My only suggestion is although the first girl did a good job and I tipped her for it $20 that $20 should all be applied to the second girl who did what I asked She spent a few hours taking the wrong set off and putting the right set on, but I shouldn’t have to tip two people.

I've been getting lash extensions for 10 years. After moving to Rockwall, 7 years go, I struggled to find a lash tech who could give me lashes that would still look ok in a couple of weeks. I was about to give up lashes entirely. On what I thought would be my last appointment I was matched with Anahi and I was so impressed. She's a delightful human, but her work is unmatched. I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go. Aside from that, the bi-weekly retention is always good and my natural lashes are healthy. She's so great I book months in advance.

I went online and booked but unfortunately she wasn’t available the times I immediately needed in because I’m an impulsive person and wanted them same day so I took a chance and tried other stylist here and they didn’t disappoint! So far everyone from the sweet hearts running the front answering phones and scheduling to the stylist in the back are so kind and hype you up when you leave and offer you a blanket and make you comfortable to have a lash nap (even though you didn’t know you needed one) I will forever be coming here for my lashes and I’m at ease knowing if my preferred stylist and friend Desi isn’t available that I will still be well taken care of and leave satisfied with my finished results! First time experience ever with lashes…Day before appt got call that I had to r/s which was okay because of legit understandable reason. Called to reschedule and was told two I was booked with a technician but when I received my confirmation text it was with someone completely different. Called and Salon Manager, Sara, took great care of me. There actually was a cancellation and she offered it to me. The team there answered all my questions start to finish. I had a wonderful visit with Sammy my technician and I absolutely love me lashes. I was nervous for so long because things like this are costly and time consuming. Many times with beauty services you never know who truly is talented or skilled at their trade you are wanting if it is your first experience. I can definitely say my tech did a great job. Very pleased and will be getting my lashes done regularly!!

I was impressed by the infection control procedures, both for the Coronavirus and for the lash procedures. The salon and treatment room were very clean. Lacy was very professional and did a good job explaining what to expect before and after I got my lashes lifted and tinted, which was helpful because it was my first time. My lashes also look much fuller and darker than they did naturally.

Malley rescued my lashes from eyelash glue prison 24 hours after making a very expensive mistake of letting somone other than trained Amazing lash eye tech do my lashes. Never let somone who hasn't specifically trained to do lashes get anywhere close to your eyes. I was super lucky there was an early Sunday morning appointment I was able to book online. She was patient and caring and very precise removing the monstrosity of extentions that were on my eyes and didn't hurt me in the process. I will be healing for a week or two and then I'll be back for a full set.

Breanna does magic with my lashes. I've had them done a couple times in the past and never went back for refills either because I wasn't comfortable with the lash tech or wasn't satisfied with the lashes. With Breanna I look forward to coming in and chatting with her. She makes me feel completely comfortable and makes sure I'm getting lashes that I'll be happy with. I've signed up for a membership because of her and look forward to my appointments! I LOVE my lashes now and can't imagine not having them.

I am absolutely in love with my lashes. It was my first time getting them. I felt some minor stinging with my left eye during the procedure and didn’t know that it wasn’t normal. It would have been nice if the tech told me ahead of time, what was normal and what was abnormal. I got home and my eye was a little bloodshot. I woke up this morning and my entire eye is bloodshot, goopy, and painful.

Both my lash stylists that I have had have been professional and done a great/good job. Super nice staff and clean store. I paid extra for volume lashes and they are far from that. They look like classic lashes. Even the lady checking me out thought they were classics until she read my paperwork. I paid for a new set + extra for volume lashes. Let them know I like dramatic and full lashes. Got the opposite.
