BUT, the receptionist(when I called with questions and in person) was less than helpful. She seemed quite disengaged with her job. Even to the point of ignoring a large roach in the lobby. I and another client asked if there was a fly swatter or anything and she just sat there and said no. I had to handle it. Weird.

This was my 2nd refill with Erica but no advance notice of her reclassification to a master tech and the studio wanted to charge additional $10 for her service. Although front desk waived the charge I had to change tech for upcoming appointments. I hope Bella is good; because I don’t intend paying additional $20 per month to subscription. Not a happy subscriber right now. But plan to give Bella a chance.

I had the most amazing experience with both services. I did however request the sensitive glue. That may have been overlooked and I ended having a reaction to the glue two days later. The team treated me with respect and cared for me and gave me comfort and a listening ear when it came to this. Let’s just say I scheduled my next appointment for my lashes with the top sensitive glue and my next eyebrow tinting. I did not have a horrible experience at all. I even went to sleep ? thank you guys for jumping on it and being there for me.

The customer service was on point. The receptionist passed my notes on to the stylist. Lani was very detailed and thorough. She delivered just the look I wanted, totally custom even with premade fans. Then the checkout process was great. I was not pressured to sign up for a contract since I am moving. The receptionist was still friendly despite me turning down a membership. Finally, the price point was very competitive.

The staff at the south Round Rock location is amazing! Excellent service and when I’ve had issues they have always made good on them. But overall, the prices are outrageous compared to going to a non-franchise salon. I do love the flexible hours and the outstanding customer service, however. One suggestion for you guys though.. have more styles like spike lashes. I also like that they have memberships. This place is like no other and the availability is spot on. At every location and every appointment, the technician comments about how thin my lashes are and lash loss. There’s a reason I’m a customer, my lashes are not great. I shouldn’t have to explain my health situation each time I get my refill. It’s getting to where I’m hesitant to schedule an appointment and I am considering canceling my membership. It’s my self care time and it should be relaxing. I don’t blame the stylist at my most recent appointment, she has repeated the same talking point, It’s the same I’ve heard before from other Amazing Lash stylists at other locations. It’s a training issue or upsell policy.

I went in for removal of eyelash extensions that I'd had applied elsewhere after having a bad reaction to the adhesive (no one's fault, just my sensitive skin). Booking online was super easy, and in this case I was able to go in the same day. Rebecca was really nice and gentle. I expected the removal process to be somewhat uncomfortable given how irritated my eyelids were, but by the time I left I was already feeling some relief. I won't be getting lash extensions again, but I'd certainly come back to this location for a different service.

Studio mixed up my appt with another woman with my same name and the manager was overly apologetic and compensated me for a new appt an hour later with an expert for free. Very professional and I will definitely return as well as recommend to friends.

I had a lash lift three weeks ago, that for whatever reason did not take very well. I had never had one before… And Leyla admitted that she had some difficulty with my lashes. I called the day after the lift to let them know that it did not hold, and I sent photos. The manager rescheduled me for a redo, three weeks later. Well, I went to that appointment today… And I just have to say that the south Round Rock location is amazing! Leyla is totally professional, as are all of the people that work there. They figured out why my lash lift did not take the first time… And they redid it for free. I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love Layla! I’m pretty particular about how I like my lashes and she is amazing. I also really appreciate the Covid protocols in place! The reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the music that is played in the studio is absolutely awful! One song is like I’m at church (no joke) and the next song is Renaissance folk lore, all Christmas music. It’s dreadful.

First timer, so wasn’t sure what I was to expect... Afterwards I have to say I am a mixed bag- so here are my PROS, OKs and CONS Pros- clean, cute decor, and easy to find. OKs- Service started shaky but was redeemed. Sylist was just OK she really didn’t give me what I was looking for but it’s doable for my first time- I wanted full instead I got length but not fullness- she didn’t even suggest a different type, she also did not offer to explain what she was doing or what was going on (for a first time bit unnerving).. Cons- First impressions are everything and when I was not acknowledged when I walked in, it felt a little uneasy throughout the rest of the whole process…the was just a lack of welcoming customer service... they were also out of a lot of product and didn’t offer suggestions for anything like proper mascara, etc All in all o am not sure if I would go back to this particular salon; and I am not 100% sold on the extensions- I get more for my $ with false lashes...

The stylist was nice but I’m not happy with my lashes. They were out of the 6d n I got the 3D hybrid n used both my credits to get a full set. I am disappointed. Mt lashes do not look full. I could have done this same look with my own mascara. My lashes look better with a 6d hybrid refill. I wish I would have been Notified prior to my appointment so I could have rescheduled I dint have time to get them fixed.

I have been doing to Amazing Lash for over a year and never had any issues. The last 2 times I have gotten some swelling in my eye lids. Being a cosmetologist I know how important sanitation should be. I would like to know your sanitation procedure. I have decided to give my eyelashes a break after this las appointment. Not sure if I'll be back.

I make an appointment with a particular stylist and when I arrive I'm with someone else EVERY TIME. I always give the new person a chance but this last time I lost a number of lashes by the following morning. I follow all the rules. It's too expensive to come in before my next payment the following month so I'm forced to stay like this for a month.

Deena and the girls at the front were awesome! I came in, paperwork and the process was explained in detail by the sweet blonde girl who’s name begins with an “M” I believe. Then I was taken to the back to begin with Deena who was real and pleasant. We joked and she helped me to relax a bit. Over it was a 5 star ⭐️ experience.

Everyone at the salon is super friendly and nice, my stylist Kaylee did a great job on my lashes. One of the receptionists is SUPER awesome, I didn’t catch her name. She has freckles and has lighter hair. The first time I went to get the initial first set, I didn’t know if I’d be signing on for the membership. She did explain it to me very well and she did the same this second time around! She’s consistent with every consumer & I noticed that. Awesome job ladies! You know that they truly want you to look your best & make you feel beautiful!

Lashes not only looked bad, they seemed to fall out almost immediately. Because she seemed to be taking too long, and needed to hurry up, the last eye looked like it had less lashes. They were just bad! I tipped well but only cuz I kinda felt bad for her. Every other time has been great.
