This was my first time ever getting lashes. Dezarae was very nice and personable and she explained everything to me. I already booked my next appointment. The one thing I wish I knew first was pricing. The deal was for $99 but I guess I booked with a “master” tech so there was an up charge. I understand you get what you pay for and I’m satisfied but do feel that should be a little more clear during booking.

I came in with lashes that had been done by another place and they were absolutely botched. Not only was the look the exact opposite of what I asked for, she glued the lashes on my eye lid and stacked them. My eyes were so irritated and crunchy from all the glue it was burning to close my eyes. I was terrified I was going to lose all my natural lashes from this disaster. The lady that helped me was so incredibly kind and patient and gentle with my irritated eyes. She did such an amazing job that she managed not to pull out any of my natural lashes while doing it! She saved my eyes and my eye lashes and I cannot thank her enough for everything she did. She is truly an angel!!

Very happy to have had a good experience. I recently moved backed to the area and needed to find somewhere that did lash extensions. Not only to get the extensions but for some guidance in what would be the best course of action. I had extensions on and Natalie said she would do what I wanted and could make them look goo but for the health of my lashes WE BOTH decided, and I say both because there was no pressure, that the best course of action was to remove what I had. I had a fill when I first hit back to Sioux Falls and the glue was compromising my lashes so I had them removed and I’m going to go back in a couple weeks to have them out on. I’m a firm believer in doing what’s best and not the short cut just to get by. Very happy with my experience.

The franchise experience gives me the confidence the process is clean, safe, and Amazing Lash only offers licensed, trained lash techs! My membership in another state was honored and was not an issue. I highly recommend trying and also signing up for a membership with the Amazing Last Studio Sioux Falls Galleria location! Not only is she one of my favorite go to stylist and does such amazing job on styling my lashes but she makes the time pass by so quickly as she is easy to talk to and extremely relaxing vibe. We never seem to run out of topics to talk about and keeps me laughing during my whole appointment. I also want to recognize the ladies that work the front end. The girls make it so easy to book appointment and check out process. They even remind me to utilize my punch card so I can work towards my free lash volume fill so I don’t miss out on a such a good deal. Again thank you to all the girls. I recently tried a full set of classic lashes to see how I like them and if they’d work with my lifestyle. I absolutely loved them, just wasn’t aware of the higher than normal maintenance they require this time of year. I hoped they would’ve lasted longer for me before my first fill but lost more than half of my lashes. So instead of a new full set ( or a possible refill) , I opted for removal. The staff at Amazing Lashes were completely understandable of my status. They also had so much info I didn’t realize giving me a better understanding of what happened . I definitely plan on getting a new full set sometime in the future when the time is better for new users. The girls at Amazing Lash Studio are wonderful, but I have had trouble with all 3 applications of the lashes. The first time I had a gal that was very inexperienced, so I had to come back to have some more lashes put on. Second gal was very nice, be seemed to be in a hurry. The third gal was very good, but I had problems after the lashes were applied and something was poking my left eye in the outside corner. She mentioned that I should call them tomorrow if it continued, but I couldnt make it through the night, so I ended up pulling off 3 lashes myself to find the ones that were poking my eye. So I have NOY had the best experience from the shop yet. I love the lashes, just have not had very good luck with them yet!!!!

Where do I even start! I've been going to Amazing Lash for a few months. The ladies at the front desk are the best hype ladies ever! Make a girl feel AMAZING just as much as the Lash Tech! As a visual person, I would have loved real pictures of the different types of lashes. Had I seen a picture, I would have chosen a different set. I got a tint snd lift. I love my new tinted lash look. The service was great and the establishment was bright and cheerful. The only two things I would say are that i wish my lashes were darker and the lift didnt lift mych compared to my regular lashes.
