Your loyalty plan is very confusing. I thought I paid for my initial visit and a follow up but got a text saying I was going to get charged for my next months visits which I canceled cause I didn’t want to continue then went to salon because I thought the $180 I spent initially included it only to find out I had to pay another $90. So with tips I spent $310 for temporary lashes. That’s ridiculous!!! Btw. The neither of the employees had lashes. Guess it’s too expensive for them too. Eddie did an excellent job. He was 2x as good as first girl.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was in a genuine happy mood and the owner and manager both made sure I felt informed and excited about my new lashes. Very happy with the outcome! My first visit was a very early appt and I had to bring my 7 yr old with me. He was ok to sit at the lobby. The stylist was very informative and gave good advice that despite me waiving the allergy test ( I had some allergic reaction many years ago to some unknown substance that allergenist/immunologist couldnt figure out),I should really consider that an allergic reaction on my eyes can be alot worse than a skin reaction. So we went for a 24 hr trial and scheduled the next visit at my earliest convenience. The next stylist was just as informative and professional! I absolutely love my lashes! Im new to this and I am still getting used to the feeling of having lashes, as well as caring for them. I signed up for the membership =)

First off I would like to say that these lash extensions are everything and they really complete your look. I’m glad I was able to come to the short hills location and feel confident that I will be provided with such great service . From the ladies at the front desk whom are nice and welcoming and to the lash techs that know what they are doing and are very informative with taking care of your lashes and how your own lashes are holding up . I come and see Joan , she is sweet and awesome and she knows her stuff ! I always feel confident when I get my lashes done with her and know that I’m walking out with lashes that look great and that are going to last me up to 3 wks ( obviously with proper lash maintenance) . I also have a back up in case Joan is booked or out and that would me Mercedes she awesome as well !

Today was my first day getting eyelash extensions and it was great. I was recommended by a friend employee and my lash consultant was Denise. She was very pleasant, sweet, and thorough in explaining how to care for the lashes as well as what look you want-even down to the products to keep them in good condition. In addition, the front desk receptionists were sweet and funny, they are very welcoming and I even purchased a service package because my experience and lashes were just that good! Highly recommend this! I used to be so afraid of lashes but after today, I love them! Definitely 10/10.
