fill, because that isn’t fair to the technician. I used to go to a Master Technician and that was an additional charge. I’d love to keep coming to the salon so I would really appreciate some consideration on their price. Thanks for the opportunity to provide some feedback regarding what’s good and what would make it even better.

My tech was a very sweet young lady but only had 5 months experience. This was my first time and felt they should have assigned a more experienced tech. My lower left eye lashes were stuck with the new inserts and lots were torn out. My lashes are only on the center of my lids and bare at the inner and outer ends.

I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio to anyone with a busy schedule that is interested in getting lashes but hesitant about finding time to incorporate in a busy schedule. They are flexible and always have a stylist onsite. My favorite stylist is Monica. She is truly an talented stylist. Monica was sweet. She did a good job. She was slower then Michaela whom I had since day 1 but I was still satisfied. She did miss more lashes towards the outside of my eye then I like but I also know i have a lot of lashes to apply and I ran a little late to my fullest appt. I’d go back. Front desk was great. Always nice but sometimes you get different answers. It seems there is always a new girl at the front. Neither good or bad thing just think that makes it hard to have consistent correct information for clients.

I get very consistent service with Amazing Lash across most of the stylists. They offer options that are not one-size (or length) fits all. I prefer smaller gauge lashes for a lighter feel and a more natural look, and they can provide those in single lashes or their volume lashes for a more glam effect. Overall I am happy with Amazing Lash. My only complaint is that I wish their monthly program was good for 1.5 refills per month, which is what I usually use. So every other visit I am usually having to pay something over and above the membership cost for a refill, and if I need to get a full set it is a whole $99.

My apt was scheduled for my regular gal and I was informed she no longer worked there and they put me with a top technician .I came for my apt at 10:00 I went into the room and was completed in under 20 min. I was charged 54.00 after complaining about the cost that was the discounted rate?!?! ? after informing them I was in and out in under 20 min and the entire time on the table the technician said my lashes look great and do not need anything,I’m not sure what the 54.00 was for as the time spent on the table was 15 min total. Natane, the manager was extremely helpful booking my appointment and answering all my questions before my service. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by my stylist Monika. If you're looking for "Nordstrom customer service" for eyelashes this is the place! Out of all the Amazing Eyelash Studios this one has the best service. The front desk makes you feel "special" each time and are super accommodating. People often ask me what mascara I use. Most are surprise when I let them know that (shhhh) they are eyelash extensions. My go-to stylist, Mikeala makes them look natural, but combines just the right amount of thickness and volume. She's an amazing experienced eyelash stylist. Eyelashes are a big commitment and everyone has their unique style they like. Amazing Lash Studio was not able to accommodate the specific lashes I typically get, so I was very hesitant on going through with the service. I, personally, prefer longer, more dramatic lashes and they lean more towards the more natural side. After a long contemplation and reassurance from the employees that my lashes would turn out well, I decided to go through with it. While my final product is not necessarily to my taste, Diana did a great job on my lashes. They look good and uniform. The only thing I feel is that she was quite rushed- again probably due to the scheduling conflicts. While my experience started out slightly unpleasant, James turned it around a truly felt as if he went above and beyond for me. They're pretty pricey, but they deliver with their work and customer service.
