Julia is so fantastic! I took a break from getting my lashes done for a while due to a not so great experience in the past at another salon. I was hesitant to get them done again because of an allergic reaction, but I've been going to Amazing Lash and seeing Julia for the past few months was the best choice I made. I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studio in Robinson, Pa for a few months now and I must say their customer service is outstanding. From the moment you walk in the door your presence is acknowledged and someone is greeting with you a smile. I was surprised after a couple of visits they greeted me by my name. I recently decided to transition from classic lashes to hybrid and I had a very nice young lady complete my service. Unfortunately, I experienced numerous lashes falling out the next day and the following day. When I called to speak with someone about it and express my concerns they were very nice and immediately addressed my concerns. They explained that some shedding is normal however offered me to come and have a master tech look at them and redo them if necessary or if I simply felt I wanted to have the lost ones replaced. I returned and Kasey assisted me. She was so pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable!! She walked me through my options and provided very helpful information which helped me make an informed decision about which lash extensions were best for my lashes that would also provide my desired outcome. I must say they not only provided great service during my routine visits the way they handled my complaint was top notch customer service. I was treated with respect and my concerns were addressed and resolved immediately. For that I am very happy customer and I will continue to go there for my lash services and recommend them to my family and friends.

I had to go back to get a fix from my 1st appt. (lost a whole eye of lashes). Most people would be upset & write a bad review. I am not most people. My 1st review was good & so will this one. The staff was so empathetic & apologized so much. They got me in a few days later (due to Christmas) Brianna was so friendly & fixed my lashes. I do love someone to Anazing Lash studio. The area is clean and comfortable. everyone is very friendly as well. I will say the thing I’ve struggled with is getting the wow look I want. Booked a last minute appt with Corinne on the ALS app, which is sooo convenient to use and it was AMAZING....I had been getting the "gorgeous" style", (using mostly 6D's) and was playing around with the lash simulator on the app and decided to switch to the "sexy style". I really like the lash extensions because as I’ve gotten to my 50s my lashes have begun to droop. The extensions make them look perky and I don’t need to wear mascara. Kaitlin is a great technician and the ladies that run it are very welcoming and helpful. The price is good. I probably wouldn’t pay more if prices increase but currently I think it’s a fair price. I recommend Amazing Lash In Robinson.

Today was my last day getting my lashes done :( I’m in cranberry and since they closed I figured I could go to robinson to get my lashes done for my last few appointments. Julia did my lashes the lash 2 times I got them done and I can’t say enough about her. She doesn’t force me to make awkward conversation(lol) and she does an AMAZING job. She is truly talented and whoever reads this should make sure she gets a raise or at least let her know how well she’s doing! Absolutely adore this studio! I've been a member with amazing lash for a few years and have gone to several different studios; Florida and PA, as well as other lash studios or artists and the Robinson Amazing Lash is by far my favorite! From the time you walk in till the time you leave you feel right at home. The front Cassidy, and Brittany are so informative, and always has on a happy welcoming smile. I have had my eye lashes done by multiple different girls and they are all great however the one that stands out the most is kaitlyn. Very personable, quick and does an amazing job! I love it here! This is the second time I have visited this salon. The pandemic definitely put a damper on my visits. When I walked in, I was happily greeted and completed my COVID-19 paperwork and temp check. I then went back and washed my lashes. My lash tech was Bobbie. From the moment she greeted me, to the moment I left, Bobbie was just awesome! She really took the time to find out and implement what I was looking for. She helped me choose the style and volume I wanted and clearly explained what to expect. We worked out a plan that best suited me and how we would get to the end result. She really impressed me with her professionalism and showed me how much she cared about her work when she saw something she was unsure of and corrected it immediately. I really appreciated that and she made me feel like I was her most important client! I normally do not schedule in advance due to my not knowing my own schedule, but I loved my results so much, I had to book an appointment with her. I left the salon extremely happy and over the moon with my results! I’m excited to return in a few weeks! Thank you so much, Bobbie! I’ll see you soon!

So I have been going to get my lashes done for about a year now. I recently decided to switch things up because I could not get an appointment with my usual lash stylist at my usual place. I called the Robinson Township studio because it was closer to where I work. They got me in the next day at the time I requested! My lash stylist was Tessa. She was so nice and very sweet. She took time to review what I had in the past, we looked at my past pictures to compare, and she got right to work. She worked quickly and was so gentle. In the one year that I had visited my other stylist, I can tell you that there have been times that I’ve left not as happy as I wanted, but I was able to work with what I had. They didn’t look bad, but they certainly did not look like they did when Tessa was finished! I was super happy. It has been two weeks since my appointment. I wanted to wait to write my review to make sure I was still happy and could give a proper full review. You guys.... my lashes are still amazing and full! I usually lose enough to have to wear mascara in order to hide gaps. Not this time! I have lost MAYBE 7-8 lashes!!! Tessa, thank you!! You did an amazing job, and I can’t wait to see you again soon!!

Hi. 50 yo+ fair person, with brownish red hair (gray at 25 yo), my brows and lashes are really light. I have eye hoods that cover the majority of my lids and small eyes to boot. Oh gosh I sound horrid!! I’m not an excessive make up user. I LOVE these lashes! AMAZING!! I do a single application, but a little darker color and longer to open my eyes up. I use base, blush, and mascara on my bottom lashes. Lip gloss if I’m going out. My nails never drew so much attention my “Amazing Lashes” from Robinson Township in PA. Brittney will set you up. I love getting my lashes done here. Everyone who works in the Robinson shop is wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and are so sweet. The techs are extremely well trained professionals, but are also very, very sweet. It's like going to a very sterile spa; it is so exceptionally clean...not to mention my lashes are absolutely positively beautiful. This is a little luxury that I owe me. Love everything about it.
