Nice girls in the front and back. my tinted lashes look great. The atmosphere while having my lashes tinted was not as relaxing for me .Being a woman in my 60s I would’ve preferred relaxation music in the room as opposed to rap. Nothing against rap. It’s just not make for a relaxing experience. The noise outside the room was distracting as well. You can hear all the conversations from the front desk and in the hallways. Having said that, the staff was great.

Walking in for my service tonight the receptionist wasn't there then comes back checks me in. She sits playing videos loudly on her phone and making FaceTime phone calls while sitting at the front of the face of the studio. Not friendly by any means. My stylist Gracie is absolutely friendly and amazing and I enjoy coming to see her. She makes me feel very comfortable while being there. Then comes to check out time again receptionist is on her phone asks if I wanna make a follow up fill and just charges me without even giving me a total amount or asking which form of payment I'd like to use! This is unprofessional and rude. Then as I ask her which card she just ignores me and goes back to her phone. So I just left.

I am very happy with graces services. Unfortunately I still don’t understand your pricing. I was in there yesterday March 16. My monthly rate at one20999 came out of my bank account yesterday I went in for a refill yesterday and was told that there was a $20 increase for a master stylist? Plus I paid $25 For a Volume? And then of course I gave a $10 tip. So I need some verification and how your pricing goes I spoke to Veronica and I thought that I understood but then when I came in the next time to get a refill now they’re charging me another $20 to have a Master? Stylist. Sorry like somebody to call me regarding this because it looks like to me I am paying…. I come in every two weeks so each time I’m paying half my monthly charge which is $65 plus $20 to have a master stylist? Plus $25 for a Valium plus $10 tip. So the total that I am paying each time will be $55 each visit which is two times a month which is $110. Plus my monthly charge at 129.99. On my last visit, I had to use the ladies room during my eyelash application which caused my eyes to water and as a result, they lashes fell off within a few days. I went back today for an adjustment, and Monica did a great job replacing my lashes abs making them look as good as new! And it was identified as an adjustment which was complimentary in light of the situation. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful, and I appreciate Amazing lash and their team of professionals. Crystal did a fantastic job this morning. The environment was peaceful and she was very thorough yet timely. I love the way my lashes make it so easy to leave the house with next to no makeup and look put together — all I need is a quick eyeliner and I look amazing!

I've been going to Amazing Lash since end of February/early March! When I first started going, I planned to only go for my best friends wedding. I'd wanted to look great for pictures. I had heard that lashes were addictive, but I didn't think I would have that problem! Turns out, after I got the lashes and went to the wedding, I got compliment after compliment. The pictures that I was in turned out great. The lashes themselves are beautiful... but what really made there difference was my confidence! The lashes provide made-up look, without the makeup! I can get up in the morning, powder, gloss and bronzer and I look great-- effortless! I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio to see TASHA ever since. She is amazing and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I'm sure they are great as well, but Tasha always goes the extra mile for me, and I ENJOY the process. She is truly an artist at what she does. I've referred friends to her and they love her as well! If you are thinking of trying out this place-- DO IT! I can promise that you wont regret it. I got their monthly package, (which is extremely affordable) So I go twice a month and my lashes are always on point. A big thanks to Tasha, the girls at the front desk, and the company of Amazing Lash Studio... This place is has become a part of my beauty routine, and that isn't going to change anytime soon. NOTE: If you're worried about your natural lashes, (I was when I first thought of coming here and did research etc)... but I just want to mention that my eyelashes are in great condition... I have NOT had any loss, breakage, nothing. We all have a lash shedding cycle, but that is the only time I lost any lashes since coming here-- naturally. Also, financially, this is NOT expensive. They have packages to accommodate what each person wants. And lastly, I want to mention that I am a beachgoer, pool owner, water person. My family and I spend our free time and weekend near the water and I never have to worry about mascara, AND the water doesn't effect the lashes!

I was please with the last eyelash fill. Although my appointment was changed 3 times before hand and they still asked me who my appointment was with. I also was sent to another location not close to my house at all. I was told from a front desk girl that my services would be comped but there was nothing in the notes so I was charged the full amount then the manager on duty said oh well nothing was said in your notes make a long story short they charged me the full amount and then attempted to void the transaction the girl had put the paper in wrong so then nothing printed and they weren’t sure if they had actually voided the transaction sure enough the amount in full was taken out. The manager didn’t know how to void then says she thinks she did it. I hate to do reviews but it seems like something strange happens every time I go in amazing lashes I have yet to have 1 smooth full. Can we fix this? I have been in management I know it isn’t easy but the fact the mamanher on duty doesn’t know simply tasks is a bummer I really like my lashes. Hope this helps fix things I am waiting to hear back from Angel (manager) tomorrow I guess today is her day off about refunding the amout that was promised so I’ll have to wait until tomorrow

I have been using Amazing Lash for about 8 months, both in NJ and FL. They seem to have a big turnover of technicians (I think I've had 2 leave in 8 months) but this latest (Brittney) is wonderful. She's gentle, friendly and my lashes seem to last longer when she has applied them. I would absolutely recommend Brittney at the University Pkwy studio in Sarasota, FL!

I love my stylist and my lashes.but please change the music. Its loud and horrible reject 80s and 90s music nobody even listen to then. It makes me and stylist nervous to listen to. Amazing price! Amazing lashes! Didn’t take too long to apply the lashes. Didn’t irritate my eyes. I’ve gotten so many compliments and it’s only been 24 hours since application. I never thought that I would want or like eyelash extensions. But I decided to take a chance and try something new and I’m glad I did. It was an amazing experience. 1. I thought my appointment was at 10am but I received a courtesy call at 9:15am asking if I was okay because it was 15 minutes past my appointment. I was so embarrassed but thankfully I was near by. 2. Everyone was so polite and understanding. 3. Ms. Victoria was my lash technician & she was AMAZING. I asked for simple & natural & that’s exactly what I received. She was friendly, personable (I felt very comfortable like I’ve known her my entire life). I can’t wait to go back.

I started over at the Clark Rd. location and when I moved, I switched to the University location. I would like a neck pillow on the table, like at Clark. I also think the staff @ University is not as well trained. they seem to be less technical and more social. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. It just does not seem as buttoned up as the Clark Rd. location. Other than that, I do like my lashes very much!!

This is my first set of lashes and I am hooked! You do not even know they are there. I have blond eyelashes and was washed out without mascara. Now with 24/7 mascara, I put a small line of eyeliner under the eye and I am out the door. Great in Florida in the heat.
