I have going to Amazing lash for a couple/few months now. I am just thrilled with the service my lash expert provides. NO COMPLAINTS. My FIRST visit and follow up customer service from the Asst Manager, was disappointing. Not sure why the Asst manager decided to call me the day after I sent an email explaining my concerns, when she kept telling me she was not authorized to resolve the situation- I am a member however had to pay out of pocket for my last service, apparently due to a system issue that they are aware of. When I asked them to change my draft date, to draft earlier, the system dropped the credit on my acct. if you know this, be prepared and train your staff to be on the lookout or escalate the issue when you are telling members have to pay out of pocket. I originally sent the email advising WHY I needed to change my draft date. At my first service I made sure to book with a Master. Not only did they book me with a MASTER, she is trainer, and I wanted the best person and that sure sounded like the best to me? The Asst manager me she was surprised I was not satisfied, even after I had provided phots. Because I didn’t want to complain originally and thought maybe I just can’t get the lashes I’d hoped for, and this might be as good as it gets, I decided to try to get a fill (refill) early, and figured if it didn’t seem any better at least I used up my credits and I could cancel. WOW! I booked with a different MASTER… the difference was night and day. After my first appt it looked like I had about 10 lashes on each eye. After my “fill” a week later, my eye lash line were actually kind of sore (no actuall pain, jut noticeable the fist day) because she got SO many lashes on me. Needless to say I switched techs. The Asst Manager refused to accept that although the photo I sent her was 2 days after service (I deleted those taken same day) and proceeded to suggest in the week between my services that the lash serum I purchased from them (very expensive) must have made all the difference. That MAY have been true but I didn’t even use it until after my good set of lashes. After deflecting and making excuses during the entire call, which I did did accept and called her out on with very valid points, she went so far as to threaten to cancel my membership while on the phone, even after discovering their error on my account, for which I still had credits. She them proceeded to tell me that I could call her back later to apologize. I laughed in disbelief, and she suggested that I was being disrespectful and she ended up hanging up on me. I did not call back to apologize. I did book my fill to use my credit and I had to book with yet another MASTER. Hm, SHE TOO managed to give me a full set of lashes after their MASTER and TRAINER couldn’t or didn’t do it. I had also mentioned that for a MASTER and. Trainer, I am shocked she came to my appt with her hands and or face/breath reeking of onions. HOW LOVELY, how professional, way to consider your customer’s experience. Again, some of rhe MASTER techs are amazing. I reinstated my account after she did indeed cancel it, but my lash technician is an absolute gem, and my experience every two weeks is fantastic, and relaxing, and satisfying every time. I wish I could say the same when I tried to address the issues I had had. I attempted to contact the manager directly via email to share my experience, but strangely nobody called me back. Just be prepared to deal with really annoying membership and account issues. Hope this is helpful. I understand this is just one experience, and MY experience. I just don’t understand how, when a customer that is paying quite a lot for a service calls with VALID concerns, barely acknowledging the customer’s experience, and suggesting that I was the problem is their position.

My first ever lash extension experience was great. My lashes turned out amazing. I only have one negative thing to say and that may have half been my fault. I got a eye bruise from the tape on one eyeball. I did feel some burning when she first started and I didn’t mention it as I thought it may have been normal. The bruising went ayes after 24hrs tho.

I went to this studio after having a bad experience elsewhere. Tiffany was my stylist and she was amazing! My very first time ever getting lashes was a week earlier and it did not go well. That stylist didn’t listen to what I was saying and didn’t take into account it was my first time and I may not understand all the options and variations. When I got home from that experience I ended up using scissors and cutting the lashes and I still didn’t like them. A friend of mine told me to go to this studio and it would be a better experience. Enter Tiffany ;-). She listened to me and really spent time understanding what I was looking for. When I said I wanted one kind she gently encouraged me to try a different based on the shape of my eyes and my goals. During the session she kept saying ‘I can’t wait for you to see them!’ That was a wonderful sign that she was completely invested in the outcome - unlike the other stylist who was in robot mode. I love them!!! 100%. So glad I listened to my friend and went to this studio. So glad I got Tiffany!! The front desk staff was amazing as well. Signed up for a membership and will stay with Tiffany and the Sonterra Village studio!

I’m irritated about the sudden change of pricing, that I found out about on my last visit. This price increase could have been announced, by e-mail, earlier than telling me at my visit & announcing that it’s going into effect the very next day. On top of that, I was told that I had the few minutes, at check - out, to make up my mind if I wanted to up-grade to twice a month, because I would be locked into what I decide to go with. I was informed that I would have to pay the “new price”, if I wanted to come , in between , my once a month visits. Ridiculous. I was grandfathered in to my current pricing, but if I come earlier, I have to pay the new pricing. Amazing Lash could have sent out the notice early, a month or two early. Y’all seem to send me notices about what to buy from the company , almost every day. I’m seriously considering to quit my contract with Amazing Lash. I’m frustrated & pretty much irritated w/ the way that y’all handle things.

You are asked to sign paperwork before your appointment starts and one of the things was stating that I waived a patch test- I was never told about this when i first booked my appointment so I wish this was discussed before me arriving since it would be done 24 hours early. After years of going back & forth about lashes I finally decided to have them applied. I researched to find a good location for me. Many salons had very good reviews so it was really hard to choose. I called my initial choice to inquire & didn’t feel the professionalism especially after I was told I needed send a deposit via cashapp. That was a no-go! I then contacted another salon & didn’t receive good vibes & after 5 calls made to various salons i finally heard a very pleasant voice that answered on Sonterre Village’s telephone line (Taylor) & was able to answer my questions & made me feel comfortable asking questions. Taylor was very thorough about services offered & pricing. She was also able to schedule a same day appointment for me. Upon my arrival I was greeted in a way that made me feel welcomed. I was then introduced to Monica. I advised Monica that this was my first time getting lashes & I asked several questions. Monica was very patient, friendly & willing to make me feel comfortable with the process. Needless to say the hardest part for me was to relax & keep my eyes closed. I didn’t know what to expect. Many thoughts of how this would turn out were racing through my mind (probably why I couldn’t relax). To my surprise these lashes came out PERFECT! Monica did a wonderful job. I’m very happy with my lashes. They look so natural & they are not heavy at all. I don’t even realize I’m wearing them. I even signed up for membership & have already scheduled my next appointment.

I scheduled with a junior stylist very leery of the results. She did an amazing job explaining so much lash maintenance. She told me to reset my lashes to keep my lashes healthy and explained why I need lash baths in addition to cleaning at home for better retention. My lashes have some of the best retention so far. She did a great job. I’ve received the most compliments on my lashes since getting them done consistently since august.

First of all, I was told the wrong price. They should have told me BOTH non membership prices, and “membership” prices. Secondly, I paid $65 extra for hybrid which are suppose to give you more volume, and I have anything but. Everyone I’ve showed them to, can’t tell I even had them done. $215 for a cheap Ardell strip lash look. Never again. I actually need to get them removed, to get others applied. What a waste of money.

She made sure she understood the look I was going for. I explained that I was getting professional headshots done and it was my 1st time. I explained that I wanted a very subtle, natural and professional look. She was gentle and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. They turned out great. I am so happy with the results. I have no complaints about the quality of service or the techs and actually my lash tech Alaina is pretty freaking awesome and never disappoints. however , I do feel that my bill is getting pretty up there. My lash tech recently became a master and now I am being charged an extra 20 bucks for her services which in my opinion we shouldn't be charged extra. if we have been loyal customers for over a year or so with membership fees shouldn't it be fair to be grandfathered in to the same price? I am big on tipping so I take care of Alaina but being up charged is somewhat unfair. again this is not a complaint against the quality of service or my lash technician just the fees :) thank you!

My lash tech does a great job. My only complaint is the exorbitant pricing... I had to switch myself to the two-fill a month plan because my eyelashes just don’t stay longer than a week and a half. With that I’m paying close to $200 per month for eyelashes, which is double what I’ve paid in other areas/cities.

Amy is a very pleasant master stylist & she does a great job! I would like to suggest that y’all go back to pre-Covid practices & chk-ins. I think that the stylist should be able to do our lashes w/o gloves. I don’t think that they have enough dexterity w/ the gloves on. My lashes, before this visit, tended to come off a bit more easily, than normal. It wasn’t from wearing my mask too much, bcuz I only wore it minimally. Thank you for your consideration. ?

I really appreciate amazing lash. Today , I was running late (first time!) because I had a scare with my 4 year old right before I was about to leave. They called and were very gracious and kind and even told me to drive safe. When I arrived, I was SO IMPRESSED with all the covid precautions that were in place. The employees were hustling so much to ensure safety of their employees and customers. I totally appreciate that as a customer who is more cautious in this covid situation. Also , my stylist was awesome and really patient with this situation as well! It was my first time using this master stylist and she did a great job and was willing to be a little flexible with me, given my situation. I appreciate y’all today! More than you know! Y’all really helped calm me in many aspects!

So relaxing, very informative, lots of options. Great products at great prices! For senior citizens with sparse lashes, there is hope. I started with sparse lashes and some bare patches due to wearing strip lashes for so many years. The serum to help lashes grow is a great motivator, and it can certainly only get better. So glad I told this route.

I was super happy. I went the first time and really did not know what to ask for and got eyelashes that were not right for me. I went back a few days later and my tech really helped to find out what works best for me and now I am hooked forever. I suggest bringing photos of what you like because there really are more options than you think if it is your first time. This place is super clean, friendly, professional, and the techs are obviously all well trained. Definitely will continue to go back. Just bring photos!

Wanted to try a different location. Went based on reviews online. Some were negative, some were positive. I decided to go with Brooke. She is a master stylist so she is an added charge which I was told before my appt, so that was good. Overall, the front desk were very polite and informative with all my questions. And Brooke was amazing. She asked about my previous stylist and if I had any concerns, which I told her about and she went over everything with me step by step. What was best for my face shape and not to go over a certain length if I have glasses because it would hit the lenses, which I do and Lincoln heights location failed to tell me that. I definitely found my new location and it’s closer to work :)

This was my first fill and I'm loving my lashes so far! The process is very relaxing, and yes, you may fall asleep. Mascara is not needed at all because the lashes are dark and voluminous. Your morning make-up routine will be cut short and you'll save time for sure.

I have been a member with Amazing Lash for 4 years. For the past 16 months I was unable to get my lashes done because I was kicking cancer’s butt. Now, that I am cancer free and have grown enough lashes to get my extensions added, I am ecstatic! I always request a Master Stylist and I was given an appointment with Joelyssa (sp?) She does an excellent job and my extensions last much longer now. So, happy with her skills. Amazing Lash has also added some new incentives where you get $1.00 Lash cash for booking your next appointment in store before you leave. The front desk is manned with professional and courteous staff. So grateful to be able to wear my Amazing Lashes once again.

My stylist was Camille and she did such a great job! My lashes look amazing and I have received so many compliments on them! She was very kind and made me feel very comfortable, she was very skilled and completed my appointment quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend you book with Camille, she is fantastic.

I went the last time to have my lashes removed and had equally wonderful service as when I had them put on. The young lady explained everything before and as she was doing it. If and when I am ready to have a new set of lashes put on, I would definitely go back to the Sonterra location and ask for her!

My natural lashes are few and short but Amazing Lash has solved that problem for me. Every time I get a set my stylist, Lyndsay, pays close attention and does them with care. The Sonterra Village location has exceeded my expectations every visit. Recently my scheduled technician had an emergency and Linda had to take my appointment, the manager, Cynthia, handed everything so nicely, and Linda did such a great job. It is clear how committed Cynthia is to her customers and her staff. I was so impressed that I ended up getting a membership. I highly recommend this studio/location!
