I went in for my first time ever getting lash extensions and the front desk receptionist was very informative and helpful. I was given a consultation about what to expect and was given some choices as to what I wanted for my lash set. Jasmine did my lashes and she was able to give me what I asked for, she was also very patient with me as I noticed that when I was done there was a spot that needed to be touched up at the end. I was happy with my first experience here and ultimately made the decision to become a member . Thank you all so much for your help! I appreciate everyone that was there and listened to me.

I went in for the promo special and came out very pleased with my lashes. I purchased the biweekly plan for my fills. If you get a “Master Stylist, just know that they charge you more. I don’t agree with charging more because these aren’t cheap. I think all the stylists should do an amazing job and charge the same price. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and will keep going back.

I love getting my eyelashes done by Ammy Medina does a great job. And she’s professional and nice. The new system they had in the front desk was a little confusing because the way it charged my debit card in separate payments. It made me think that I got charge 4 times but I didn’t. It would be better if is just charges me with one transaction that way I don’t get confused. I understand is a new system so It’s okay. I have a usual lash tech that I go to. I had an appointment scheduled with her but then realized that time wouldn’t work because I am leaving on a trip. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk, she looked to see if there was an appointment available for a fill (I was asking if they had anything available same day). She was able to book me with a master stylist and let me know of the up-charge as well. This was my first time with a master stylist. I had Alison and she was awesome! I was so appreciative that they were able to get me in a bit sooner even though I wasn’t able to get my regular lash tech. I love my regular tech and I still had a wonderful experience with a master stylist. Thank you to the girls up front for always being so sweet and trying their best to accommodate my last minute reschedule request. I always love coming here!

Staff was very attentive and friendly over the phone and in person. They were following the COVID requirements diligently. I went in for lash service as a model. I had a great experience overall, my technician was sweet and accommodating. My appointment took a total of 3 hours from start to finish (new customer/new set)which was a bit longer than I’m use to but she got the job done and did it well. The receptionist was also sweet and the entire experience was very spa-like which I enjoyed, it was a bit much considering I just wanted to get my lashes done but I appreciated how much the salon invest in ensuring each client is has a good experience. Service like this makes for lasting customers.

0 stars. I had my lashes (6D hybrid Gorgeous) put on Wednesday, February 12 one week review update on these lashes. All the 6D have pretty much fallen out on my left eye. I'm disappointed for paying for good quality lashes and not receiving that it almost feels as though I was scammed for my hard earned money. Since day 1 I've used their regimen of caring for lashes and they didn't even last a whole week. Wow! My best friend had her lashes done a week before mine elsewhere (not amazing lashes) paid less and her lashes look better than mine. I would absolutely love to cancel the membership I signed up for if they don't correct. Review stands. 1 month review came in for my fill, 2 weeks ago they corrected the problem and I had given them another chance and kept the membership active. Left eye continued to fall out and was left with 1 lash 2 weeks later. The outcome with this is I didn't get what I paid for! I feel extremely robbed at this point, and god knows I'm glad I canceled that membership. They are not customer friendly and honestly I was better off going to a place where they don't up charge you for every volume lash. What's the point in getting eyelash extensions if you end up looking the same with the classic lash. At that point your membership service is useless and just proves that you are a scam because the end result the customer will be unsatisfied with the way the lashes look for what's included in that membership and will be forced to pay the up charge of 20 total coming up to 100 with a master stylist for those lashes only to last two weeks. I'm better off buying eyelashes. If your late and let them know they cut into your time which is understandable but man don't leave your customers feeling robbed because she came out looking like she still needs a fill. Not a dime more. You guys seriously will end up with a bad rep. I see ladies coming in spending money like pendejas probably having the same problem and just not getting there moneys worth. Smh! I will not be a pendeja and god knows I kept my cool and kept a good demeanor while I went back hoping they would do something to help a girl out but no. They want more money and don't care about their customers satisfaction.

I was told yesterday that the stylist I have been seeing for a few months now will be promoted to a master stylist. This is the second time this has been the case. I am not happy that in order to keep seeing her, I will have to pay an extra fee. So, the way I see it is there is an extra fee for 3D, and an even higher extra fee for 6D, and now in order to keep going to the stylist that I have been happy with, I will now have an additional fee. I will not pay more. I will cancel my membership and go somewhere else.

Actually just woke up. Both eyes are bloodshot red. The girl did mention my lashes were sticking together when she did them and I told her upon opening my eyes they felt very sticky. While waiting for appt two women leaving were very unhappy with your pricing. Calling it a scam your eyes won’t be full without the add on and if you want a better job you need to pay 10 dollars more for a more experienced person. And guess what they won’t last a month so you will need a refill which is 50 and 20 for fullness and another 10 for an experienced person the clerk apologized for these women and I said I agreed with them. You really don’t know what you are getting into. Of course I want my eyelashes full that’s why I’m here. Now the 69. Just became 89. It si ce they do not last for a refill. It 50 plus 20. I feel like I just bought a car. So at my appointment Jessica sensed my disappointment. Brought Aggie in and I was able to cancel two months early. Your people are lovely. The lashes look nice. But your pricing is rediculous. It took me 3 months to figure it all out. I cannot recommend this to anyone please for your sake charge one price

If I pay a monthly membership each month of 70$ which is an hour. And then I have a Master stylist do my lashes and they finish in 30 mins or even 40 mins. I dont see why I have to pay another 10 on top of my 70$ when they didnt even utilize my full hour. And then on top of that it's an extra 25$ for hybrid. So if I dont get a full hour I shouldnt have to 1. Have to use my full one hour credit or 2. I should be able to use the amount of time that was cut off, to pay for my hybrid upgrade and or my master stylist fee. It seems like I'm getting shorted. Every dollar counts and adds up and every minute matters because I pay for it

I am so happy I got lash extensions here. They turned out amazing! They make my face so much brighter. Alexine did a great job. I’d never had lash extensions before and didn’t really know what to expect. I am very pleased with the result. They took me in on time and explained everything, made sure I was comfortable and got started right away. I bought a lot of their products because maintenance is very important. Very glad I did since I didn’t know anything about it. Using all the products I got which makes it easier to not make mistakes.

I am doing all the instructions, no steam, no water to face, no rubbing....but I am still having a heavy loss of lash right after placement. Is there a stronger glue necessary? Just curious. I love it there! They have the most friendly/ amazing staff every! Very helpful and when it come to scheduling they are helpful and flexible.
