I’ve been coming for an about two years and I always have a great experience. Even the one time I got a set I didn’t they let me come back in for an adjustment. Which is standard but this was a bit after the adjustment period. They are appreciative of loyal costumers and no matter which location you go to the work is good and the people are kind.

I haven’t had my lashes done in months. I’d been putting it off because the last location I went to, the esthetician was too rough and pulled many of my natural eyelashes out. Krystal at Amazing Lash made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Krystal was friendly and gentle while applying my lashes. I asked for more natural lashes and she gave my exactly what I had envisioned. The front desk manager was incredibly friendly. I was probably the last client of the day and it was Sunday. Most people are ready to go home but I didn’t get that vibe at all. I received excellent service and I bought the membership so I can save money on future lash refills. The studio space is so clean and the spa music helped me relax.

My lash tech Sam was amazing! I didn’t disclose but I have the worst anxiety when laying flat on my back for long periods of time but I had NO issues when she was doing my lashes. I honestly lost track of time with our conversation. It definitely didn’t feel like almost 2 hours. My lashes came out beautiful. She gave me exactly what I was asking for. 10/10 recommend this place.

I’ve been a member since my first visit with zero regrets. Reception staff is super attentive and knowledgeable. Having my own private treatment room puts me at ease to the extent that I end up falling asleep. Fortunately my snoring hasn’t affected the quality of work of the 4 lash artists I’ve seen so far. I always wake up refreshed with a flattering new set of lashes!

This was my first experience with lash extensions. I was scheduled to see my brow technician for this service this morning but received a text message from her stating that one of her customers had informed her that she had Covid so my appointment was cancelled. Because I am heading to Florida for a wedding on Wednesday. Everyone from the front s=desk to my technician was friendly , informative , and super welcoming. Took a couple lash naps during my service. Nice experience!

After living in Japan, where eyelash services are very much a part of the norm, my experience at Amazing Lash Studio was the only time the quality of these services were comparable. In addition, unlike eyelash services in Japan, I've often experienced the overwhelming, toxic smell of the glue. This was not the case with my technician, Tru. She was very professional and conscientious, and I'd recommend her to a friend.

I’ve had a different lash tech every time I come here. I was still fine tuning the lash style during each visit but I was also gauging how I vibe with each lash tech. They’re all very nice and skilled, but I really like Azalia’s patience, attention to detail, and communication style. I have an on-and-off relationship with lash extensions. Mostly off because I'm never quite satisfied with the services I previously received from other lash studios/freelancers in Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA where I used to live. I gotta say the expertise, professionalism, and accommodation of all the staff at Amazing Lash Studio Rockville have me OBSESSED. I signed up for the membership after my first visit with Laura. I had an adjustment appointment with Tru a week later as well because some slight complications. I will be coming back here until I move to Fairfax at the end of the year. I hope the Amazing Lash Studio in Virginia will be as awesome but I have a while before I would really worry about that. I wouldn't mind making the trek to Rockville, honestly, if I need to.

I went to see Laura because I was in pain- she reviewed my lashes before refill-she found that the last fill was not done correctly (globed on glue) and that explained why I was having issues. Azalia (sorry if I spelled it wrong) took care of me and she’s the sweetest human being EVER, not to mention, extremely thorough and exceptional at what she does! The front desk ladies, Michelle (I didn’t ask the other lady’s name, sorry) treated me like we were long time friends the way they took care of me and showed an interest in who I am as a person. I’m really looking forward to becoming a regular customer. And my confidence level is at an all time high now because I don’t really have good, natural lashes and I have always felt some kinda way about it. The service I’ve been provided is excellent. I’ve seen Azalia twice. First for a full set and then again a week later for some added fullness. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her!! The full set was my first experience with lash extensions so I wanted to go very natural. I was told I could come back if I wanted them more full. After a few days I decided I would like the lashes more full and booked an appointment over the phone for exactly one week from the day I got my full set. I was told it would cost “about $40” fior the upgrade. It had only been a week and I didn’t need a fill yet. I came for the service and was charged for a fill + the upgrade to make them fuller. I ended up getting charged $105. The best news is that I love my lashes, but the pricing is pretty aggressive and not consistent with the service I needed or what I was told at the time of booking.
