We're up to several lashes lasting for 11 days and my lashes are growing! I absolutely LOVE the Y lashes. I'm SO glad Tovah suggested them! I hope we can figure out why I am not retaining more lashes. Once we get to that point, I'll be very happy! I had originally planned on coming in every 3 weeks. Sometimes I'm coming in 2x in one week. I’ve cut out and changed as much as I can and Tovah has certainly tried everything she can think of to help me retain them. I think we might be getting there, though. Fingers crossed! 😊

I also just wanted to mention that the new receptionist is a sweetie, has good intentions, is doing a good job, and is trying hard. We're all new on a job at some point. It's always great the first day. I've only had one time I didn't LOVE my lashes (one time they were a little heavier on the eye I have more of my own lashes). It's the retention that has been the issue and the money spent trying to keep the lashes (frequent visits). However, I'm sure it will be figured out, soon. My last visit with Tovah already started more retention and Cassandra put more "sealant"; so we'll see what happens. Thank you!

I decided to try a different location because I was starting to dislike getting my lashes done due to the service I received at the one I normally go to. I’m glad I decided to try a different location vs leaving Amazing Lash altogether. I wish I had gotten my lash techs name because she was awesome, I believe her name was Laura? Just the right amount of socializing while still allowing me to just relax and get my lashes done. The whole experience was just therapeutic. I also loved the calming music she played. For the last year I’ve consistently had issues with my extensions lasting. The last few times, they’ve only lasted a week or so and I’ve had to come back & get Full Lash extensions again. I’ve been asking repeatedly to understand if there was something being done differently or being used or something I was doing on my end that was causing the problem. I was so frustrated with my last few. visits that I almost ended my membership. Finally, I got a new technician who began working with me and tried several different types of glue to find the right mix. First time in over a year of extends that are lasting over two weeks. I’m grateful that we were able to resolve the issue but very frustrated that it took almost a year and no one else had the foresight to try something different.

I just want to say that I will never go to another lash stylist after my experience today. Natasha is the only one. She is just awesome!!! First off, she asked me if I had any sensitivity to any of the products(never been asked that) and I mentioned I had reactions to the glue and she said it might be the gel pads so long story short she didn’t use them and kinda did the whole refill routine differently and my eyes felt completely normal.. actually better than they ever have after a refill. This girl is awesome and really knows her stuff. She is a master stylist and prior to making the appointment I wasn’t aware considering I set the appointment on the app and there was no way to find out anyway, I’m not complaining at all I just had bad experiences with master stylists in the past and I was a little nervous when she had said she was a master, but that is not the case here, I don’t mind paying extra to get a freaking amazing set and not having my eyes irritated every time. Oh and the many years I’ve been getting my lashes done I’ve never had someone fill my lashes fully all the way to the inner corners and actually cover all my eyelashes… I’m so happy! Thank you Natasha!!!!

I have been using Amazing Lash Studio for over 7 years. I haven’t had any issues with my natural lashes. My natural lashes are healthy and strong, they just aren’t long and full. I do take a break during the year (usually during the summer due to swimming). I use the foaming lash wash as directed and also the lash coat. I follow their recommendations and they haven’t let me down. You won’t be disappointed!!

After a bad lash experience, I went to Amazing Lash to have them removed and a new set done. The removal was painless. My lashes were done on New Year’s eve by a girl (forgot her name) but when asked if she got my inner and outer corners well (I only get 17mm classics) she told me “yes, but i’m kinda on a time crunch.” (ummm) So I called in today to get a correction done by one of your stylists named Allison and she did an absolutely fantastic job! She did not miss a single lash and my eyes have never looked so full and they look so fantastic that I booked with her again for my next appointment, in my opinion she could be a master stylist because she truly did not miss a beat. My eyelashes probably look the best they’ve ever been! I was told by the receptionist after my correction that the original master stylist who dye my lashes on New Year’s Eve was fired so I could see why she maybe wasn’t so motivated to do my eyelashes. So glad Allison was able to correct my eyelashes, she deserved a good review!

My visit was on 9/14/20 at 3:20. I arrived 10 minutes late and apologized to the receptionist. She said that due to my late arrival that I would not be allowed to have touch ups free of charge. I was confused and said that I was told that if I was more than 15 mins late, my appointment would be considered no-show or cancelled. The receptionist again repeated the 10 minute policy. I told her that I did not understand and then she stated that she had been working here for 3 years and it has always been the policy. Again, I was confused because I eventually realized we were talking about two different things. I was upset because the receptionist was not friendly, kind or listen to what I was saying, thus the miscommunication and frustration. I've been visiting this location for years and I have never been treated in a negative manner. She needs to tone down the attitude and listen to what the customer is saying rather than trying to state and adhere stringently to policy and create a negative experience. I have never come in for a touch up or attempted to come in for free services if I was late, which I rarely am. Sarah V. was professional and apologized profusely for the receptionists negative attitude and behavior.

I was happy to have my stylist Asia V back taking care of my lashes. Even though there are new protocols in place she handled it very professional. The only complaint I have is that I did not like the fact that the front desk lady came in the bathroom with me to ensure I washed my lashes.

I was not satisfied with the finished product. My eyelash look the same as they did when I walked in. I like them full and thought if I am paying almost $90 every time I visit, I should at least be getting some of what I expect. The stylist was great: personality, awarenesa, eager to accommodate. But the overall Service was not to my liking.
