This place is amazing! The building itself is underwhelming, decor is minimal and it felt very sterile like a hospital almost but the staff and their skills are unmatched! I was greeted by Emma, who called me a couple of days before my appointment to make sure I was okay with a change of artist. She is so professional, kind and knowledgeable! It’s so hard to find a good receptionist, I hope they know what a great addition she is to their team! Seriously, give that girl a RAISE!!! She deserves it! Now onto my lash artist, Khloee. I went in knowing what I didn’t want. She asked me a couple of questions and we decided to go with a classic wet cat eye set. HOLY COW DID SHE DO SUCH A GREAT JOB! I was blown away on how beautiful the set is. I went in thinking I would just do a set for a wedding I’m going to this weekend and ended up signing up for the monthly membership. She is amazing at her trade! Great job Khloee and thank you sooo much for boosting my confidence!

I went and staff was very welcoming and told me what the process would be like, which did ease my nerves. The process for my lash lift and tint was so relaxing that I did actually fall asleep. I like that they have blankets for warmth as the room gets cold, it is very thoughtful! I am glad I went here to get this done and I will be revisiting another time!

Ok I waited a few months before leaving a review. This place is awesome! All of the ladies working here are all wonderful. I am one to stay with one tech but in a pinch all of the ladies are all very good! They always prime and seal which I love ? If I am not stressed and pick at my eyelashes ? they are pretty full when I go for a fill. I also bought an eye mask that has wells where your eyes are and it’s a game changer for those of us that are side sleepers and belly sleepers ? I also bought the main kit they sell since I use lots of eyeshadow and make up. I definitely come twice a month and for a mini fill when I am bad ?

I really didn’t know what to do expect with my first set. I had no idea what I wanted and they came through. I’m now a volume girly and the staff and the lash techs have been super helpful on my journey of trying lash extensions! I highly recommend asking questions to save those lashes! The money you spend here really will pay off in the end! The staff here are very friendly and try their best to remember you and make you feel comfortable and hype you up when you get a fresh new set! My confidence level is boosted when I come in.
